Couldn't find an existing thread. Please help if you know how to: Reduce the final damage taken (after modifiers) by a set amount. This counts for every single instance of damage taken.
Example: Get hit for 19 damage by an axe. The damage becomes 18. Get hit for 3 damage four times from magic missiles. Becomes 2 x 4 damage.

Since all damage is tracked manually, you just list it as plain text and the player adjusts the amount before subtracting the HP.
