I have recently started to develop my own things here on DnD Beyond and there is this thing which puzzels me. I have all options to create and modifie my things but as soon as i share it with the community, only texts and versions are shown. No extra damage or states which I might have added. What should I do? What might I be doing wrong?
I recommend you go to the homebrew section of the forums. There is a TON of stuff there that can help such as the homebrew FAQ I have linked in my signature.
Something important to note, once you publish something you CAN NOT change or delete that thing. It's best to make sure that it is exactly as you want it to be via testing it on a character sheet before you publish it. You also don't need to publish your homebrew content to be able to use it or to have your friends use it. Homebrew content is automatically shared within a campaign so you don't need to publish it.
As has been stated above, it is best practice to thoroughly playtest and edit your homebrews prior to sharing them with the comunity. If you just create them and share them immediately without making sure stuff is working correctly, that’s part of how this stuff happens.
Now to specifics, what types of homebrews are you working on (race, class, etc.), and what exactly seems to be the problem? Maybe I can help.
Hey Sposta, thanks for helping me. Well, I have items that I've build and also wrote/added specific damage/damage type/rolls to, but they aren't shown and I don't know why. Just the basic text is shown - ONLY text no other information also added, so that I have to add it into the text itself. That is my issue with the last item, which is a hand crossbow, a weapon, I classified it, but there aren't shown any typical specifics to this weapon or my additions...
You are fine! I just didn't fully understand your issue and I know that Sposta worked hard on the homebrew FAQ that's full of tons of information that may have the answers you need without needing to wait for someone to respond to you post asking for help.

So, first and foremost I wanted to apologise Conal! :) I was a bit frustated with the issue. I am glad that you tried to help!

Correct, all it will display is the description. If you want it to display anything else you must include it in the description.
