It's my first time making any sort of home-brew so I wanted to upload my home-brew subclass onto here. That way I could make my character with that subclass. I think I can figure everything else out, but how do I add a terrain immunity? An option in the subclass allows you to ignore difficult terrain caused by loose earth/ rocky terrain. How would I add that? Also, the subclass has multiple choices. Each of the choices allows you to gain even more effects later on depending on your choice. How do I make it so that I can only choose once, but still have the effects at different levels, rather than just 3rd level for all of the later benefits?
I was hoping to find this out too, but it seems this is the only post about it!
Instead of a subclass, I want to give the ability to ignore difficult terrain caused by non-magical plants to a Homebrew race I'm crafting.
As far as I can tell there is nothing mechanical that needs to be applied to the character for this. Basically you just write it into the description and hit save.
Since there is (currently) nothing that will register on the character sheet in any way that you are in that difficult terrain, there is also (currently) no reason for any mechanism to counteract that difficult terrain.
There is a modifier that looks like it might be applicable, but it may very well be the incorrect thing because it does something else. I honestly do not know as I have never played around with it. It more than likely is not necessary for what you are trying to accomplish, I am only including it for the sake of completeness just in case.
“Modifier—>Speed Reduction; Modifier Subtype—>Remove” and then you could use “Description—>”Apeed Reduction from difficult terrain caused by non-magical plants.”

That should be the same answer to the first half o your initial post as well.
As to the second half of your post, you may no longer need help, but if you do just say so and I will do what I can to help.

I hope this has been helpful.
