I'm just your everyday dungeon master. Ignore that jar full of souls. And those bones in the corner are just props, don't worry. I'm definitely NOT a lich. Definitely.
Yes, I like beholders. Yes, I curated an exquisite personality for commoner #2864. Yes, my catchphrase is "are you sure?"
NAME: Cethenain Malinois AGE: [unknown, appears 19-21] RACE: Eltoritian PRONOUNS: They/Them WORLD OF ORIGIN: Ikala HOUSE: Aangria YEAR: First Year LEVELS: 5 Barbarian (Path of the Cursed Blood)
DESCRIPTION: (placeholder) Cethenain is an incredibly tall-- reaching nearly 7 ft-- with a wide brimmed, leather hat and dusty clothes fitted over a blackened and brassy harness. They appear humanoid for the most part, with a face that is incredibly difficult to commit to memory, almost as if it were the effects of magic, and long, black hair curled and braided into multiple smaller segments, not quite gathering all the loose strands from their face. Their skin has a coppery sheen, clearly suntanned to the point of nearly reaching a deep brown, dotted with speckled freckles on the exposed skin of their legs covered in wraps around the joints. They're barefoot, with a short long sleeve overshirt cut just above the waist, and sandy brown shorts held up by the harness they're wearing underneath. Their skin is covered in deep brown tattoos of canine teeth and swirling clouds, thorns around the ankles. The human-not-human person isn't incredibly broad, but clearly muscular and lean, more in an underfed way than anything purposeful. Slung over their shoulder is a massive lance-like weapon, the bottom section fitted with a very steampunky shotgun barrel, adjusted to hide under the main blade like a concealed weapon. PERSONALITY: Reckless, prone to violence, yet with a fairly cheerful attire and heavy aussie accent. They enjoy a good conversation, a good game of cards, and also hitting people with their lance.
HOMEBREW Eltoritian:
Ability Score Increase. When determining your character’s ability scores, increase one score by 2 and increase a different score by 1, or increase three different scores by 1. You can't raise any of your scores above 20.
Creature Type. You are a Humanoid. A creature attempting to discern your creature type perceives you as a Monstrosity.
Size. You are Medium.
Speed. Your walking speed is 35 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.
Languages. Your character can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
Mental Link. You can speak telepathically to any creature within the reach of a melee weapon you are proficient with and carrying. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language. When you speak with a creature in this way, it may also respond telepathically.
Glamored Mirage. As an action, you may manifest an illusionary clone of yourself within 60 ft of you, which lasts until it is dismissed, it moves more than 60 ft away from you, you summon another, or if it is killed. This clone looks identical to you, but is unable to attack, activate magical items, or carry more than 10 pounds. It has an AC equal to yours, the same senses as you, and one HP, and it does not benefit from any class features or magic items you have. It is the same size as you, and it occupies its space. On your turn, you can mentally command the echo to move up to 30 feet in any direction (no action required). You can choose to speak through this clone and can see through its senses as if you were in its space. Anything that affects the clone also affects you, and any damage it would take that would kill it, you take as well. You may also teleport to this clone as a bonus action, destroying the clone in the process. While the clone is within 5 ft of you, you have a bonus to your attack and damage rolls equal to half of your PB (rounded down). You may also forgo this bonus as a reaction when you are hit with an attack to add to your AC until the start of your next turn, or until your clone dies.
Sleepless Paranoia. You may complete a long rest in 6 hours rather than 8, and while you are unconscious, you and your worn and carried gear are invisible. Additionally, you may telepathically contact creatures within 30 ft while unconscious, and gain 30 ft of blindsight until you wake. You do not receive exhaustion penalties from extreme weather or resting in armor.
Path of the Cursed Blood:
3rd level: Rage of the Lycan When you rage, your physical form grows and shifts, becoming more akin to an amalgamation that resembles both you and the creature whose blood you were cursed with. You gain the following benefits while raging:
At the start of each of your turns when you have at least 1 hit point but fewer hit points than half your hit point maximum, you gain hit points equal to the amount of bonus damage your rage gives you. You gain these hit points before you must make the saving throw for your bloodlust.
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity, the size you can grapple, and the weight you can push or drag. Additionally, your reach is extended by 5 ft, and the damage dice of your weapon increases by 1 if you are using a heavy or two handed weapon.
The curse in your blood boils, seeping through your wounds and searching to find another victim. Creatures that hit you with a melee attack or come into direct contact with your blood must make a CON save against a DC of 8+CON+PB or suffer a form of bestial madness. Creatures that ingest your blood have a penalty to this saving throw equal to your proficiency bonus. Once a creature succeeds on this saving throw, they are immune to this effect for the next 24 hours. While affected by this madness, a creature has its CHA and INT stat reduced by an amount equal to your PB for the next minute, and it is compelled to use its action on each of its turns to take the attack action against the nearest creature. A creature under the effect of this madness is considered charmed by you for the duration of a minute, and at the end of this minute, it makes another CON saving throw. On a fail, it suffers the penalty to its ability scores until the Remove Curse spell is cast on it, and it must roll once on the short term madness table.
If you start your turn with fewer hit points than half your hit point maximum, you must succeed on a DC 8 Wisdom saving throw or move directly toward the nearest creature and use the Attack action against that creature. If you have your Extra Attack feature, you can choose whether to use it for this frenzied attack. If more than one creature is equally near to you, roll randomly to determine your target. Once your attack is resolved, you regain control of yourself.
3rd: Blood of the Beast Your cursed blood grants you one of the following benefits, which further shapes the creature your curse has transformed you into.
Thermal Imaging. Your senses have adapted to much colder places, allowing you to sense the heat of living creatures. You are able to detect the location of any living creature or object that emits body heat within 30 ft of you, regardless if it is fully obscured or behind full cover.
Natural Weapons. Your body gains a set of natural weaponry, which can range from the addition of a tail, claws, horns, or more. This natural weapon has the finesse property, 5ft reach, and uses your strength or dexterity modifier for attack and damage rolls. It deals 1d6+mod damage on a hit, your choice of bludgeoning, slashing, or piercing. If you aren't wielding any weapons or a shield when you make the attack roll, the d6 becomes a d8.
Camouflage. You gain the ability to shift the colors of your body at will, allowing you to better blend into the surrounding environment. You have advantage on stealth checks, and as a reaction for the first time in a round when a creature would spot you and you are not surprised, you may make a stealth check to hide against that creature.
Enhanced Senses. You may choose a type of Perception check (sight, hearing, or smell) and gain a bonus to those checks equal to your rage bonus damage. Additionally, you can make out details of even extremely distant creatures and objects as small as 2 feet across and can identify the exact scent and sound of creatures and objects detected by a perception check.
Tunneler. You gain the ability to dig, and have a burrow speed of 15 ft. The tunnel you leave behind you is equal to your size, and you can only bury through dirt, sand, and any material that isn’t thicker than stone.
Sprinter. You gain an additional 10 ft of walking speed. When you move 30 ft or more in a straight line, you gain an additional 30 ft of movement until the end of your turn. This extra movement ignores difficult terrain, and you may only use it to continue in a straight line.
Escapist. You may count as up to one size smaller when attempting to move through a space, if your gear can fit as well. Creatures Huge and larger have disadvantage on attacks against you, and you have advantage on checks to escape the grappled or restrained condition.
Aerial Imitator. You gain a pair of wings you may use to glide with. While descending vertically, you can regulate the speed at which you fall, taking no fall damage if you choose not to. You may also glide off of structures with a fly speed of 30 ft, with an upwards fly speed of 15 ft, and descend at least 10 ft per round. If you are held aloft by nothing but your fly speed at the end of your turn, you begin to fall. You cannot be wearing heavy armor to use this feature.
Parasite. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you may choose to use a bonus action to infect them with a parasite of some sort, whether it be a leech or other creature. You can have a total amount of parasites planted equal to your PB, and as a bonus action on your turns, you may force that creature to make a CON save against a DC equal to your Rage of the Lycan DC. On a fail, it expends a single hit dice, and you recover an amount of HP equal to the amount rolled. This parasite is removed if the creature receives magical healing or takes poison damage.
Venomous. You gain a natural weapon, whether it be a bite or stinger, that has a range of 5 ft and uses your Dexterity or Strength for its attack and damage rolls. It has a damage dice of d4, and on a hit, a creature must make a CON save against your Rage of the Lycan DC or be poisoned for the next minute. You may use this attack as a bonus action on your turns if you have taken the attack action, and may also use it as a reaction when a creature enters your reach for the first time on a turn.
Acidic Skin. When a creature comes in contact with you or hits you with a melee attack for the first time on a turn, it takes 1d6 acid damage. If you are at half of your HP or less, this damage increases to 2d6.
Seafarer. You have a swimming speed of 60 ft and advantage on attack rolls against creatures that do not have a swimming speed while you are fully submerged in water. You also gain the ability to breathe both air and water, and have a +1 to AC while fully submerged.
Spiked. When you grapple a creature, that creature is also considered restrained and takes 1d4 piercing damage at the start of its turns while you are grappling it. Additionally, when a creature hits you with an unarmed strike, they take an extra 1d4 piercing damage.
Climber. You gain the spider climb ability and you have advantage on saving throws to prevent yourself from falling.
Prowler. Your movement speed is not impacted by the hide action, and your movements are muffled when you walk. When you are hiding and would miss a creature with an attack, your position isn’t revealed. When you are hiding and hit a creature with an attack, you may roll a stealth check at disadvantage to determine if you are still hidden.
6th level: Improved Beastial Form While raging, you now regenerate an amount equal to your CON mod plus your rage bonus, up to your maximum health. Your natural weapons additionally now count as magical attacks, and you may choose a second Blood of the Beast boon.

If he actually fit his clothes he would actually be even less noticeable than he currently is. (May add more here) PERSONALITY: Constantly embarrassed for reason nobody can get out of him without flustering him even more. Azir is actually rather servile and seems generally afraid of displeasing other people, especially teachers. This also makes him a bit of a perfectionist, and since he often gets things wrong, makes him very slightly depressed. Terrible with other people, but great with birds, especially eagles. They just seem to naturally like him, and sometimes appear around him dramatically, which only adds to the poor kids embarrassment.

Rogue really fits the whole Vaskar vibe in my opinion. And that would end up with a four class house.

HOMEBREW:
The First Vampire Patron
Level 3: Drain Life You gain an innate power to drain life from the living. After you take the Attack or Magic action, you can use a Bonus Action to make an Unarmed Strike. On a hit, the Unarmed Strike deals Necrotic damage equal to 1d6 plus your Charisma modifier instead of its normal damage. When you hit a creature with Drain Life, you can expend a Pact Magic spell slot to deal an extra 1d8 Necrotic damage to the target, plus another 1d8 per level of the spell slot. When you expend a spell slot in this way, you regain Hit Points equal to the amount of damage dealt.
Level 3: Nocturnal Predator As a predator of the night, you have been blessed with enhanced vision in darkness. You have Darkvision with a range of 60 feet. If you already have Darkvision, its range increases by 60 feet.
Level 6: Creature of the Night You always have the Polymorph spell prepared. With this feature, you can cast it only on yourself without expending a spell slot and without Material components to transform into a Bat, Rat, or Wolf. Your game statistics are replaced by the Beast’s stat block, but you retain your creature type; Hit Points; Hit Point Dice; Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores; class features; languages; and feats. You also retain your skill and saving throw proficiencies and use your Proficiency Bonus for them, in addition to gaining the proficiencies of the creature. If a skill or saving throw modifier in the Beast’s stat block is higher than yours, use the one in the stat block. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Level 10: Eldritch Appetite When you reduce an enemy to 0 Hit Points with your Drain Life feature, you can take a Reaction to consume the last of its fleeting mortality. When you do so, you regain one of your expended Pact Magic spell slots. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
Level 14: Eternal Night Your vampire patron grants you a taste of true immortality. You no longer age, and you gain Resistance to Necrotic damage. As a Bonus Action, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute: • At the start of each of your turns, you regain 1d6 Hit Points if you have at least 1 Hit Point and you aren’t in direct sunlight or running water. If you take Radiant damage, you don’t regain Hit Points from this feature at the start of your next turn. • When you use your Drain Life feature, you can deal an extra 1d8 Necrotic damage without expending a spell slot. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.

NAME: Cethenain Malinois
AGE: [unknown, appears 19-21]
RACE: Eltoritian
PRONOUNS: They/Them
WORLD OF ORIGIN: Ikala
HOUSE: Aangria
YEAR: First Year
LEVELS: 5 Barbarian (Path of the Cursed Blood)
HOMEBREW
Eltoritian:
3rd level: Rage of the Lycan
When you rage, your physical form grows and shifts, becoming more akin to an amalgamation that resembles both you and the creature whose blood you were cursed with. You gain the following benefits while raging:
3rd: Blood of the Beast
Your cursed blood grants you one of the following benefits, which further shapes the creature your curse has transformed you into.
6th level: Improved Beastial Form
While raging, you now regenerate an amount equal to your CON mod plus your rage bonus, up to your maximum health. Your natural weapons additionally now count as magical attacks, and you may choose a second Blood of the Beast boon.

Vaskar is the coolest house tbh imo but I think most people are doing Mannith and Madernis. Not enough love for Aangria and Jallix.

Name: Azir Korriman
Age: 15
House: Madernith (is that the name?)
Year: 1st
Physical Description: 5' 7", short blonde hair, very tanned skin and sky blue eyes. His defining feature is that everything he wears is at least a size too big for him, including his glasses. If he actually fit his clothes he would actually be even less noticeable than he currently is.
Other Info: Father is a renowned court mage from a different kingdom. While Azir himself doesn't have much faith in himself, he's probably an awful lot more powerful than he looks. He is also constantly embarrassed for unknown reasons.
Hi, I'm hungry! I mean, I'm EJODM18604, but you can call me EJO.

RACE: Human
PRONOUNS: He/Him
WORLD OF ORIGIN: Shurima
HOUSE: Madernis

PERSONALITY: Constantly embarrassed for reason nobody can get out of him without flustering him even more.

Uhhhhhhhh I looked at the artificer and it’s kinda OP, so I’d rather you not use it. Use regular artificer instead or smth.

HOMEBREW:
The First Vampire Patron
Level 3: Drain Life
You gain an innate power to drain life from the living.
Level 3: Nocturnal Predator
As a predator of the night, you have been blessed with enhanced vision in darkness. You have Darkvision with a range of 60 feet. If you already have Darkvision, its range increases by 60 feet.
Level 6: Creature of the Night
You always have the Polymorph spell prepared.
Level 10: Eldritch Appetite
When you reduce an enemy to 0 Hit Points with your Drain Life feature, you can take a Reaction to consume the last of its fleeting mortality. When you do so, you regain one of your expended Pact Magic spell slots. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
Level 14: Eternal Night
Your vampire patron grants you a taste of true immortality. You no longer age, and you gain Resistance to Necrotic damage.
As a Bonus Action, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
• At the start of each of your turns, you regain 1d6 Hit Points if you have at least 1 Hit Point and you aren’t in direct sunlight or running water. If you take Radiant damage, you don’t regain Hit Points from this feature at the start of your next turn.
• When you use your Drain Life feature, you can deal an extra 1d8 Necrotic damage without expending a spell slot.
