On floor 224 is the back half of the tarrasque and a single Golden Flower with a creepy smile. You get here by jumping into the mouth of the other half of the tarrasque.
Floor 225 is a nice cabin room with a comfy bed, but the only way to relax is to share your time with a rotted zombie named Carl. You get teleported here everytime you become really tired.

Floor 226 is reached by animating all of the elevators and having them fight for supremacy, and the winning elevator will take you there. There is a single onion ring on the floor in this stone room, an onion ring that's TOTALLY not full of drow poison.
You reach Floor 229 by feeding the Half-Tarrasque on floor 223 the onion ring from Floor 226, and then pressing the button for Floor 1 on the elevator.
Floor 229 has the layout of a castle, but is made of flesh. Eyes stare at you from the walls, and gaping was wait in the floor to swallow you whole. The only way to leave is to enter the castle's heart, which resides in the deepest reaches of Floor 229. Whatever you do, don't look up.....

...Because Floor 230 Is accessed by going through the opening within Floor 229's roof.
Floor 230 is a dark dimension thought to be the place where Floor 229 resides. It is filled with the physical manifestations of every nightmare and fear ever.
Floor 231 is accessed by having a dance party with 231 of the nightmares. Floor 231 has all the secrets of the universe: The last digit of pi, what the fox actually says, the Krabby Patty Formula, the recipe for Minecraft chain mail...
The method of access to floor 232 is learned through the use of 231's knowledge base.
Floor 232 is a small dining room, featuring a table seating six in the center. If all six chairs are occupied at once, a small box appears on the center of the table, filled with small slips of paper. On each paper is listed the name of a popular dinner game. (Charades, scattergories, etc.) Whenever a slip is drawn, all the materials required for the game then appear, and the box vanishes. The game must then be played. Whoever loses the game dies. After the game has ended and a player has died, the group is teleported to the lobby.
To access floor 233, everyone playing the dinner game must forfeit at once. They will all be teleported to the next floor, which features a massive book. Read the massive book, and you'll know the true names of everyone on D&D Beyond. Then they all have to grant you a wish.
There is no Floor 234, but the elevator to Floor 234 does lead.... somewhere. The elevator leads you out onto a grassy plain before vanishing. There is a mountain in the distance, as well as a desert, a village, a dark forest, and a lake. Something seems off about this place. Maybe its the small slug creatures that hide in the forest. Maybe its the fact that no one is in the village. Maybe its that there's an abandoned laboratory at the bottom of the lake. Who knows?
Late at night, you can hear screeching coming from outside, the tearing of flesh, and the splitting of bone. Something is out there, and it's coming for you....
Floor 236 is only found by feeding an elevator to the Reeker, after which a button will appear on its uvula. Press the button and the Reeker transforms into floor 236. On floor 236 is Toby Fox's written explanation of every secret in Undertale and Deltarune. Sadly, a gibbering mouther guards it. Upon reading the explanation, you must make a DC 20 Intelligence check to comprehend the information written down. On a failure, you take 5d20 psychic damage. If this kills you, your corpse is absorbed by the room and you become a new gibbering mouther. On a success, you are instantly teleported to the nearest computer so you can tell everyone everything online.
Floor -2 can only be reached by placing a slung from Floor 234 inside of one of the pipes on Floor -1. After that, a noxious gas emits from the pipes as the creatures foul innards begin to cook. The gas causes you to fall unconscious, and you wake up screaming on Floor -2.
Floor -2 is actually pretty pleasant. It takes the form of a city street, and everyone there is pretty friendly. The one complaint I have is that they all have the habit of breaking into song every so often, and a camera seems to follow one particular Goblin.

Floor 237 is accessed by knocking fourteen times on one specific 2x2 foot area in the lobby. After doing so, the next time you take the elevator, you will immediately be brought to floor 237.
Floor 237 is a reflection of our own world. Everything is exactly the same. All objects and people are exactly where they were left, and everything acts just like it would in our own realm. The only difference is that everything is cast under a mildly greenish tint. You will get used to the color quickly.
While on floor 237, you are unable to travel to any other planes of existence. And if you use the elevators on floor 237, they will immediately bring you back to the lobby of our world, rather than any floor.
Floor 238 is filled with cats, with a narrow path through the center leading to a golden statue of a cat. Don't touch the statue. If you touch the statue, it will become animated long enough to sit on your feet. The only way to get to this room is to carry a cat into elevator six.

Floor -1 if a steamy room full or rusty copper pipes. It's the plumbing and heating system for the entire Tower.
