Stitch, you suddenly find yourself in a round room, the floor tilting at a strange angle, and see George, the yuan-ti wizard, run to one side (beside Angelino, if I'm not mistaken) and hurl some fire at the statue, whilst shouting at you!
The first of the bolts strikes the statue in the shoulder, bursting in a sizzling flash of light but leaving nothing more than a scorch mark on the surface of the bronze. The second glances off the statues leg, fizzling harmlessly on the wall, and the third twitters past, narrowly missing Alexander and bursting on the stone wall beside him. The statue turns and stomps towards you and Angelino, and makes a sweep with its sword:
Attack: 32 Damage: 22 slashing damage.
Angelino, the backswing comes towards you from nowhere;
Attack: 21 Damage: 8 slashing damage.
The floor swings upwards on the South side of the room, and the door above it swings open, revealing another lever. Below it, the door (with only one bar on it now) is below the level of the floor.
Oh, wow. That's a lot of damage. "Angelino... I could use... some healing... If you have any. I'll get us to the other side once the last lever is pulled."

Seeing the others trying to fight the statue, Stitch tries to help by sneak attacking it.
Damage: 10
You'll need to make an attack roll for that first to see if it hits! Let us know if you're new and we'll keep you pointing in the right direction :) Always happy to answer any questions!
Also, is this a ranged attack or a melee one? In this room, where you're stood is quite important! The room's shaped like a compass - the statue is on the North end of the room, and the floor is tilted so the South end is raised up, where it's drawn level with a (now open) doorway, with a lever behind it. Just a general "I'm at the north-west side of the room" or "I'm in the middle" is enough to work on!
I think I’m roughly in the middle, but I stepped slightly away from the statue so I’m a bit to the south side. I’m going to sneak up and do a melee with my claws.
Stealth: 16
Also, I would like to have the chance to practice some dming in future, so I’ll write up some rooms at let you know when I’m ready
You don’t need to attack roll for sneak attack, you just roll damage
I'm afraid that's not quite right! Here's a link to the rules for sneak attack: Linky
You'll need to make an attack with advantage (which there are several ways to go about getting, including sneaking up on the enemy, as you're doing) in order to trigger sneak attack - and be using a finesse or ranged weapon (I'm willing to allow your natural weapons as well, as a DM caveat).
Also, (I just read - I'm still learning!), you can get it here even if you don't sneak as there are opponent within 5ft of the statue, and you won't have disadvantage - though the advantage from sneaking will make you more likely to hit!

You successfully sneak up behind the statue, as it is distracted by swiping at George and Angelino, and can now make an attack with Advantage (roll 2d20 and pick the highest). I'm happy to take the 10 damage you already rolled for sneak attack, if it hits!
As for DMing, of course! let us know when you've got one ready and you can take the next room from there! (I think this room's not far off being done, and I'm out of ideas again for now!)
Just so I'm clearer on what you're rolling, can you just write in what you're using? I believe claws are 1d4+Strength slashing - I'm guessing you've added the 10 you rolled already! I don't want to be adding stuff twice!
Just something like "That's 7 slashing from my claws and 10 for sneak attack", it'll help keep me on the right track!
You lunge towards the statue, and leave a set of claw marks in the bronze, bright metal shining through where you've scored the surface. The statue's head turns ponderously around to you, and its arm lashes out:
Attack: 24 Damage: 8 Bludgeoning damage on a hit, and if it does hit I'll need you to roll me a Dexterity (either acrobatics or athletics) to stay on your feet as the statue swats you 30ft. backwards!
It turns its body towards you and starts to follow you towards the middle of the room, with slow, booming strides. The floor starts to tilt back the other way.
Nope! That was a 1 to hit!
The force of its swing, which missed you wildly, causes the statue to stagger slightly, and in regaining its feet it has no time to move anywhere.
Stitch, Angelino and George are now all stood at the North end of the room, with the statue, who has just regained its balance. The floor is still tilted up at the South end.
Yep! On the money with that one! I have already added the ten and I’ll probably do that for the rest of my rolls. I’ll let you know if I forget or change my mind.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Kay arrives at the South door and looks around. She notices Stitch. "Hey! We have another sneaky person!" She waves enthusiastically at him. "Hello there! My name is Kay! Short for Kayaws!"
Kay shakes his hand. "Impressive! I'd show off some tricks of my own but I gotta get thought this door." She points at the door behind her with her thumb. "The others just gotta get the statue to move a little farther before it'll open." She ponders the best way to show up the newcomer's acrobatics...
Alexander is overjoyed that he finally managed to deal some damage. He is so distracted by this that the statues next attack hits him, immediately stripping away the health he'd just regained from Angelino.
When the statue attacks George and Angelino, Alexander rushes over to help. Blood gushes from his wounds as he grips George's shoulder and uses Lay on Hands to give him 16 hit points. "This is the best I can do," he pants, then looks at Angelino. "Do you require healing my lord?" He staggers slightly, "If not, I will heal myself instead."

"Thank you very much for the healing."
"Also, would you rather be Large or have a +1 weapon?"

(By the way, Harmony is actually level 6- haste was a magical secret spell. Since she leveled up in her other campaign I forgot that she was still 5 here. Would you guys prefer she stuck with her level 5 abilities only? Her level 6 is pretty much haste and counterspell.)
Alexander nods to George, "Glad to be of help." He looks at the axe he just used to attack the statue. "To be perfectly honest, I am not sure." (The axe is a +1 weapon, would what you're thinking of stack on that?)
He turns to Angelino, "Thank you my lord. I will keep my remaining healing in reserve for later." He look better but it is obvious that another good hit from the statue might be lethal. (He will only heal himself as a last resort) When he notices Angelino's sickened expression he asks, "Are you sure you are alright?"
Kay shakes his hand. "Impressive! I'd show off some tricks of my own but I gotta get thought this door." She points at the door behind her with her thumb.
