I am trying to create a artificer subclass that can make bone weapons, and if the artificer uses their bone weapon they can use the INT ability rather than DEX or STR. Is there a way to do something like the monk's dedicated weapon but for this?
You'll want to read this thread, specifically the Homebrew Items & Equipment FAQ section, #10.
Unfortunately that is not currently possible.
The best you can do is write it as plain text and the player will ould have to “Customize” the magic weapon directly on their character sheet to reflect the accurate attack and damage modifiers.
Alternatively, you could add the following Modifier:
Modifier: Bonus→Subtype: Magic Item Attack With [Ability] (image in spoiler bellow)
However, bear in mind that modifier will automatically affect every magic weapon that character uses, and can never affect nonmagical weapons.
Thanks! That is what I kinda figured, but I wanted to see if I missed something. I also take it, there would be no way of making it an infusion option either because that was another thought I had.

No, homebrew infusions are not currently possible.
