It's crazy that monsters like lycanthropes (werewolves, wererats, wereboars, etc), night hags, wraiths, wights, etc. have resistance to non-magic non-silvered weapons but there are no silvered weapons available to add to character sheets. Arrows, bolts, daggers, spears, axes, swords, etc. are all possibilities. Add prices too which according to the rules are 100g for a weapon and 10 ammunition for 100g. The rules actually say "all weapons" at that price.
Also, I'd like to see the descriptions of tools and supplies sets (smith, navigator, smith, tinker, painter's, brewers, alchemists, etc.) include what the actual tools are (as you do with thieves' tools) instead of "These special tools include the items needed to pursue a craft or trade. Proficiency with a set of artisan's tools lets you add your proficiency bonus to any ability checks you make using the tools in your craft. Each type of artisan's tools requires a separate proficiency." It would help with using the skills and to creative solutions to problems.
Also, if there is a nonmagical adhesive, I'd like to see that added as well. It would help with creative solutions to problems.
What other non-magic items would people reading this like to see added to DND Beyond for character sheets?
Silvered weapons are available in the character sheets. You add the weapon, and then open up the weapon customization to check the box that will make it silvered.

I see but it doesn't work on crossbow bolts. I could make the crossbow silver but it seems counter intuitive.

This is true, but if you title your bolts "Silvered Crossbow Bolts", you will have a separate count of those and regular Crossbow Bolts.

The reason that the actual descriptions of the tools aren’t included is because those are in Xanathar’s Guide, which is not free content.
Adhesive can be found in Tinker's Tools. It could also theoretically be made using Alchemist's Supplies.
