Perhaps they can't add conditions but they could add a status option for antimagic that has all the logic built in. I'm not suggesting that D&D Beyond change the rules of D&D, just suggesting an improvement to the character sheet logic that would be helpful to players.
I found another bit of mechanical logic last night in game that could be automated into the sheet. If your character has a Periapt of Wound Closure equipped, dropping to 0 HP shouldn't trigger Death Saves.
With a Periapt of Wound Closure, you don't stabilize until your turn, so if you have a particularly evil NPC, or are somewhere with lair actions or AoE spells, you might still need to track Death Saves.
It would be cool to have a toggle for it that removes any bonuses from magic. Given the structure of the JSON, I could see a rework needing to be done to make it work, though.

Agreed. I had that discussion with my DM after I posted that. So, I can see that making it automatically ignore death saves might be bad. I could see adding it as a note on the death save section though. To remind the player "Hey, you have this magic item..."
I do not see the need to add this as a toggle/thing, it is likely very infrequent and easy enough for you to track yourself in your head. If you were at a game with pen and paper character sheet and presented with an anti-magic field you'd maybe note there is one but would not actually "adjust" your sheet, and just remember to not add magic effects/bonuses when rolling and don't cast magic. It's a "you" thing not a "sheet" thing and much much MUCH simpler for you to just remember and adjust your rolls than for D&D Beyond, who already have dozens of projects and things big and small they're working on, to have to add this for you.
If you really struggle, somehow, to just keep a mental note in the game then just make a feat that does what you need: add to character when in antimagic field, remove when not.

I'm sorry, Cyb3rM1nd, I didn't realize that suggesting improvements to a community venture was a frowned upon activity here. Or are you just the guardian of what should and shouldn't be? In a high level character, being under the effects of anti-magic can affect armor class, to hit bonuses, strength and every other stat, hit points, and a potentially large number of other things. Granted, I'm new to D&D Beyond, but I can see that it is spectacularly useful and already very good at automating the common tasks of character management. All I'm suggesting is ways in which that automation can be expanded and improved.
I would suggest that if you are not able to handle having people post opinions different than yours to not post on a public discussion forum and instead send a private message to a moderator or staff member.
I am fully aware of what you're suggesting. I just disagree with it and gave my opinion on why and did so politely. There is no need to cop an attitude for somebody discussingsomething you posted to a discussion forum.

Anti-magic. It's not needed often, but when it is needed, it affects a LOT of stuff.
It's a cool idea, but conditions are defined by Wizards of the Coast in the Player's Handbook, so the D&D Beyond team can't just add extra ones. :)
