This message pops up every single time I fill out the residence/payment method information and attempt to go through with a transaction.
This topic has been brought up in forums several times and discussed with 2-3 comments every time, all suggesting the same things and coming up to dead-ends; “Make sure your card information is all correct,” “Open a ticket with support,” “Contact your bank.” I’ve done all of these, still no solution found. The reply I received through Email from support is as follows:
“Hello K,
Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast Customer Support! The error which you have encountered, "Processor Declined", means that your bank is denying the transaction. Unfortunately, we are not provided with the reason for the denial, in which case, you will want to reach out to your financial institution directly for more information.
If the problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
Missy”
I’ve made a few successful purchases on here, the last one being Feb. 2022, and all of a sudden it’s impossible. I don’t have any other payment methods and would rather not hassle anybody for their card info for a $2 purchase just for it to also not work. And I WILL NOT OPEN ANOTHER TICKET WITH SUPPORT.
Please, tell me that somebody has found a solution to this situation by now.
I’ve entered the billing address for the card I’m trying to use. It does differ from my actual residence for the time being, but that shouldn’t have an effect on the transaction as it didn’t with prior purchases.
I've had this exact same issue. But when I filled out a ticket they told me the same thing. I've replied to them that the bank has nothing wrong and it is the website that is the problem, but they never responded. Seems this is another issue that's being ignored.
A processor decline indicates that the bank has refused the transaction request. Specifically, it is an error that occurs between the financial institution and the payment processor. Only the bank can confirm the specific reason. There's nothing D&D Beyond can do to remedy the issue.

If the address you enter matches the info on file for the card then it should be fine. Should.

Should indeed.
I am very glad to have opened another dead-end thread for this exact issue with no real help whatsoever from support.

This topic is helpful for me. The same issue happened on me. OK, I have to ask the bank same question.
