This is a known issue and is being worked upon. In the meantime there are two solutions:
1. On your character sheet at the bottom of the Senses box there will be a small cog. Click this and then in the sidebar that appears click customise. You will see a space where you can enter a number for Darkvision. Here you can put in what the Darkvision should be (120 for the Robe of Eyes). You might get a red API error box, do not be concerned this is just because there's a bug with the senses, just click the cross in top-right to close - the value you entered will be saved and overrides any bonuses or penalties given by race or items.
2. You can create a homebrew magic item to counter the stacking - name it similar to the item giving darkvision, in this case call it Robe of Eyes Darkvision, and give it the same rarity, in this case Rare. For the item add a Modifier with Type "Sense" and Subtype "Darkvision" and in the Fixed Value field enter the difference in Darkvision as a minus, in this case -60. Add this item to your character and equip it (check the box). The Darkvision will be reduced to the correct value. If you take off the robe, just uncheck the item you created which should be right next to it.
This will be fixed but there are a lot of other things taking priority at the moment. When the bug is fixed it will be detailed in the changelog so you can always look out for it in the near (ish) future.

Came here to look if this was an intended effect, glad to see that at least there's an answer. However this thread does look old, is this still an in progress issue?

The Dark Vision granted by Robe of Eyes stacks with natural dark vision.
It shouldn't.
