So one of my players is trying to add a home-brew item I made for them, and now they can't add any homebrew item I've made for them. They can add purchased content that I am sharing with them but none of my homebrew. I can add it for them if I access their character sheet from my account.

Oof that’s rough. I spent a couple hours trying to get mine working. One of the players already had an item, that’s now missing and they can’t search for it either.
I'm having the same issue, and it only just started a few days ago or so. I was able to add mine and other player's homebrew content to my player's character sheets, but now when I try to add anything homebrew to any of their 5 characters the items just don't appear, no matter if Proficiency or Magical are checked or not, no matter if their characters are Private or Public, and no matter if the Enable Homebrew is on or off..
What is interesting though is my players are able to see the homebrew items and add them to their characters themselves, it's just me as the campaign creator that can't add it to their sheets for them.
I have the Same issue. Players can find and select homebrew content for their charater, but as a DM if I try to add any homebrew feats, spells, subclasses, or items, I can't access any homebrew stuff.
Title says it all. When I go to create a new character in my DM's campaign, the homebrewed races they added aren't showing. I used the homebrew races before, but they suddenly just stopped showing up.
Whats up with that?

Hello everyone! The team is looking into the issue of some homebrew content being unavailable to add to certain characters. Thank you very much for your reports!
Have tested with all the other players in the campaign and they still show up for them. Is there any reason I would be locked out from seeing such things? I already made one character with the homebrew content, but can't seem to do it again. Please help.

Thanks for looking into it. In the meantime, there is a workaround: Content sharing appears to be only broken from the DM point of view. If a player logs in, the homebrew content shows up normally. :)
Sorry to repeat this question, I realize it's been asked a million times before but I haven't been able to find a solution.
I have created a homebrew item which is now in my homebrew collection. I go to the menu for my campaign, for which content sharing is on, and into the character sheet for one of the players in my campaign, who has homebrew content enabled. However, I can't find my homebrew item when I go to Manage Equipment and search for it. I have no trouble adding this item to any of my own characters in this way, but cannot add it to any of the characters belong to the players in my campaign.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you for the help!

I am having the exact issue described by oplo472. It would be great if someone can show me the error of my ways and explain why I can't see these items.

I have several of my homebrew items not showing up in Manage Equipment. Three below are listed, but I know a few more of mine aren't showing either. My two most recent are showing though.
I am also having a problem with this. The players in my campaign cannot see the home brew content. In fact when I go in to try and make a character I cannot see it either. Please help. Already cleared my cache and logged back in.

Is the Homebrew toggle on (red) for the character? (Home page of editor, or on sheet click profile icon/character name and choose Preferences).

I'm currently trying to make my first campaign on dndbeyond. I created a homebrew race and created a campaign (nothing in it, just a title to save it). I can't figure out how to add my homebrew race to the campaign so my players can use it. Am I missing something? I don't have a subscription (and I'm hoping to not get one) but I can't tell if it's necessary or not since I can't even find a way to do it at all. Thanks guys :/
You don’t need to add your homebrews to specific campaigns. As long as that homebrew is in your “collection,” then whenever you are in any campaign with others your homebrews will automatically be available to everyone (as will all of their homebrews). All anyone needs to do to access that content is go to the “home” tab of their character builder for any characters they have in those campaigns and toggle on “homebrew content” (toggle should be red, to the right) and all homebrew in folks collections will instantly become available.

Thank you, Mellie, for keeping us all updated!
@mprof & @Sinyria, thank you for sharing that your characters can see it! I'll definitely need to test it myself, I can live with that workaround!

I've seen several reports of this lately. I think it's a recent bug.
