Given that the bonuses are minor, free, but technically pointless things that do very little, all this fuss is laughable.
Leaders failing their country, cops killing innocent people, riots, viral pandemic locking down entire nations, and more.
And you're throwing tantrums because somebody got very minor cosmetic pre-order bonuses outside of pre-ordering, and were able to save maybe $3, at absolute most, by getting it in the bundle instead.
Just hilarious.
JFC.
I for one see absolutely no value to those bonuses whatsoever. In fact, I see a negative value to them. I dislike players in Campaigns I DM having blinking, flashing, strobing crap on their character sheets. “I hates them, nasty bonuseses....”
At this point, I am personally more irritated that DDB has still not learned their lesson when it comes to transparency with their products features. How many forum posts have you seen about people complaining that they wouldn’t have spent the money on the spells from EGtW if they had known in advance that they also had to buy the subclasses just to use them? How many complaints continue to pop up about Spells of the Mark because people were uninformed at the POS that they are currently nonfunctional?
If this had happened to me I would have gone full Karen on them by now. What would it really take to add a little red disclaimer to things? Two minutes of payable personhours? And look at all of the upset it would have precluded!

Careful - if you look at my previous replies you can't use the K word.
I apologize for all of the confusion over the pre-order bonuses for Mythic Odysseys of Theros. Customer Service was doing as instructed, but this being a unique situation, we should have clarified a different approach for them. Anyone who purchases Mythic Odysseys of Theros before July 20th will receive the pre-order bonuses, including if you bought it in a bundle. This is the first time this kind of thing would be applicable, and we are working right now to make sure everyone who has the book has the bonuses.
We will do better in the future about being clear about these situations, and once again I apologize for this issue.

Thank you - that is the reply I needed from the support ticket. I understand that Support was doing as instructed but they simply were repeating themselves and not at all clarifying what was going on in the background. That is a big issue. Please think about things like that in the future too. make sure that customers are not simply getting told the same thing over and over again and instead being updated on what is happening.

Oh, don't worry - I'm going full <REDACTED>. My most recent response told the support staff either had this ticket to a higher up or refund me my source bundle and I'll just purchase MOot individually. Since apparently that's how the team meant for me to receive the bonus. That was 8 hours ago so we'll see how this works.
We will do better in the future about being clear about these situations, and once again I apologize for this issue.
Your post is very good news.
But first, in the short term: please be 110% clear to your CSR employees that if someone owns MOoT, and bought it by any means whatsoever before the deadline, that they should have those extras, that if they are missing them the CSR should correct that, and most importantly, the CSR should not try to weasel-word their way out of giving those extras to a customer.
Because that latter option? That's how you get irate customers. Or, perhaps I should more accurately say, irate former customers. Which does no-one any good at all.
Mine our now unlocked! I have to say they are pretty awesome too. I especially am fond of the animated portrait frames! It would be awesome if DDB started releasing more of these for purchase including the old ones that were part of preorders. If we could buy those I would.
Hello! I currently have access to this book through my DM, who has a master tier account with all data unlocked. It looks really neat, and I'm thinking about starting my own campaign in Theros with a new party. However, when I tried to test out the character builder I noticed that I cannot create characters using Theros races/subclasses. How come I cannot create Theros characters? If I were to purchase these products on my own and get a Master tier account would my new DnD group be able to create Theros characters after they join my campaign?
-Edit: Some further testing reveals that the character must be in the campaign where the DM is sharing the content. Thank you.

You only have access through sharing specifically in that campaign. You can use those options in that campaign, but nowhere else.
If you, or anyone else in your new campaign has purchased the book from this website, and if you or anyone else in the new campaign has a Master Tier Sub and enables “Content Sharing,” then you and everyone else in the campaign would be able to use the contents of not only that book, but also of every other book purchased by anyone in that campaign as well.
When content is shared with you, you can only use the character options from the shared content for characters in the campaign where the content is being shared. If you purchase it yourself, you can use content in any of your characters.
Will we ever get a way to track supernatural gifts and piety? Maybe only when in a campaign
It's being worked on. they had to revamp the entire back end of the character sheet for multiple mechanics like Spells of the Mark and Supernatural Gifts.

Actually, I don't think it is currently being worked on.
The Theros stuff isn't WIP, nor listed as upcoming.
As I understand it, the back-end changes are largely complete, and now it's a matter of using the changes to implement content. From the updates for last three months, they've been focusing on trying to get the Class Feature Variants implemented (it's been WIP in all those updates). With Theros' Piety and Supernatural Gifts, they expressed the idea that they'd like to do them, in the longer-term, but in the short-term just offered some work-arounds, but in a whole official post about it, which suggests to me that they anticipate a pretty long delay before they actually start work on implementing the Theros material. The delay may well get longer if another new, hot WotC material gets released before Theros is addressed, because they already have a "solution" to Theros (the aforementioned work-arounds).
Indeed on the contrary, Mythic Odysseys of Theros is crossed out as entirely completed on the Trello board.
Given that these features aren't WIP, aren't in Upcoming, and aren't on the Trello board, and indeed that Theros appears to be regarded as complete, I don't think it's correct, based on this information, to say they're "being worked on". In fact, I think it's a bit silly to anticipate them being addressed any time soon. I wouldn't be shocked if they appeared in WIP/Upcoming in a few months, but equally I'd be unsurprised if, unless people got loud about it, they didn't slip to the back of the queue as new WotC books/material came out.
In particular, there's a new Xanathar''s-style book on the way (WotC has alluded to this), with a ton of stuff in it, some of it potentially hard-to-implement (definitely including an optional revision of races so that stat bonuses are separate from racial abilities, and probably including an updated version of the Class Feature Variants, together with a bunch of Feats and subclasses), and I suspect implementing that will take priority over Theros, unless Theros is addressed soon.

That's because Supernatural Gifts and Spells of the Mark are part of the "General Features" part of the roadmap (to my understanding). So yes, as a matter of fact, they ARE being worked on, just under an entry you didn't think of.

The backend re-write of the code for the character sheet is done. That doesn't mean the backend work needed to add features like piety has been done. DevanAvalon is correct that the Piety would fall under "General Features", which is targeted for work to begin next quarter. Supernatural gifts might fall under that category as well.
I don't think that Spells of the Mark falls under "General Features," though. The work currently being done on Class Feature Variants will also get them at least partway to being able to implement Spells of the Mark.
Just looking through the Paladin Oath of Glory and notice that the last line in the Aura of Alacrity "the range of the aura increases to 10 feet".
(Should it read 30 feet at level 18?)
Aura of Alacrity
7th- and 18th-level Oath of Glory feature
You emanate an aura that fills you and your companions with supernatural speed, allowing you to race across a battlefield in formation. Your walking speed increases by 10 feet. In addition, if you aren’t incapacitated, the walking speed of any ally who starts their turn within 5 feet of you increases by 10 feet until the end of that turn.
When you reach 18th level in this class, the range of the aura increases to 10 feet.
