I made a campaign for a group to play here that uses homebrew races I have made. However, during character creation, there was a problem with the players not being able to see and select the races they wanted/needed for the campaign.
Is there something on my end that is blocking them from seeing/selecting it? Or is it something else?
Did the players have homebrew turned on for the characters in questions? (First page of the builder)
Are your homebrew races in your collection?
If it’s neither of those two issues, it may be related the the general wonkiness that’s been going on with homebrew stuff lately. All you you could try logging out, waiting 15 minutes and then logging back on. (I’d suggest you do this first, since you are the homebrew creator. If that doesn’t fix it, ask the players to do so)
Please let us know if any of these suggestions work. The more info the developers have about what’s not working right with homebrew, the quicker they’ll be able to get it fixed.
So the players have homebrew turned on (I checked every one), and all my races are in my collection. They are still not visible to the players.
What's further, one of my players in the campaign also has a homebrew collection that IS visible and showing as playable races for this campaign, despite the fact they have not shared these creations nor their collection of homebrew.
Given all that, I'm going to assume that it is most likely an internal problem from the developers, and have sent a notice to them.
