I have a problem that I could use your help or suggestions to help me figure out what I need to do in order to fix the issue I see happening.

On HOMEBREW (title) > CLASS FEATURES (title) > CLASS FEATURE OPTIONS (title) > ACTIONS (title) > LIMITED USE

Everything looks correct, I think, but then when I go to my character sheet, I see from ACTIONS/OTHER and LIMITED USE tabs the item I created shows 5 times. This is only suppose to show once.

I’ve been racking my brain as to why it is showing 5x and I still can’t find what I’ve done wrong. Can I get some helpful suggestions please?

Please post a link to your character sheet and another to that homebrew so a Moderator can look at it for you. Even if it is unpublished, a Mod can see it.

Did you accidentally add the action/limited use multiple times? Check. If you did, delete the extra ones, and re-save the entire subclass. If you did not, re-save the entire subclass anyway.

Then wait 20 minutes and check the character again.

There are 17 entries added to LIMITED USE, which is on purpose. Are you able to see each page of the subclass creation?

I am not a moderator, so I cannot see any of it except that last link which you should remove ASAP. It looks A moderator will be able to help you though.

From your character sheet it looks like you added that whole Action “psychic Ki Points” 5 times. Did you add the same Action to all of your features?

No, I did not add "Psychic Ki Points" 5 times, that is why I'm trying to figure out why I see it 5 times, but it wasn't added to the back end of the creation sheet.

 Whelp, that worked, it got rid of all the multiple items, but it got rid of ALL of the items. As in, it no longer shows "Psychic Ki Points (Special)" at all.

What happened? How can I get it to show back up?

After you make any changes to a homebrew, we must re-save the entire homebrew using the main “SAVE CHANGES” button. That is what triggers the system to pick up our changes. So first try that as it cannot hurt anything and could possibly fix your issue.

Also, sometimes when we make changes to a homebrew, those changes do not always push through correctly to character sheets that already have the homebrew on them. Does the problem persist if you test the homebrew on a completely new character?
