This.
I like having them organized as they are now, but it would also be great to also have a "Limited Use Abilities" tab that just focused on the limited abilities from race, class, backgrounds, items, etc.

Playtesting Fugare Draconis, an epic tale of adventure, loss, and redemption
So this is just a completely minor and pretty irrelevant suggestion but I figured I'd throw it out there anyway.
With the pre-purchase bonus backdrops, none of them have any names. They're all just "MtoF1, MtoF2." Would be nice if they had a descriptive name like the frames and themes as it's hard to tell what they actually will look like once they get chosen.
Also, while I'm at it, please, please, please stop making frames that obscure the portrait? I mean, I love the fish bowl, I love the orrery and the cogwheels, but I also like seeing the cool-ass pic I took three hours tracking down that is perfect for my character.

This has also been posted in the mega-thread for bugs. As a quick and dirty work around, you can click on the weapon, click customize, and manually add a 1 to the "to hit bonus" and "damage bonus" fields. Just need to remember to remove those if/when this is fixed!
On desktop, we're going to see about displaying a single box to the right (instead of two) to give the content a little more room to breathe.
Hi Adam, I hope your holiday was relaxing.
Regarding the point (above) you made last week, is this something that could be made toggleable? While I can see the appeal of having more space to see your spell and equipment lists or being able to see more of your features, my preference would be to continue having two boxes but each have the full range of headings available.
So far I find that I'm usually flicking back and forth between the Combat, Spells and Equipment tabs in play, while leaving the bottom box on Features (and only occasionally referencing it). I would therefore much rather have the ability to see my Combat and Spell/Equipment information "side by side" such as in the following mockup.
I like the toggleable 1-2 panel idea and the full headers to both panels (I've mentioned before that I don't see redundancy as an issue).
So, if someone wants to have combat top and actions bottom? Or traits top and equipment bottom? Or spells on a single, long panel? It should be available.
Customizability, I suspect, is the closer you can get to have the most people pleased.
(Still looking forward for a "favorites" option for... just about everything in there :p )

I'm not sure if they are or not currently, but they should all show up in the Actions panel.
Is it just me or homebrew spells don't scale at higher level anymore (both spell level and characeter level)?
I have even tried just copying an existing spell like Burning Hands, renaming it and then using it with a 2nd level spell slot. At higher level the damage stays 3d6 while for the non-homebrewed one it goes up to 4d6 (and it becomes blue).
Even some cantrips that I had already completed and that worked well in the old version, now don't scale with character level anymore.
on the generated character sheet has the proficiency already been added on the side where it says the +X or do I still need to add that after. Im assuming its already included.
I wonder in how varied people are in what information they want to have "at a glance" - being shown all the time.
Personally, I don't have a need for all the ability checks to be on screen all the time. When called to make a check I would be happy to expand a panel and see what the bonus is and make the roll.
What is more useful for me is to have "what can I do" at a glance so that planing an action is easier, and this would differ based on class, equipment held + skills learned (i.e. thieves tools), etc.
I'd like a list of weapon / spell attacks, resources (ki points, smites /w spell slots, sorcery points, etc), actions, bonus actions, reactions in a list (without tab switching) - I don't mind scrolling. The spells panel does pretty well at giving you at-a-glance spell slots and spell level filters, but again an "all option" with some scrolling would be nice. If these two panels are on screen all the time it allows for me better planning and quicker utilization of characters skills.
Move AC, Initiative, Defenses and Active Conditions up into where the health area is now.
If the DM is calling for certain things; saves and ability checks, i think those two panels can use the popup side bar for a quick reference of the +/- required for the roll. Same with proficiencies & languages and the senses box.
I would set it up something like this, with the links of "saving throws" / "Senses" / "Proficiencies & Languages" / "Skills" opening up the side panel for the various checks and references that would be made.
Set the height / width on the boxes and allow scrolling.

I REALLY like this idea! A LOT. I don't know how much room is up there on dynamic pages, but it would be way cool for combat-basics like Init, AC, and condition-icons to go up there.

Concentration! People forgetting about Concentration is probably the biggest problem with 5E. Way more important than Inspiration in terms of what needs to be front and center, or even AC which is easy to remember. DDB also needs to implement a concentration tracker that warns you when you cast a new spell that will override prior concentration, and prompts you when you enter damage (plus shows you the Con save DC)
For other character sheets (not those owned by me), despite the removal of the Background and other "secret" material, you can still find out a character's background via the tooltip text when you hover over certain things granted by the background. Like so:

This is so annoyingly true that I forgot about Concentration as thing that even needs to be considered on this sheet until you mentioned it! The addition of it recognizing you having it turned on/off before casting a concentration spell is a cool thing. That's a lot of if/then coding to do in the calculations, but I would be happy with an inspiration-style button for the time being. Then, down the road, when they take at look at a "temporary conditions" pass they could buff the feature up. Great call out!
So, I really love a lot of the changes with the sheet revamp, but after using ita bit, I have a few feedback points I'd like to give.
Having changing prepared spells be buried under a gear icon is somewhat unintuitive and the icon itself is low contrast and difficult to see. I would ideally like to see that pulled out to a more prominent button that is actually labeled.
Under the spells section, could we have it default to an "All Prepared" option, rather than just cantrips? I like having the spell level slicers, but having switch to a spell list, then flip through sub lists isn't always that intuitive. (Though, you wouldn't want to duplicate spells for casting at a higher level in a list of all of them. That would crowd things a lot.)
While I like the crisp look of the new mobile layout, I really don't like the bottom right location of the view select button. It strains one handed operation on my admittedly over-sized phone. Any chance we could get options for button placement in the settings? Or I really liked and now miss the horizontal swiping, though I know that would interfere with the details tray ui.
Also on the mobile select button, while I like the pictures, the text is small and hard to read on the busy backgrounds. Could we make it more text focused, and preferably sorted alphabetically? Or just make the buttons larger and a single column? I keep hitting the button to bring up the options, then spending time searching for the thing I want, which isn't the easy 2-click you were going for.
Overall though, great job! Thank you for putting so much work into this!

Improved Pact Weapon is not giving the designated pact weapon a +1 bonus to hit or dmg.

Well only if you purchased the compendium that contains it, or just purchase that specific part. believe its part of players handbook

An awesome improvement. Looks fantastic.
My question is how does one add spells when a character has taken the Ritual Caster Feat?
