The Aberrant Mind feature of Psionic Spells and the Clockwork Soul feature of Clockwork Magic both offer the ability to
"Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be an ____ or a ____ spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
Spell types being Divination or Enchantment for Aberrant Mind, spell types being Abjuration or Transmutation for Clockwork Soul.
This is their level one feature and seems rather essential. Currently there is not a workaround for this feature as there is no possible way to remove the spells and or replace them on a DNDBeyond character sheet. My best workaround at this time is simply to note with a custom name for the spells in my character sheet <NOT THIS SPELL, CHANGED TO _____> spell name, but it's not a great way to play.
Are there any plans to make a more convenient fix in the character creator or character sheet?
Aberrant Mind - Psionic Spells. We don't currently have a method to allow swapping these spells out. We are looking at solutions for this. "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
Clockwork Soul - Clockwork Spell. See Psionic Spells above.
It's an issue with at least one other non-Tasha's subclass (Divine Sorcerer), as well. As you discovered, they know it needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, their list of things that needs to be improved/addressed is quite long, and some of them that look simple from users' perspectives are actually quite difficult: some of them mean significant restructuring of the database or rewriting the code from the ground up. I'm a great fan of DDB and what it does, but there are definitely limitations and friction points. Every time there is a new release by WOTC with new/different mechanics, I am reminded how the human brain is much more flexible and more able to use what I might call "intuitive logic" than computers and databases can. There's a lot that a good database and a good computer can do faster and more efficiently than the human brain, but they are also quite rigid and don't handle exceptions to rules or new ways of combining/relating things well.
I really hope this gets fixed as this is kind of a bummer when playing these characters and the compatibility in D&D Beyond has not caught up. Thank you for your hard work D&D Beyond team and I hope you all address this topic sooner rather than later as the only fix is to ask you GM to home brew the entire class with the new spell in the know spell list.

if your GM tells you no to homebrewing it, then tell them they're literally stopping you from using a RAW option.

The current workaround for this feature is to create a homebrew version of the Clockwork Soul subclass, swapping in the spells you want for the spells you wish to replace. This approach works, even if it is cumbersome.
As a workaround for this I find it most efficacious to add a 6th option to the Divine Soul’s Divine Magic feature (so it always works correctly RAW from 1st level to 20th):

I just change the name of the spell to the one I am replacing it with.
Please make this a priority. There will only be more classes with this feature in the future. This is very annoying.

Really miss having correct character, even though all sources are bought :(
Alright folks, I got tired of this issue and created homebrew feats as workarounds. Enjoy:
