Hey yo its me the guy with the bad username, I am not going to run a game but I think this will be valuable info if my party ever acts like a jerk to me. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO HAVE A TOTAL PARTY KILL.
I think as a DM, if your party is acting in a way that interrupts your enjoyment, you need to consider why that is happening instead of just opting for a TPK (which will likely just sour some relationships). Consider whether you can set some shared expectations for play, or whether the game you are running is inadvertently leading them to behave in a certain way (your party will become murderhobos if every NPC they've encountered is secretly evil or plots against them). Quite often a party will act in response to the world they are given. Players tend to love their characters, so by engaging with who their characters are and what they want their characters to achieve - you can shape behaviours and help guide them through a story in a way that is satisfying for everyone.
Some important things to consider when play is becoming thoughtless/rude/disruptive: Do their characters have clear motivation to engage in your story? Have you created a world or campaign that has clear value to the players? Is the world fair to the players (not easy, but rather reasonable) or are you creating situations that are unfair and therefore not fun to engage with? Do you and your players have shared goals for 1) the type of story and 2) the style of play that you want to engage in - maybe you're just not matched?
I think intentional TPKs are a really undesirable way to deal with player issues. Finding out why the game isn't playing in a satisfying way and repairing that is much more rewarding, and will be a lot more fun for everyone involved.
If it is a certain in game behavior is bothering you, create a trap and punishment for that behavior. For example, if they are murder hobos have the next npc they murder turn out to be a polymorphed ancient dragon.
TPK’s are harder to avoid than they are to cause. All that it takes is the DM not paying close enough attention for 1 or 2 rounds and the party will take so much damage that half of them go down.
Serve all the non-dwarven party members triple-distilled dwarven whisky at a Tavern celebrating the Kord Games Tournament with an 'every second drink free!' promotion.
If running a one-shot, the party hears one shot from an arcane cannon...

Let the players do the thing that you warned them not to do.
If that fails, Increase the bards CHA and tell him the (person of his fantasy) is making Goo Goo eyes at them. Let him respond. The other person is the King's consort. Everyone gets thrown in jail until executed. Or Jail break.
If your players act like jerks towards you a TPK is extremely unlikely to fix that, and even money says it'll make it worse. Want them to act like grownups, treat them like grownups.

I don’t think a TPK is a way to solve any problems, you can’t just kill a entire party because one of them was a jerk last Thursday. But, if a TPK is necessary just say they die, it’s your story, you don’t need to do it in combat or follow “rules” often people will say “do whatever you want, it’s your game, the DM trumps rules” just use that power, just strike them dead with a godly DM smite from the heavens.
I almost never fear a TPK during combat encounters, they’re easy to hotfix in a pinch. But any time I create a skill encounter that requires more than a single Acrobatics or Athletics check with any potential for an unsurvivable fall, even with just a normal DC for Their level, my cheeks pucker up enough to crack a Brazil Nut. About 6ish months back a group of 12th level PCs consisting of ¾ Fighters and Barbarians and I put a single DC 15 check in front of them (just the 1) and it was almost a TPK. I have never had to dance so much to make “failing forward” work before in my life. The series of unfortunate events that led to my needing to use their PNPC to prevent a TPK would have been funny if it hadn’t been so incredibly unfunny at all.

Never TPK, likewise never kill a character because a player is being an idiot. In my opinion it shows a lack of social class and Immaturity as a person. You talk, out of game, and if needed move on or ask the player/s to leave or resolve the issue.
If you're not going to run a game then this means you're asking as a player how to kill everyone in the party, yourself included.
perhaps the answer is to not succumb to excessive petty revenge for people "being a jerk" and to resolve it properly? Not sure what you qualify as "Being a jerk", but killing everyone's character tops the list. Here's what will happen:
1: You'll enact your dastardly plan to kill everyone. 2: You'll get kicked out of the group 3: They'll retcon it so that your dastardly plan failed, and keep playing.
So just cut out the unnecessary legwork and either leave or deal with it properly if you're this way inclined!

This reads to me as, how do I ruin everyone's day as a player. My answer is leave the game, then you don't have to deal with their behavior and they don't have to deal with yours.

You... shouldn't PDK even if party is being a jerk....
But if you for some reason wanted to, there are no rules for what you can and can't do as a DM, so could theoretically just say everyone dies. If you wanted to use 100% RAW monsters and traps and what not, I'd advise a demilich or just 7,213,134 goblins.
I am guessing from the way that this was written that the OP is making a joke post and wanted funny suggestions about how to TPK his own party, rather than to be told how to resolve conflicts.

2) Give a tarrasque wings.
Wait for the players to do something monumentally stupid and watch the fallout of the consequences.
So on average just wait 5 mins.
