The online character sheet shows known languages in Description > Character Details > Languages. In the character builder the Race description page says racial traits determine the language, but the Half-Elf page provides no ability to choose a 3rd language of my choice. When exporting a character sheet, the paper character sheet has known languages listed in the Other Proficiency & Languages block. The Half-Elf character sheet will only list Common and Elvish as languages on the paper character sheet. I also checked the character builder Description page for options in Character Details and there were no language options there either. Is this feature missing?
I have also found if I export the character sheet in a PDF reader to make manual edits it causes mismatched fonts and sizes. Can anyone recommend a Mac and Android mobile PDF reader that can edit PDF forms? Google PDF reader on Android can read the character sheet but cannot make edits. Adobe Acrobat Mobile for android won't open the character sheet file. When I use my Macbook pro I can make edits to the PDF using Preview, but the mismatched fonts and sizes make a printed character sheet look horrible. The only other option using Preview on mac is to create your own text fields and copy the text into the text field for printing which does look nice, but is very tedious. Any recommendations for a good free PDF reader that can edit a PDF on a Mac or Android and recognizes the exported character sheet file type? Thanks!
Thanks. I have also found some other issues with exporting the character sheet. There is no text field in the character builder that can associate text to the Additional Features & Traits block on the paper character sheet. I usually list my tools and gear there. The exported sheet prints a 0 in the Experience Points block for a level one character when a blank field would probably be better for recording purposes. The Current Hit Dice block puts the dice roll on the total line instead of the Hit Dice field in the block. Isn't the total line for the amount of dice per level and the field for the dice rolled? The font sizes in the Attack & Spellcasting block looks a bit messy and strange with font sizes. The exported character sheet is an awesome feature. Thanks!
