I gut as well : Pact Boon: pact of chain and Eldritch Invocations Chain Master to allow me to get familiar and allows me to have a link and see from it as far as i want
A feat can only be taken once unless it specifies others. Spell Sniper can only be taken once.
On D&D Beyond it shows as multiple feats in order to make class selection work properly. However, it's technically only one feat and can be taken once only.

If I was the DM and someone asked to do that in my game I’d let it work. Doing that comes with a high cost in ASI’s/feats and it’s usefulness is limited to a range that’s so long it very, very rarely comes up.
If you read the feat under Sources->Players Handbook, it's just one feat.
As Cybermind said in his post, it's split into three feats in the character creator because DDB's backend systems can't currently support the different casting stats all in one feat.
So to use spell sniper, pick the one with the spell list you want to take a cantrip from. And then do not take it again.
RAW, the only feat that can be taken multiple times is Elemental adept.
Magic initiate, resilient, ritual caster, and spell sniper can o my be taken once.
Spell sniper especially. Of the above, spell sniper is the only feat who's effect applies to everything regardless of choice. The only reason they separated it was to separate the different spellcasting abilities.
If they ever fix feats so options can have spells and modifiers, they can make these feats appear how they actually work.
This gets me : Eldritch Blast 1800ft CantripWarlock
-Eldritch Spear: When you cast eldritch blast, its range is 300 ft.
-Spell Sniper (Cleric, Druid)
-Spell Sniper (Wizard)
-Spell Sniper (Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock)
=Spell Sniper=
When you cast a spell that requires you to make an attack roll, the spell's range is doubled.

Typically stacking effects of any kind is not a thing
