I am looking into being a warlock class, however, I see that your only patron can be "The Fiend". Are there other patrons for sale, if so where can I buy them from?
The only free content provided are the SRD and Basic Rules. Character options not present in those sources require you to purchase the source they are found in. In this case, the other subclasses are found in the Player's Handbook.
You may also purchase individual races, subclasses, feats & magic items from the marketplace - should you later wish to purchase the sourcebook that they came from, any individual purchases are fully discounted from the price of the sourcebook.
You are also welcome to create your own content using the D&D Beyond homebrew tools.

So you are saying by buying the player handbook I will get the other patrons like archfey, and ancient one?

Or you could just buy those two subclasses, yes. But you have to buy them from this website. You could also buy the subclasses from Xanathar’s Guide to Everything and the Sword Coast Adventurers’ Guide too.
And if you do just purchase portions of a book, it counts as credit towards the whole book, lowering its price if you decide to purchase the rest of it later.

If I buy the digital version of Xanathar’s would that get me the Celestial Warlock class? Or do I have to buy the physical copy of the book?
You do not need to buy the physical copy, but note that if you do not already have the 2024 PHB, the updated Celestial Warlock comes with that and may be the better purchase. Take a look and compare.

You have to buy digital versions (or digital+physical bundle) to unlock the content on this site. The physical versions alone won't get you anything here.
But rather than Xanathar's, if you want Celestial Warlock I suggest you pick up the 2024 PHB, either now with a Master Tier subscription, next week with Hero Tier, or in two weeks without.
Is there anyway to not do this? I have the actual books and just want to make an online copy of my character, but I can't since it has Dendar the night serpent. which is of the the great old ones
If you want access to non-free content on D&D Beyond, you'll either have to buy the book on D&D Beyond or homebrew it for personal use using the homebrew tools.

You can manually reproduce the subclass features in homebrew so long as you don’t publish them, but otherwise there’s no way you can use a physical book or a copy of the rules purchased from a different online service to access the official D&DB entries; they’re all distinct and separate products, even if they contain the same content.

Sorry, but how do you buy just part of a book? Cause I can't find the option.
You cant. The option to do so was removed on April 30th.
