Are there still plans to put the variant classes from the UA at the end of last year into DNDBeyond? We haven't gotten any update on that in a couple of months.
The last time the even brought it up was the dev update before the musical, and for a month before that it was literally just a "we are working on it" statement before moving on. I think they have given up on doing it and just wont go on record that its not happening. We are a few weeks from that UA being a half year old.

Nope. They're still working on it; they just have no new news about it to share in the dev update. They've reiterated that they're working on it on Twitter and the forums.
I haven't watched the update yet - what does "character sheet framework" refer to?
Backend work to shore up the character sheet; it also facilitates the character sheet in the app. Adam said it's been really essential given the significant increase in usage since COVID19 started keeping people home.

It didn't make the slides this time, but Adam said they are still working on it.

Again Awesome. I was listening live on twitch and didn't hear that, like mandala effect levels of sure he didn't say it. Thank you... maybe before my current character dies, he will actually have his character sheet have these traits show properly.
Any progress towards making it so that the grimire infinutus (however it’s spelled) adds the extra spells you can prepare?
If you're talking about the +1/2/3 to your prepared spell limit, you can 'over prepare' your spells from the manage spell list. Once you've prepared your maximum, just select any spell you wanna add to expand its description, and click the 'Prepare' button at the bottom. This'll put you at (X+1)/X spells prepared.
The spells found within the book aren't automatically prepared for you; your character still has to scribe them per the rules on copying spells into a spell book

So that’s not getting modified in the character builder? Oof, oh well

Considering copying spells is an optional thing that requires time and money, I doubt it's going to be automated for this item.

Not the copying spells part but the +1/2/3 to spells you can prep
Ah, sorry. I misunderstood. No idea if it's not getting modified in the character sheet.
