Dwalt spins at the sound of the commotion. He is taken aback at the scene that unfolds before him.
Wis Save: 18
Seeing the horror before him, Dwalt shakes in his boots, he will move 12 ft. away from the ghost.
Stuttering through it Dwalt will do his best to cast Bless on his Sarya, Tyrsis, and Gahthi "My Nature preserve an' protect ya!" he proclaims. ((he will only do this if you allow it))
Ghathi freezes in place at first as the ghostly apparition appears. "What! What are you?" he asks at first. But then with the piercing scream and the transformation into a hideous visage, it is all too much. He takes several small steps backward, trying to get out of the way of this... thing. He shuts his eyes tightly, hoping to erase the image, but it still remains in his memory. He just keeps moving away, slowly stepping backwards, his eyes still shut.

The creature's appearence was created on its turn against those who where facing it. Dwalt wasn't there when it was used so by the time you noticed the screams of the party you see a ghost which is odd but not as horryfing (might've been confused by some passive features from other creatures that activate a similar reaction on sight.)
So Dwalt is not frightened and can still use bless as normal.
Both Tysris and Ghathi will age 4 x 10 years as a consequence of such terryfing experience.
Ghathi peaks his eyes open just a moment. Seeing the apparition still there, he tries to destroy the thing casting Guiding Bolt. (Spell Attack: 10, Damage: 16 radiant)

Remember that while frightened you have disadvantage on attack rolls against the source of your fear. Also everyone can roll again the WIS ST at the end of their turn.
That barely hits. So that's 16 Radiant damage - next attack goes with advantage (unless made by someone frightened which will be just a regular attack)
Tysrisflies into a frightened rage and wild energies surge forth from him. As the fight or flight response kicks in, he wants to destroy this evil ghost in front of him.
(Bonus action rage, wild magic surge. Rolled an 8 in the log, for the following effect.)
A bolt of light shoots from your chest. Another creature of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage and be blinded until the start of your next turn. Until your rage ends, you can use this effect again on each of your turns as a bonus action. (Con save DC is 13)
Tysris pulls out his great axe and attacks the ghost. Attack: 11 Damage: 10
If the ghost does not make a DC 13 Con save, it takes 3 points of radiant damage and is blinded until the next turn.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Look at me!" he shouts, furious and gleeful at the same time, "I'm glowin'! I don't know how I did it, just jumped straight outta me chest! Hah!" The exuberant dwarf looks ready to fight.

The ghost turns to Tysris but before his greataxe finds its body a bolt of light (Ghost ST: 18) is projected from the barbarian. Then the greataxe finds the body of the ghost and, however, Tysris feel how some energy from the impact wasn't absorbed by the ghost as it would've happened with another creature (resistance to slashing dmg)

Grim takes hold of himself and sees the others affected by this spirit and recognizes its hostility. He grabs his cudgel and speaks a word in druidic. As a bonus action, ice solidifies around the head of the cudgel, turning it into almost a mace (Shillelagh). He rushes forward to join Tysris in his attack against the ghost.

Sarya backs away in panic from the horrific ghost, almost stumbling in the snow, though somewhat emboldened again by Dwalt's blessing, turnning and unleashing a blast of red crackling fiery force against the Trex ghost.
