The goblin in the tree lets out a startled squawk and tumbles backwards. You hear the goblins muttering amongst themselves for a few seconds. Then one of them cries out "Scatter!" and all three run (or limp) away into the swamp. As they retreat, one yells back "You haven't seen the last of us!"
((Success! I'll tally up XP at the end, so we don't have to deal with fractions, unless y'all prefer XP after every encounter.))
You continue to trudge through the nearly featureless swamp. A little over an hour passes with no sign of danger or intrigue.
"This is boring," Revelry groans. She rummages through her backpack, looking for her wineskin.
The rest of you notice a strange structure through the murk ahead. It looks like some kind of ancient tomb. Perched atop it is a stone statue. Even from 150 feet away, something in your gut tells you this is no ordinary statue.
Hum, whoever made it must have been either very rich or very powerful, this is big and far away from civilisation. It's not an easy task to erect something like this out here in the forest. I'd say there is the one or other pre-loved magic item waiting to be rescued from eternal boredom.

"Or its just a statue in the forest, but i like your idea better."
"Oh, I was referring to the tomb or crypt or whatever it is. The statue, who knows? It could just be a semblance of the owner?" Unsettled by Depths' comment about the Goblins that could spring from the bushes at any moment, Rizo decides to don his shield, just in case. "Depths, you're right. We're better be on the lookout for these goblins, or they'll jump in our back as soon as they see us distracted." Then, he'll approach the tomb taking a good look.

As all of you approach the tomb to investigate it, the statue lifts its head, revealing a grotesque, fiendish face. It spreads its wings, and flies at you. Simultaneously, the door to the tomb creaks open, and a figure wrapped in bandages stumbles forward.
Roll for initiative!
Gargoyle: 6
Mummy: 8
Revelry: 19
ETA: For combat purposes, I'm going to say the tomb is 30 feet ahead of us.
The bolt whistles through the air and hits the gargoyle, chipping away at its stone exterior, although not quite as much as you expected.
Gargoyle HP: 46/52
((Gargoyle is resistant to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from non-magical attacks. This might be a tough fight! Let me know if your weapons/attacks are magical.))

(Are the mummy and the gargoyle within 10/15 feet of each other?)
Rizo moves to be within 30 feet range of both Mummy and Gargoyle and draws his club, engulfing it in flames. Then he points the club towards mummy and gargoyle and shoots the mass of fire towards them (a: summon Wildfire Spirit). In between both (but 5 feet from the mummy) it lands and explodes into a the fiery spirit resembling a Monarch butterfly. Then, he commands Moni (ba: command Spirit), the butterfly, to withdraw to the left and with another explosion it teleports 15 feet leftwards (the goal is out of melee range) and moves 10 feet more. Then he moves to stand in the frontline line of the party, waiting for the enemy to approach.
Summon Wildfire Spirit: DC 14 Dex save or 6 fire damage to everyone within a 10 feet radius (at least the mummy).
Summon Wildfire Spirit
As an action, you can expend one use of your Wild Shape feature to summon your wildfire spirit, rather than assuming a beast form. Each creature within 10 ft. of the spirit (other than you) when it appears must succeed on a DEX saving throw (DC:14) or take 2d6 fire damage.
The spirit manifests for 1 hour, until it is reduced to 0 hit points, until you summon the spirit again, or until you die.
Command Wildfire Spirit (Fiery Teleportation): DC 14 Dex save or 3 fire damage to everyone within a 5 feet radius (at least the mummy).
Fiery Teleportation. The spirit and each willing creature of your choice within 5 feet of it teleport up to 15 feet to unoccupied spaces you can see. Then each creature within 5 feet of the space that the spirit left must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC or take 1d6 + PB fire damage.
"Well that worked out well," he smiles
*You can tally up at the end if it helps*

"Huh, who'd have thought that they'd just go?" Rizo wonders out aloud.
