(( I don't know how sleep works, but if tying them up is likely to wake them, Ithelion would mention this and suggest knocking them out first.... ))
It's a magical sleep and they won't wake up unless you intentionally slap, shake, or hurt them. The big questions is how long does it take you to tie them up?
How about you all roll a dexterity/sleight of hand (your choice) - unless you have decided not to participate in the goblin tying. It will be more of a group check to see if you can get the rope out and tie them both together in about 30 seconds?
Ithelion looks down at the goblin she is tying up. A small, even pathetically frail creature. They tried to kill us. They are evil. They are in league with the corruption of this place. Sickening images of the mongrelfolk camp come back to her, then the Mayor's smiling face.
She glances at Daemyar, then replies to Shere, "Interrogate theme back there. Then their fate should be in Daemyar's hands. I trust his judgement in this."
If she has time she pulls two sacks from her pack, throws one to Daemyar, and starts stuffing the one she has into the mouth of the goblin she has bound, while holding a dagger under its chin.
"Hold on Senorra, like I said I have a way to interrogate without harrming them. One might even become our friend. But yess lets go back to the coffin rroom"

You are all able to truss up the goblins really well and they are secure. It's a good thing too, because just after you finish doing so one of them snorts and opens an eye. It wriggles and strains against the ropes, thrashing about like a fish out of water. As it flails about, it knocks into the other one, waking it up in the commotion as well. It, too, starts flailing about. [did you tie them both together or separately?]

While you are discussing what's to be done about the goblins, Krom is the first to notice something, as he looks behind him cocking his ear, then Ithelion and Daemyar. Soon, you can hear some chittering sounds emanating from the dark hallway to the left. First one, then, two then three rats come closer. Horrifyingly, you notice that's not all. Two mounds come up the hall behind the giant rats. The mounds shift and move, like children under a blanket. As they get closer, you can see it is a group of rats traveling together - some caught up and tangled with each other and moving as one! You notice some of the rats seem half dead or half eaten. Not being able to untangle themselves has led to some interesting meal decisions for them, it seems. The goblins' eyes widen and they start backing up screaming. You look in horror as the rats approach you and move within melee range of the first row of you....
@krom - you can actually make out down the hall another goblin, armed with a shortbow, looking your way trying to aim at whatever it can...

Initiative: 7
Garnet has been silent watching the small goblins be tied up with a growing sense of unease and a creeping familiarity. The conversation on what to do with them just sounds like she's underwater. As the scattering sounds of rats from the next room become closer. Garnet feels very far away.
Garnet will use her protection reaction when applicable
Initiative (group 1 post in any order, group 2 same thing afterwards)
Group 1 - R1, R3, G1, Daemyar, Krom
Group 2 - S1, S2, R2, Shere, Garnet, Ithelion
G1 - the cowardly goblin tries to line up a shot on Krom with its shortbow, giggling to itself seeing its pets let loose upon these fools: Attack:5Damage:3 *the goblin seems a bit delirious and as it lets loose, it snaps its hand with the bowstring and the arrow falls to the ground - a miss! It howls in anger and pain.
R1 - The rat snarls at Ithelion and moves into her range and will jump at the wizard, gnashing teeth and slobbering mouth pushing mists of warm breath that steam in the cold and damp air: Attack:6Damage:6 *Ithelion manages to raise a robed arm against the rat, and its teeth clamp on the nothing substantial - a miss! Though the elf looks in disdain at her now-ripped and chewed-upon robe, slobber and pus soiling the nice garment.
R3 - the giant rat snarls at Krom and jumps to attack! [adv. from pack tactics but disadv. from garnet reaction]: Attack:23Damage:4 *Garnet's shield moves in a second late as the rat scurries up Krom's beard and find a small hole near his neck - it's a hit! Krom throws the rat off and grunts in pain.
Garnet's Actions while I am asleep when it's her turn:
Garnet will try to shake away the past so she can focus. Moving to attack R1 if they are still alive if not she will attack the next nearest rat creature to her position.
Attack: 12. Damage 5
------------------------------------------
Another role should ya'll progress combat to a second turn with similar action as above:
Garnet will attack the next nearest rat creature to her position. Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Daemyar pulls out the heavy crossbow and fires at the goblin shooting at us
Attack: 23 Damage: 5
@daemyar - In spite of the small amount of cover the goblin enjoys, Daemyar's heavy crossbow thunks loudly and a bolt catches the goblin in the torso - it's a hit! The goblin screeches and spits blood. It's looking real hurt and wheezing loudly.

So... Krom/Garnet helps Daemyar tie the upper torso, and Ithelion helps Shere tie the lower? Does a Mage Hand and an Unseen Servant help? ;-)
Or we tie them up individually...it might be easier. We have several ropes.
Sure, if you use them to help you you all can make the rolls with advantage.

“You seem confident. Have at it then.”
