Erven stays in the room above and maneuvers beside Bert to be able to get a clear shot to Lorghoth through the portcullis. He also calls to Lucky Bear, giving him the “come here right now mister“ look and snapping his fingers. After he shoots he side steps toward the stairs.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Erven, your shot punctures the skin of Lorghoth, causing a spew of acidic ichor to fly forth. It gibbers wildly at the wound, alternately screaming and crying in pain.
At the sound of Erven's voice, Lucky Bear barks and moves away from Lorghoth and out of the room. [I know map has her there, but in reality she is further in the reliquary...]
Onyx grimaces as he watches Sho falter under the macabre assault. For a moment, he hesitates, unconsciously leaning away from the Decayer. But he had his own protection, as well as some sort of ward from Talion. He couldn't fail everyone now. Keeping his shield up, he forces his feet closer to danger, stepping around Lhorgoth. With his free hand, he reaches out, hand glowing with a soft warm light that fades as it brushes Sho's forehead.
"Awaken, friend. Retreat. I have it from here."
He then takes up his defensive position a step away.

Bertolt grabs his lute and begins to play the family tune, letting out a discordant hum as he puts the last of his magic into his music. He cast Dissonant Whispers on the creature in an attempt to make it flee so Sho and Onux can join them.

Sho coughed a small knot of blood up into the muddy water, and he felt Onyx’s warmth enter his lungs where each breath was like stinging needles. He fought with himself to open his eyes, and caught quick glance of the magic compelled Lorghoth fleeing south. He reaches out with his blood stained hand and fires a quick spell, then forces himself back onto his feet. He gives Onyx a deep, solemn look, that could’ve said a lot of things, before he turns back and retreats back north, boots slapping against the thick, dead water.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
At the jarring conclusion of Bertolt's song, Talion watches in amazement as the Thing moves away from Sho. His eyes dart to the bard, then follow Sho's agonizing progress. With each step his eyes widen, half expecting the creature to attack, but no attack comes. When Sho finally makes it to the room he shakes his head, "Warrior came though at last, eh? And the old man." he nods in the direction of Bert. I need to understand what he does. He clears his throat and offers Sho his potions back. "Think you need these more than me." His mind seems to be elsewhere, perhaps it is the effort of working with so many spells recently.
He then answers Erven's question in a monotone, his gaze never leaving the Thing, "No problem."
(( If he can also hand the hammer to Erven now, he does ))
Sho gives the dog a wary look, before turning to Talion. He closes his eyes briefly to find his footing again, and wipes off the blood off the corner of his mouth indifferently, leaving messy scarlet smear covering the lower half of his face. He didn’t really comment, but from the relaxed furrows between his brows, he seems more grounded to see Talion again nonetheless. His long fingered hand takes one vial of potion from the man with the slightest hesitation, “Thanks.” He replies softly. He looks beyond the corridor, gazed fixed on Onyx in the dimly lit water chamber, and the giant lumbering mass of flesh further into the darkness.
Erven grips Sho’s arm and looks him straight away in the face, (which is battered and beaten), their eyes lock and he gives him a big smile and says “Glad you are with us!” He squeezes his arm just a little and then goes back to eyes on the Thing, bow up and ready to shoot.

Since the creature stops only a few paces from its refuge he decides to make an attack. He then moves to get a clear line of sight and launches a bolt of arcane energy at it, then -- if he had to move -- retreats back into the reliquary, allowing anyone else who might want to attack some space.
(( Note: (1) If he has a clear line of sight even with Bert in C6, then he wont move before attacking, and will remain where he is. (2) If he has to move, and Sho is in C5, then the second part of movement is C7-B7 ))
