So I am having an issue not being able to see the Critical Role content in the character creation. I have critical role content turned on. I have deleted the character and tried to remake them turning on CR content again. I know that the toggle is working cause I can see blood hunter and gunslinger. It is just the wildemount content that seems to not be showing up. And yes I have it purchased. Looking through the sourcebook is what lead me wanting to make a Graviturgy Mage. Any help would be much appreciated.

Two questions:
Did you buy the “Full Version” or the “Compendium Only” version? Only the full version unlocks stuff for the builder.
How recently did you purchase purchase the book? It can take a little bit for everything to push through to the character sheet.
Yep, good catch. It's correctly spelled on p. 201 of the physical book. The font style of the caption in the physical book is a bit stylized (the Z is pretty narrow), so I assume that's why DDB misspelled the caption.
having an issue with adding echo knight to my archetype
I have enabled critical role and can see the CR- gunslinger but can not see the echo knight what am i doing wrong?
Couple questions,
Are you using content shared to you? If you are sharing content from someone to have access to the subclass double check you're making the character in the campaign where content is being shared. If you have joined the campaign but not making a character in that campaign you won't have access to the character options provided by people sharing content.
Did you recently purchase the content (either piecemeal or the entirety of Explorer's Guide to Wildemount)? I can't confirm as I haven't had this issue myself but I've read on here before that it can take 30 minutes or so for content to be enabled in some cases.
Barring those can you confirm whether you've bought the full book ($30 USD) or the Compendium only ($20 USD)? The compendium will give you access to read the content but not access the character builder options.
If none of these seem to be the case I'd recommend sending a message to support (or ideally someone here sees your post and can assist you further) to see if they can re-verify your purchases which should give you access to the content you've paid for.
Exandria firearms (musket, pistol) have the ammunition property in their description but not as an actual property assigned to the item.
This seems to make it so the repeating shot artificer infusion can't be applied to these weapons.
They do not have the ammunition property. The ammunition property is different to a discussion around the weapons using ammunition. They do not work with the artificer "repeating shot" infusion.
Known issue: The Grimoire Infinitus includes a feature that adds extra spells to the maximum amount a Wizard can prepare. Currently we are unable to model this on the character sheet for the item.
The Grimoire Infinitus also does not properly increase Amount of Spells (+3 at Exalted) that can be prepared (Not adding additional spells) or increase Arcane Recovery Uses. The book is also supposed to Auto-Prepare certain Spells - that does not occur.
You are correct that GI does not increase the number of prepared spells. I have asked on Dev Update and in the forums if DDB could revert the bug fix that allowed extra spells to be prepared on character sheet by selecting them in the spell descriptions but have not seen a response yet. Leaving the bug in place makes more sense then the need to go into manage levels and increasing your level to prepare the correct number of spells then dropping your level back down every time you want to change your load out. The red ! should be a clue that those without GI are doing something wrong.
There is a charge slot on the item that I believe is to represent the second usage of Arcane Recovery.
I do not believe the book auto-prepares the listed spells like a druid circle or cleric domain would. I would simply click Learn in the spellbook when you reach the level that can cast that spell. It would still need to be prepared like your other wizard spells.
So very simple i feel silly. Thank you for help

That was my issue. I thought I bought the full version and apparently I did not. Thank you for looking out :)

I bought the book, but none of the magic items are coming up as options in my Equipment for my characters. What's up with that?
On the “home” tab of the character builder, the toggle next to “Eberron Content” needs to be on (red, to the right).

"Critical Role Content," not Eberron content. ;)

Oops, an odd error to be sure. I've fixed it now though - Dr. Dranzel is properly named!

Do we know when this will be fixed
Most of the book is blank, but the following spells are recorded in the first pages of the tome: alarm, antimagic field, Bigby’s hand, blight, charm person, confusion, control weather, create undead, detect thoughts, enlarge/reduce, fear, foresight, gaseous form, glyph of warding, legend lore, Leomund’s tiny hut, mass suggestion, mislead, misty step, Mordenkainen’s faithful hound, prismatic spray, ray of enfeeblement, silent image, teleport, and thunderwave.
These do not show up when attuned
