Trying to implement this rule into a homebrew subclass feature, but having trouble finding where I can add this? Not sure what I should be selecting! Is there a way to actually do this properly within the system?

Your time fighting in the darkness of the swamps allow you to catch your quarry unawares. At the start of your first turn of each combat, you gain a bonus to your attack rolls and damage rolls equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of +1).
I'm assuming this is intended to be a temporary effect despite not being written that way? If so, temporary effects are not supported by the system.
If not temporary then this is insanely broken. A potential +5 stacking bonus to attacks and damage every turn the character takes. And the bonus lasts forever? Literally infinite attack/damage bonus... Yeah, this is beyond OP.
I would recommend rewriting it as:

As Cyb3r correctly stated, temporary effects such as that are not currently supported by DDB.
So this is not currently able to be implemented, that’s unfortunate. Thank you for the reply
Correct. If you try to implement it, it will apply that bonus to every attack and damage roll made by that creature. However, if you simply put it in plain text the player can create a custom action directly on their character sheet for that special attack.

Yes it is just temporary. It’s not something that is used every round, only when first entering combat. After the first round, it is no longer in use.
