is a 3rd level dragonborn fighter who prefers to savor the small things in life, because he knows that the next day he may go to the heavens, and I mean that literally. Furōto was raised by the Jūryoku arrokokra family. He always knew he wasn’t a true member and yearned for the ability of flight, just so he could fit in with the people he was around his whole life. When he turned 14, he got his wish, just not in the way he was hoping.
On the night of his birthday, the village was attacked by elven raiders. His family had escaped, but the young Jūryoku was asleep. He heard the sounds of chaos, but he couldn’t wake up. A being as strong as the gods whispered in his ear. “Your family is gone” it said, “But I can help you get to them. A wish you had for years will save you. I’ll grant this wish. Unless you wish to be captured?” “No!” he yelled, “I wish for flight! Give me flight!”
Furōto opens his eyes to find himself floating in the sky, unable to control his movement. He would’ve have died from starvation if his family hadn’t found him. His brothers and sisters dragged him to the ground and put him in a set of plate armor. He knows if this armor came off, he would float to his death.
And so, he swore vengeance against the being that made it so that he will never live the same way again. But he needs help from an adventurer party to do that.

Ghulurak is an ancient entity of frozen corruption, locked away on a distant demiplane. Driven by the vision of Ghulurak, some individuals are compelled to carve its likeness in ancient ice of polar glaciers, allowing Ghulurak's influence to spread across planar boundaries. Once this path is opened, a wave of frozen desolation spreads outward from the mind-bending effigy, spreading slowly but relentlessly. Unless stopped, Ghulurak's killing frost spreads to cover the entire world, and Ghulurak itself is made manifest to forever dominate the twisted wasteland. Ghulurak cannot be defeated. If the PCs are brought before it, they have already lost. Ghulurak can lay bare their minds to its alien will and subject their bodies to an everlasting frozen agony. The only way to counter Ghulurak is to destroy its statues and safeguard any information that could lead a wayward soul to be exposed to Ghulurak's true likeness.

Encounter notes: An encounter with Ghulurak's eidolon is meant to be dynamic. The statue is initially shrouded in a thick frozen mist, and covered in layers of opaque rime. As the PCs damage the eidolon, the rime falls away and they are exposed to Ghulurak's true likeness. A DM should telegraph this plenty in advance. The first stage of the fight should leave the PCs feeling uncomfortable but strangely unable to look away. By mid-encounter, the PCs should feel desperate to get a good look at the eidolon.

Dont know if Im gonna get my DM submission done on time. Currently working on trying to write my thesis and interview for jobs, so I am a bit busy. I will likely still try to submit what I have later on, even if it is incomplete.

You can submit 2 ‘brews. It would be ideal if they function within a set of rules, no matter how bizarre or ridiculous (think the Un sets in Magic: the Gathering). Just generally fool around and have fun with it.
Saeftinghe is a drowned city-state. Once a great island city, it was visited by a legendary gravitational wizard named Stan Mercury. Stan Mercury created a mythical 10th tier spell called Stan's Black Hole. The Black Hole imploded the foundations of the island and pulled it beneath the waves. Now located on the sea floor, it is very hard to leave when one enters. The island continues to have a pull on the people there, keeping there souls bound as undead.
Reasons for Exploration
A party can have several reasons for wanting to go to Saeftinghe. For example:
Seeking the treasures sunk with the city.
Finding the missing crew of a passing ship.
Searching for Stan's lost knowledge.
Dangers of the City
Once entered a party can not simply leave the drowned city as the gravitation of the black hole's remnants still pulls on them. Coming to close to the center of the city will require a strength save before taking crushing (bludgeoning) damage. But staying around the edges still does not let you leave. A player can only leave through teleportation, or making a DC20 strength check to escape the gravitational field. The outskirts of the sunken city are also filled with undead. There is also a floating conciousness that can jump between undead bodies. This conciousness is referred to as the Saeftingher, and is actively hostile against outsiders. An undead hosting the conciousness doubles its max hp and can make one additional attack per turn. Maybe this conciousness is Stan Mercury, maybe it is the old king of the island, or maybe it is something else that was released from performing a 10th level spell. If the creature the conciousness inhabits reaches 0 hp, it automatically jumps to another undead in the city.
As well as modified versions of these monsters (type set to undead if not already and given a swimming speed equal to their walking speed if not already having a swimming speed):
The greatest threat in the city is the great undead dragon turtle that circles the edges. Especially when the conciousness inhabits it. This creature is best avoided, unless the party is very high level.
I have made several changes to my PC option. Here are my changes:
1st level features: They have been split into separate features and I made it so that anyone within 30 ft has advantage on death saving throws. I took away the limited amount of uses and the reaction needed for it to work. Is that better or is it too powerful?
6th level feature: I limited it so that it is only two words and it is only within an hour.
10th level feature: It was really poorly defined when I first made it. Now it is limited to 30 ft, requires sight, and has been reworded to be less confusing. This has also been made into a long rest feature.
14th level feature: I am terrible at wording things, but thanks to some help this has been reworded. It has also been changed from maximum damage to a critical hit. The creature makes its saves at the end of their turn too.
I hope this improves my subclass. Thanks for all the help everyone, y'all have been great.

LOL, forgot how many days March has, since were in the period of the year where everything is blurring together. Fish is a reference to the fact that in french april 1st is "Poisson d'avril" - i.e. literally translated as April's Fish. There is also a second reference sneaked in there as well, but I'll leave that for you to find tomorrow.
Wondrous Item, very rare This item takes the form of a golden thread of magic, interwoven into a red thread of fate. A creature in the possession of this weave can change one thing about any spell or ability, like its effective range, damage type, creatures it affects, the saving roll, wether something requires concentration, et cetera. Your DM decides what is reasonable. After using this item the threads vanish from your inventory. At the end of the next use of the changed ability or spell, it returns to normal.
Please elaborate on how this item fits within the theme; at the moment it only seems like you mention "fate" once but the item's function doesn't have much to do with it.
