Hidden away in the largest jungle, an inactive Ruin Guardian protects what appears to be a wall of stone. When you arrive, you shall hear a voice asking for three items, which you got from earlier expeditions.
This voice shall describe these objects with 3 riddles
1. He who has none is liable to fall, But having no need is happiest of all (Answer: Weapon)
2. In the new year, I dance for a crowd,. I breathe the greatest invention, and greatest destruction. (Answer: Dragon)
3. I make the sharpest knives, but do not last. I am molten rock, but am hard. What am I (Answer: Obsidian)
If you put the correct items, a hunters spear, a red dragon scale, and a shard of obsidian, in front of the statue, the wall shall move away, revealing a temple hidden in the ground. If you make one mistake, the Ruin Guardian awakens and attempts to kill you.
The insides of this temple are always shifting, as to disrupt thieves who may have gotten in. For this reason, the temple has no map, but a random encounter table. Grab a D6 and roll it. Then look at the table and see what you must face.
1. The walls, roof, or floor suddenly move. Make a DC 15 Dex Save. On a failure, the sudden shift knocks you down and you fall prone. On a success, nothing happens and you may move on.
2. You come across a long hallway. If you wish to cross it, make a DC 18 Dexterity check. On a failure, you accidentally step on a trigger, causing the walls to suddenly try to squish you. Make a DC 18 Str Save. On a fail, take 3d10 bludgeoning damage. On a success, you successfully stop the walls and you may move on.
3. You come across a room with 4 beds and a single statue. This is a sleeping Stone Golem. There are no exits. Every minute you stay in this room, roll a d4. If you land on a 1, the Golem awakens and attacks you. If you defeat it, you'll find a passage where it was standing a moment ago. Enter this passage to move on.
4. A wall moves and reveals 5 Pseudodragon behind it. As soon as they see you, they attack. Defeat them to move on.
5. You walk into what seems to be a large colosseum. In the center seems to be a table with a closed book. If you open this book, a monster from the Monster Manual hops out and attacks you. Which monster is your choice.
6. This is the reason why you came here. A 30 by 30 foot room decorated with glowing purple, white, and red crystals. Three stone busts line one wall. From left to right, a coiled up snake, a wolfs head, and five dragon heads tied together. In the center of the room is a pedestal, and if you put your hand to it, the busts come to life. They ask why you wish to speak to the gods. Answer carefully, for if you say 'I have a question for them', the snake will reach out and bite you, dealing 10d6 poison damage. If you answer 'I must warn them of a great danger', the 5 dragon heads breathe fire on you, dealing 10d6 fire damage. If you answer 'I wish to know their great wisdom', the wolf head will nod. You then fall under the effects of Astral Projection and you may speak to a god of your choosing.
*This is supposed to look like a living dungeon. If it doesn't, I am sorry.*
I don't know if you saw this or not, because there isn't a link to it on the first page.

I feel like this should be an AND statement not an OR statement.
No, that would mean it would be able to do all 4 in one bonus action
I am also here.
Am snek.
All of the above.
Correct. =]
