I love the constant responses of "all homebrew is OP nonsense. Check out my homebrew which is good and balanced.
Most homebrew is OP because people aren't experienced at making it, and when they try to make it good and at least somewhat useful, it's always at least a little too good. There are, of course, many people whose homebrew is completely balanced.
