Rusty interposes himself between Quickfingers and Vrin and hurls a screaming mass of chaos at the merchant, who manages to duck it as it tears past some very startled horses, enter the side of the building and emerge from the roof under Stable's position, but without harming the structure. Rusty's internal systems feel like they've been coated in an extra layer of insulation, though not unpleasantly.
You are immune to being intoxicated by alcohol for the next 14 days.
Quick's bodyguard hauls his chair backwards against his protests.
Bolt rushes out and to the East, blocking the two local mercs in the alleyway ((using Action for dash)). While she is running, and once out of the door, her statue becomes more and more frightening, as she grows larger and larger ((BA Giant's Might).
Then she turns her attention to Vrin - sending a chaotic bolt towards him and his flunky ((twinned chaos bolt as Action Surge - giving AD on the first roll with Tides of Chaos)).
to hit Vrin 25 for damage: 28 ((thunder damage))
You can feel her contempt against these men in her bolts of warbling energy. There is no escaping. There is no protection. Bolt wants to make sure that Quickfingers is safe.
to hit Flunky to the north of Vrin 22 for damage 17 ((again thunder damage))

((Spacing gets a bit wonky with Big Bolt, I shifted Kinras back one to the east to accommodate. Short range on Vrin would be disadvantage, canceling out advantage, but first roll was the crit, so it's all good.))
Bolt rushes out, attempting to block the guys she sees to her left, but there's a horse there at the moment. Well... if position won't do it alone, size can help! She grows much larger, a hulking bright blue dragonborn who unleashes a glob of sound taken physical form, ripping and detonating into Vrin, who drops, and the flunky to his north, who cowers in pain. As she does so, a series of concentric rings lift up around her and whirl about, circling her at about 10 ft out, looking like a handful of spectral targets.
Quickfingers gives a hoot of excitement, and there is the sound of breaking glass as he mounts a crossbow to his chair and shoots through a window at one of the guys in the alley to the northwest of the courtyard.

(Okay, it's kinda redundant but... I can't pass this opportunity.)
The small Elf nimbly runs forward, ready to strike some enemies. When he sees one of his comrades grow to a size about four times his own, a cruel idea is formed in his mind. "Rise, my friend! Stomp those little bugs like ants!" He raises his glowing staff high as the already large Dragonborn begins to feel magic affecting her.
Action: Cast Enlarge/Reduce targeting Bolt to enlarge her. If she is willing, she'll grow to Huge size, double her size and multiply her weight by 8; she'll have advantage on Str saving throws and checks (redundant, but whatever) and her weapons attacks will deal +1d4 damage. Wild Magic? 7 If the above rolled a 1: 84
Can Ayen/Bolt roll for Intimidation to scare the thugs? A Dragonborn suddenly growing to Huge size should be quite scary.
(I assume Atem’s location is north, behind BB probably...)
As Bolt charged out in her bright blue giant form, engaging with the local mercenaries, Atem took the opportunity to step back, keeping his distance with the targets. A grin spread across his thin lips as he places hex on the overwhelmed local merc standing between Bolt’s circle of spectral targets. A mist of invisible necrotic energy surrounds the man, Atem follows it up with two streaks of blast.
((Assuming Bolt is willing, if unwilling, she can make a Con save.))
Bolt swells larger and larger under Shrink's magic, poor Rusty getting shoved back into the doorway of the villa.
((Bolt is now 28 ft tall, and weighs in at 7.5 tons! I think you may not even need to roll for Intimidation at this point, with everything that has happened in the last 6 seconds, they'll be making some 'morale' checks on their turns. That being said, if they seem to be holding firm, if Bolt wished to, she'd have advantage on that check due to her/Ayen's embiggening of her form.))

As Meta's blasts tear out of the barn, some of the spectral targets flit into place, the blasts passing through them on their way to impacting the merc. The first one separates him into a 'upper merc' and 'lower merc', the second blast sending the upper portion spiraling into the courtyard, painting it with stuff that is supposed to stay on the inside.
(hex available for moving next turn.)
The horses all panic and bolt for safety, flailing and rearing and yanking at their leads, for those who have been tied off. A few mercs get knocked down, two getting trampled into the dust as a number of horses flee, the others still straining to break loose. The carriage wheels are held fast by the vines as well.
With Vrin down, Randy fires a flaming orb of chaotic energy out of the tree at the leader of the mercs as the highest status enemy still on their feet. Burning leaves and twigs drift out from the tunnel it bores through the canopy. It would be safe to say they know where he's at.
Vrin's flunkies close ranks in an impressively coordinated manner shouting back and forth while dragging him towards the carriage, getting a potion down his throat and getting him placed within while they hack at the vines holding the carriage fast, the two captured by the vines forgoing escape to try to see their boss to safety.
((I rolled horses in roll20 where I've been doing the map, it was just easier, and while I didn't describe step by step the flunkies actions, getting Vrin into the carriage was doable with them working together. They are the only well disciplined group of enemies, the others are less likely to hold it together.))
((Bryn, you've got full targeting of what you can see from the windows of the room your in, if you want to get to melee, you could go out a window (Athletics or Acrobatics to land well), or dash and make it to within 10 ft of the bodyguard within the villa. Or whatever magic or other means you might have at your disposal.))
((The small blue one is just to denote you as one of the blue folks in the party, mostly because I kept forgetting (not with you and Rusty, but with the others, as evidenced by me forgetting to put said aura on Bryn as well. The large one is the radius out to which the hovering targets are floating as a consequence of your wild surge, it's one of the custom ones. Though I'm thinking that I ought to make up a copy that you all have access to, and populate it with the results of your pre-game chaos rolls.... I think I'll do that.))
((Right now you're towering over all of the buildings! I also think that might be the largest that a PC can get, and maybe the only way to do it? IIRC, you can't be affected by the same spell twice, so casting enlarge on the same target twice doesn't work? If only there was a way to get Kinras up to Huge as well, so you could have a kaiju vs mech sparring match...))
For scale, she'd be a couple feet taller than the average Storm Giant...
((Absolutely! RK let's you add 1d6, I'll say the 1d4 from enlarge applies too, and you get ADV on strength from both, so let's throw a +5 on there too. So 1 + 3 + 5 + 1d6 + 1d4, or 1d6 + 1d4 + 9.))
