Marlyth: Dexterity Saving Throw x Second Lightning Assault:
Reaction: Marlyth casts Absorb Elements against the first assault with lightning damage to soak up the energy through her totem and resists the damage from second assault. Stored amount of energy:
(@Wile_E_Coyote, actual saving throw roll was 22 and stored damage was 3 but I messed up the rolls after multiple edits. Since I can not prove it....)
Marlyth fails the saving throw against second lightning assault voluntarily, but casts Absorb Elements against the first attack to defend herself. She abstains from storing the energy.
(Her turn also contained a missed Shillelagh attack, again no proof....)
Marlyth interacts with Calner and pulls his unconscious body out of the water, near the whirlpool.
(Whoops, forgot to roll at DA, here is another attack roll, use the lowest 30)
Afterwards, Tabaqui will use his movement and BA Dash to cross over to one of the stone walls of the keep and take as much cover as he can from as many enemies as he can.
(ooc: if the trick that put me in the armor was the 14th level illusionist's trick to make 1 part of the illusion real, doesn't that only last for 1 minute?)
(I dunno, lol, I'm grasping at straws and it doesn't matter anyway because I'm down now.)
1 minute is 10 rounds. I didn't think we'd get there so I haven't been tracking that, but if I'm wrong, I guess let me know. Also, this is OK to discuss, but PCs would not know it. Calner would probably recognize the shocking grasp Cantrip though.
@InkedBee - can you roll the sheleighleh if its supposed to be present? It sounds da like Marlyth is alive and well, so Tabaqui is attacking her assailant. The whirlpool is ro the south of the keep. To be near it would be on the south arch. The ascent is about 30ft, so could be right on the surface and rest Calner on the arch. There is 1 mercenary envoy present on that arch.
(Possibly, it's the rolled value. I couldn't find the macro that triggered the red flag. Edit: Rolled back to revision, desktop site might reveal the actual rolls.)

Looks like a crit.
The first roll was a 24, the second was a crit. so if the attack is at disadvantage or normal, use the first roll. The crit wouldn't count unless Tab had advantage somehow.

Sorry, confused myself there. Thank you. The DA was from firing at an underwater target.
(I think Calner is still wearing the armor. If I understand the corrections to the rolls, the to-hit was a 10, which would "miss" as an abstraction of the armor class system we might describe that ias hitting the armor, bit not penetrating)
As the water continues to rise, covering calner and consuming yet more if the remaining stretches of stone, a voice erupts from the whirlpool. "A proper mage duel may employ a second, sir, but have some dignity and accept your defeat with a scrap of honor."
Concluding these words, the mage Tyreus appears on the water beside the whirlpool. "Get lost" he concludes with a milicious grin, blasting a beam of light at the leparine cleric, before falling back into the water, allowing the whirlpool to pull him beneath the surface and into the turbid vortex.
When the light strikes her, Walks with Shadows vanishes. (PM walks)
(Note - the attack on Tauzan should have been at Disadvantage because I used Dodge as a bonus action last turn. However, the 23 missed since with Angus' shield of faith he was at AC 24. Thus it's moot.)
Tauzan will continue his attack on the mercenaries, hoping to take out a few of them. (Hoping to attack one at a time and move to a new target if one is knocked out.) (Unarmed Attack: 14 Damage: 8 bludgeon) (Khopesh Attack: 23 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. slash) (Unarmed Attack: 19 Damage: 10 bludgeon)
Agile Parry: +2 to AC (Total AC 24 w/shield of faith from Angus)
(ooc: it looks like Marlyth's attack roll from post #2453 has been corrected?)
(@Brian_Avery, No, I revised the post to a previous version so that the Dungeon Master can see the rolled values and macros, all of the rolls have been distorted accidentally. Miraculously, the error message disappeared.)
I don't think anyone is deliberately rerolling things. It's hard for me to tell when it's been changes or how many ti.es it's been changed, but the person who rolled it is usually pretty aware of the original value, so I trust that.
If I misunderstood destroy what the real roll was, let me know, but I'm applying it as noted in the above post.
(@Brian_Avery, see the latest version of Post 2453, you'll understand the gravity of the situation. The dice-roller is not infallible.)
Marlyth offers her quarterstaff to Calner when she's disappointed at her clumsy attempt and expresses concern about the absence of the giant companion by saying: "Did we lose Hamish? Perhaps, he's still unconscious and waiting for our assistance."

Walks can get within range of Calner, and since her initiative is higher, the death save is not required.
Wis saves
1. 21
2. 6
3. 17
4. 13

Hp was 26.
Looks like damage from Marlyth was 14+8=22
Calner can act on this round, following Walks' healing endeavors, but he is still armored.

Tauzen finds a mercenary with a bloody nose and proceeds to unleash his martial prowess on the hired soldier, knocking him out in two hits.
Calner is up.
M1 x Tuazen (sword) 7 for 4 slashing, 11 for 8 slashing
M2 x Tabaqui crossbow 5 for 15
M3 x Marlyth (sword) 7 for 7 slashing,
M3 x Calner 24 for 5 slashing
(Where are the remaining mercenaries and the elementals, relative to Angus' position on the eastern arch?)

(For dramatic purpose, she's under the effect of Freedom of Movement.)
