Undeterred by the chaos going on the ship, Mrs. Thinn simply files it away as another possible 'enemy' to contend with once she inevitably reaches it. In the meantime, Hun's somewhat slapdash crafting is put to the test as she pushes her body to the limit to catch up and at least overtake the nearest pirate from beneath them, possibly taking them unaware before long...
Action/Movement: To Furious Swim 40ft and into melee with the closest pirate.
Refocused, Mrs. Thinnreaches the slowest pirate from below and at an angle {OU-11}.
The poisonous snakes continue migrating toward the northwest in the shallow waters. They move in the water just as swiftly as they do on land.
The fastest pirate reaches the side of the ship, dodging something that has fallen off the vessels just recently. A second pirate is just 10ft behind. The third pirate is not slowing down for Mrs. Thinn. He continues swimming.
-> Mrs. Thinn can perform an opportunity attack. I'd give her advantage for the "approach from below" touch but she'd be attacking with disadvantage from being underwater, so just a straight roll seems like the proper way to go here.
Mrs. Thinn does what she failed to do a moment ago. One powerful punch opens a hole in the pirate's chest cavity. He is now chum. (Pirate Crew#2 takes 10 force damage and is DEFEATED.)
-> Kairus's Bane drops, as all original targets are now dead.
It is now obvious that a fight has broken out at The Renegade. Among the many noises coming from the ship, you now also pick up the sound of blades clashing and the thuds of blunt weapons hitting their target. More and more silhouettes hit the water around the ship, which start to gain a tinge of red in a few spots.
Yulmiath's grip on his greataxe slips as his vision turns to black. You would think that the sand below him would tickle or irritate his face; but it doesn't. It is warm and soft, like a pillow beckoning him to a final rest.
The battle doesn't sound over, but the dragonborn knows his part in it is done. Hun likely held some secret trap card close to his chest and with it now triggered, Yulmiath hoped the tide has turned in the favour of his comrades. He imagines then all for a moment, caught in the battle in various heroic poses before the sounds around him fades with hits vision. Fittingly the sound of the waves gently hitting the beach before retreating is the last he ever hears. A sailor's final thoughts should be of the sea.
That he did not avenge his former crew, he carried no regret. Their memory was marked into the story told by his scales and what chance did one angry dragonborn against the fickle nature of the sea? Besides, he'd been to Umberlee's house and rifled through it for change! He's call them square now.
That he wouldn't see the treasure spent is a pity, but honestly, what he wouldn't drink away would likely be frittered away on other fancies. Yulmiath built no great monuments for himself nor sought to extol the virtues of the Gods or any other higher power. His life was lived for freedom. Freedom from rules, from obligations, from deeper meanings. That ultimately Yulmiath died here, when arguably he could have died on any number of other occasions, means little. Except that he died in the company of his new crew: The Snack Pack. Long may they kick arse!
Also the other Tortles had been pretty alright to him during his stay on this island, so doing right by them sat pretty well with him too.

Dinsly does not stay put while Kariusgive chase. The halfing spellcaster continues to swim even though this is clearly a much more difficult task for her to complete than it is for the triton.
Mrs. Thinn remained dogged in her pursuit of her enemies. And though she couldn't be able to get close enough to wreck havoc just yet, from the beneath the waves she stayed poised and prime to Rip and Tear until the work was done!
Movement/Action: Just keep Swimming, Swimming~ the full 40ft closer to Dinsly while remaining 10ft beneath the surface.

Mrs. Thinn continues her submerged pursuit, while the now disinterested snakes swim ever farther away from this conflict.
-> The snakes are now all off the map and effectively out of this combat.
Both pirates crew members have now reached the side of the ship. They are banging on its side and screaming at their companions onboard to unfurls a rope ladder. It is obvious a struggle is taking place on the deck of the ship but these pirates keep their hopes that they will be rescued.
Kairus was fast but the pirate was too close to the ship already to count for his own speed. He had one thing that could stop the potential captain from reaching her target. At least he hoped it will.
The cittern played one rarely used tune carried to Dinsly through the accumulating smoke: Levitate Con save DC16.
Then he dived and continued his swim towards the ship - underwater.

DInsly begins to float into the air, unable to hang on to anything solid. She looks discombobulated, darting her eyes around for the source of the musical trick.Kairus has moved underwater by then, but the halfling's new vantage point allows her to spot the triton. She sends a spell right back at Kairus.

Having lost one of her original targets to strange magics, Mrs. Thinn changes tactics in going for the Tortle that fell overboard in hopes of acquiring the appropriate weaponry from their person. But as the search of their person may prove a difficult one, she's sure to grab them and pull them to the surface to the best of her ability, before committing to any attempts to try and search them.
Movement: To fallen Tortle cast overboard(Full 20ft if needed).
Action:Hurry if needed to reach the Tortle, otherwise Grapple them with a 18.
Movement(remaining): Drag Tortle back to the surface.

Mrs. Thinn kills two birds with one stone: she gets closer to the ship while also swimming deeper to catch the fallen tortle. By the time the automaton emerges, it becomes obvious to her that the tortle has already passed away. A blade slash across his torso proved to be too much. The tortle claws are still out, evidence of his weapon of choice (or necessity).
The two pirates, now only 10ft ahead of Mrs. Thinn, continue to bang on the ship's hull and look over their shoulder. It would seem their companions onboard are not in the position to react to their pleas.
