Two more humanoids hit the water. At this distance, you can tell they are one tortle and one human pirate. They both flail on the water upon hitting the surface, a certain sign that they are still alive. They are fighting each other!
Distance from ship:
Pirate Crew#1 (off the map): 0ft
Pirate Crew#4 (off the map): 0ft
Dinsly Windblower (off the map): 25ft (+20ft above the water surface)

Since turtles definitely got the memo without Kairus delivering it, he could concentrate on finishing the main threat (or being finished by it). He got closer to his new target practice and shot:
Kairus's next shot is quite accurate, and sinks into the floating halfling just an inch away from her spine, causing severe damage. (Dinsly Windblower takes 12 piercing damage.)
The diminutive spellcaster does not plan to be a sitting duck for long. She disappears out of thin air, reappearing a moment later on the other side of the ship's railing. She pushes off the railing as to float further into the ship. At this point, she is no longer in Kairus's line of sight.

Seeing more immediate "enemies" to deal with, Mrs. Thinn alters her course and dove down once more as she made her beeline for the entangled pirate. And if all went well, the next thing the pirate would feel is small wrecking ball slamming into their unguarded gut, before the culprit surfaced to make clear her threatening presence!
Movement: Full 20ft towards Pirate Wrestling in the Water with Tortle.
Action: Pummel some Pirates! (or Dash if not able to get within range). (Melee, Lethal)Force Rend - Attack: 19 Damage: 8 of Force.
Future Reaction(if Pirate Survives): Deflect Attack vs 1st melee attack against Tortle.

Seeing the opportunity to save a life, Mrs. Thinn swims toward the entangled tortle and pirate and aims a powerful bonk at the already injured pirate's head. (Wrestling Pirate takes 6 force damage and is DEFEATED.)
After her localized victory, the automaton makes it back to the surface.
NOTES: All enemy tokens have a white outline so it is easier to spot them in this colorful map. Tokens of those on the ship are not show since active PCs can't see them. This includes Dinsly but also all who might be involved on the brawl onboard.
The fight goes on until many voices burst in a scream of victory. The outburst almost drowns out the sound of yet another humanoid hitting the water in the far side of the ship. Despite the screams of "SNOUT OF OMGAR!", "VIVA AHOYHOY!", and "TORTLE POWER!" the sounds of wood breaking, fabric tearing, and flames roaring continue.

It was unlikely the target could escape now with the burning ship and turtles audibly taking over. But Kairus felt he could help a bit with the remaining pirates nevertheless.
Crossbow at OT-4: Attack: 20 Damage: 9
"Mrs. Thinn, we might be needed on the deck to save the eggs and younglings!" Kairus swam closer to the ship (underwater still)
Kairus punctures another pirate and impairs his ability to properly swim, "Ahhrrg!" The ocean water around him begins to turn red. "I surrender! I surrender!" (Pirate Crew#1 takes 9 piercing damage.)
Whatever Dinsly does, she does it away from the Snackers' eyes.
Mrs. Thinn looks to Kairus, seeming to register the request. But then her gaze turns on the floundering pirate, weighing their fate as much as a construct of her kind could even process such things... before eventually turning back to the ship again and considering the surrendering pirates 'neutralized' for the moment. If after a quick scan she finds no ladder to climb, then she'd opts for trying to find other hand holds, as well as wedge her hands into the side of the ship, creating what holds she'd need to clamor up and onto the deck, ready to spend a moment to analyze the situation while taking a more defensive posture.
Movement: Attempt to Climb up to the deck(if no obvious ladder appears dangling off the deck) at OX -5. And if Athletics check required, here's the roll: 10.
Action(if able to get atop):Dodge. If not, either due to check fail above or distance, dashing instead to try and climb up the rest of the way as necessary.

"Help the turtles to save their eggs and younglings and you will live!" Answered Kairus before moving from his shooting position. "Same goes for you," he pointed at the pirate nearby. "The ship is dying, there is no escape, you need locals to survive. Stop your halfling mate, help turtles and the island can be forgiving."
(@Ori: Mrs. Thinn does not have a climb speed, so climbing takes double movement. We'll go with the dash action then. We'll call a 10 a "barely a success," so I'll apply an additional movement penalty to represent that. Nonetheless, you'll make good progress.)
After analyzing the situation a bit, Mrs. Thinn decides to climb the side of the ship, using uneven planks on the side of the ship to her advantage. Her water-weighted metallic frame advances upward with difficulty, but the automaton puts in the extra effort necessary to reach the railing. She sees over a dozen tortles, perhaps even a dozen-and-a-half, taking over the ship in whichever way they can. A few of them are limp bodies on the deck. There are no non-tortle humanoid bodies on the ship, as those were all seemingly thrown overboard in an act of rebellion. The tortles are in the process of destroying the ship and searching for any other pirates.
The healthier of the two pirates in the water reacts with fear and follows Kairus's instructions. He tries to follow Mrs. Thinn:
Without the steel defender's mechanical strength to aid him, the tired pirate survivor does poorly. He fails to lift his waterlogged weight up onto the side of the ship. His wounded companion is having trouble keeping afloat, let alone trying to climb. He pleads: "Please save me!"
NOTES: All enemy tokens have a white outline so it is easier to spot them in this colorful map. The various tortles aboard the ship are not depicted. Everyone placed in column {-4} is in the water, including the one tortle depicted but excluding Mrs. Thinn.
Mayhem continues on the ship as the tortles are not yet convinced they have secured the ship. Some of them are simply breaking stuff in an act more akin to letting their steam out than that of securing the ship. Some of the tortles are clearly younger than others, giving their height differences, more playful approach to wrecking the ship, and voice-cracked war cries.

Wounded pirate was ready to attempt climbing once given a solid opportunity. Kairusprovides that opportunity by supporting the wounded sailor as they climb side by side.
