Hearing the noises from the south, you go in that direction until you are out of the cloud (15ft movement). As soon as you leave the cloud, you see Minty & Justin to your left, in a fight with a bandit. You also see Rizo to your right, fighting another bandit. Finally, just past Minty, you also see a Thug. The thug has a weird shimmering effect around him.
You had your Firebolt prepared as an action, with the trigger seeing a threat. What do you want to do with it?
Unfortunately, just before it would hit him, the Thug manages to dodge the firebolt. It instead hits the tree next to him causing a brief flash of flames as some of the leaves on the tree briefly ignite and fall to the ground, covering him with a thin layer of ash.
Next in order is Bandit 2. After expecting the poison cloud to have knocked every out, or better killed them all, the bandit hits out at Rizo with his scimitar. Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Forgetting that he didn't have his shield donned, Rizo almost parried with his arm and could only avoid part of the attack in the last moment. The scimitar leaves an unsightly slash across his retreating forearm.
Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.

Coming out of the cloud in a south-easterly direction, she sees a bandit between Justin and Minty, and fires an Eldritch Blast in that direction. Attack: 13 Damage: 8
The blast hits, making a hole in his top causing him to yell out in pain.
Rizo - you're up next. Out of the corner of your eye, you see another Thug trying to sneak out of a hiding spot, heading North. He is now visible on the map.
Everyone seems to be aware of the attack, only Lan is somehow out of sight. Rizo imbues his club with nature’s wrath (BA Shilelagh) and strikes at the Bandit hoping to make short work of his assailant. “There are more to the Northwest!” He calls out to warn the others.
Attack: 24 Damage: 9

Rizo swings his club, glowing green with the imbued nature's wrath, at the Bandit. It strikes him firmly in the chest, and you hear the unpleasant, distinctive sound of a rib being broken as he winces in pain.
Next up is Lan. He moved very early in the initiative order, and chose to go North rather than South. Hearing all of the noise coming from the other side of the cloud, he is momentarily relieved that he went in that direction, then realises he has a choice to make. Does he join the fight, knowing that he might end up having to fight people he knows from his past or does he try and hide until it's all over? On a roll of 1-10, he'll try to hide. On a roll of 11-20, he'll join the fight. Lets call it a courage roll or something like that! 15

Thinking to himself, he quickly decides that this is the moment he can change, that perhaps he could be an adventurer one day, and be on the good side. Hearing Rizo's shout about more to the north-west, he looks to his left and sees Thug 2 trying and failing to hide. He gulps to himself, and shouts out "I see him". Taking out his light cross-bow, he fires a bolt at Thug 2: Attack: 21 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
He'll then move into the treeline, and try to take cover behind a tree, making sure he is still able to shoot at the Thug. His position is now visible on the map.
The Thug cries out in pain, as Lan's crossbow bolt embeds itself firmly in his arm.
Next up is Thug 1. Having been hit by Minty's sword previously, he steps forward towards Minty, planning to take revenge. As he moves, you all hear a crack of thunder accompanied by the smell of ozone, as Minty's booming blade activates on him, causing 2 thunder damage.
Now even more incensed, he swings at Minty twice with his mace. As Minty is within 5 feet of Bandit 1, he gets advantage on his attacks from 'Pack Tactics'. He also gets to make two melee attacks. First attack: Attack: 19 Damage: 4 Second attack: Attack: 24 Damage: 12
Next up in initiative is Minty, followed by Bandit 1, then Justin.

Minty, fights back despite his heavy injuries. He again starts to mumble cryptically and make patterns in the air with his rapier before striking. Surprisingly, he strikes out at the bandit (B1) rather than the Thug. Attack: 6 Damage: 6 Sneak damage: 9 Potential Thumder damage: 8.
He then disengages from the attackers and flees to seek cover in the woods (4 squares west and one square south).
Shame, she passes!
Did you want to go ahead with what you said earlier, or is there something different you wanted to do?
Corvina's con save was a sixteen, which I hope saves because she has 1 hit point as a raven.
Egan follows Justin and Minty out of the poison fog. He readies a Firebolt as his action as soon as he sees a threat.

Next up is Lilgrea.
Momentarily incapacitated by inhaling the poisonous smoke, she is slow to respond.
Hearing sounds from the south, she staggers out of the cloud. I'll roll a D6 to determine direction, 1-2 SW, 3-4 S, 5-6 SE. 5
