Whistler calmly launched a couple of daggers toward the first bandit.
FREE: Draw two daggers ACTION: Throw dagger at nearest bandit (or random one if equidistant) * Dagger Throw - Attack: 23, Piercing Damage: 10 BONUS: Throw second dagger at same bandit with off-hand (or at second bandit if first one is felled) * Dagger Throw - Attack: 7, Piercing Damage: 6 EXTRA: Add extra damage from Psionic Strike to first blade that hits - 8 Force Damage NOTE: If combat ends before his next turn, Whistler will immediately use a bonus action to activate his Psionic Recovery.
(( Those are some odd rolls, not sure what happened. In case something changes above, Whistler's attack rolls were 24 and 16, doing 9 and 4 damage respectively. Extra force damage was 3. ))

On a failed save, a creature takes 3d8 cold damage and is hindered by ice formations for 1 minute, or until it or another creature within reach of it uses an action to break away the ice. The thug rushes at the party and attacks Whistler and Nebb with a mace, trying to avenge his fallen comrades.
