Flint races up the stairs, following Asledin. Reaching the top, he will grab the closest Orc, wrapping his arms around him and attempting a grapple to keep the Orc out of the room until he can figure out what is going on.
Douglas and his staff peek out from behind the cover of the bed. Aiming at the second orc coming in Douglas casts Control Flames on the boards of the floor that are catching fire from the Create Bonfire, that is still roaring just inside the room. He pulls the fire off a five foot area of the boards up through the magical bonfire five feet into the face chest of the second orc in an attempt to both blind and set its hair on fire. Leaving the first orc in Ula's powerful hands. Then Douglas ducks back behind the cover of the bed.
Can only pull the natural fire of the surrounding wood that catches fire from the bonfire spell. Douglas can not move the magical flames of the bonfire spell, but that bonfire spell does light anything flammable that is not worn or carried (the wood floor & maybe walls) and those burning objects are natural flames not magical.
Ula feels pretty good after successfully landing that first hit, so they'll go ahead and take another swing. (And roll a nat20! Woo!) 26 to hit, 10+2rage=12 damage.
Then she'll use her bonus action to try and telekinetically shove the smallest orc (assuming it's within 30 ft, and the DM allows it while Ula is raging). The orc needs to make a DC 12 strength save or be moved 5ft. Ula's trying to move them into the fire, if they're not already there.

The first Orc misses Ula by quite a bit. The second Orc, still Blinded by the flames swings wildly, missing everything. Orc 4, the smallest of the bunch starts making his way towards the front door. Orc 3 is unable to break Flints very secure hold on him.
Ula feels pretty good after successfully landing that first hit, so they'll go ahead and take another swing. (And roll a nat20! Woo!) 26 to hit, 10+2rage=12 damage.

Ula swings hard, catching Orc 1 hard in the head and he goes down bleeding from his ears and nose, not moving
(Raging only prevents you from casting spells, but he's half way to the door and out of range)
For Ula
As you look out over the stairs you see two hooded, invisible figures weaving in and out the combatants and head for the threshold, this is when the rings see invisibility spell ends
Orc 4 starts to run for the front door but as he reaches it, staggers backwards. Even though the door is 7feet tall she still has to duck her head as she enters. She's probably the strangest Tiefling you'll ever meet. Over 8feet tall, shades of gray with large, featureless, lidless gray eyes and 3 jagged scars down her left cheek. She carries a maul over her shoulder and wears the dark brown, light leather armor of the Town Guard, as do the four Guard behind her.
"Sargent Modesty of the Town Guard, everybody freeze!" she yells
The Guard get statements from everyone, especially Ula who killed the lead Orc
"Don't worry. It's pretty obvious you were attacked" She tells Ula
Soon the Guard are carrying out the body, leading the other 3 Orcs out in maniacal and leading the cow out of the Tavern.
Douglas will use his Control Flames and Prestidigitation spells to take control of the remaining flames, extinguishing them, and help clean up the mess and char after releasing concentration on the Create Bonfire spell, dismissing it.
He will have tried to have stabilized the orcs in the room once everything is under control. (Orcs 1 & 2, with obviously no ability to on dead orc 1) and report to the guard; " I was asked along with several others to stay in this inn suite and hold a letter for someone until they arrived. It seems several parties do not want the letter passed on, the orcs being the most violent. I was just waking up and being informed of what had happened while I was sleeping by Ula, when the orcs used some kind of portal magic to... Remove? Our door, and stormed in with weapons ready."
" I admit that the fire spells were a bit too much, but I was shocked by the blatant and reckless use of powerful magic and thought my life, the lives of my companions, in fact the lives of everyone in the inn, was endangered and immediately. I shouted a warning to Theran to indicate such." In his some what archaic but improvingly easier to understand speech.
Flint grins as he sees the town guard enter the tavern. He instantly recognizes the tall Tiefling from the pits at the Greasy Weasel and his last job at the Masquerade Ball. “Sergeant Modesty! You are a sight for sore eyes. Just saw these fellows making a wreck of the place and pitched in to help. Grabbed one and held on tight to keep him out of trouble. You recognize any of them, any idea what they are about?”

With those eyes, it's really hard to tell what she's thinking.
"Good to see you again Flint. There's nothing else you can tell me?" she asks, sounding a little suspicious "Do you know anything about this 'letter'?"

"I'm pretty sure you're okay. If I have any other questions I'll come back tomorrow. I've heard of them called 'demi-drops'. Simple really. Just drop a Bag of Holding or Quiver of Ehlonna into another and everything within 10feet gets blasted into the Astral Plane. Incredibly dangerous, reckless and makes the 'rifts' even worse. This won't even go before Judge Garrick. They'll go before the Mages Triumvirate. As far as the damages to the Suite go, that's between you and Theran.
Avoiding interacting with the others in the suite, Imra will head down into the tavern and look for Gashrack and Lilli.
Perception: 16
upon finding them, Imra walks up to Lilli if she’s alone, or to the pair if they’re together, “Well….. the guard has them. But the people in the suite are nasty fighters, they stopped the orcs before I even could strike! Lilli, you said you can’t sense the item any more?”
Ula curses when the see invisibility stops working, looking around frantically to see if they notice any other mysterious figures in the room. They lower their quarterstaff and freeze as instructed when the Guard enters, still breathing heavily from the exertion of combat but letting the feelings of rage leave their body.
Thankful that the Tiefling guard doesn't seem to be too worried about the dead orc, Ula gives a very basic statement agreeing with what Douglas said. "Like he said, we were up here discussing the job and what had been happening downstairs when the orcs attacked. I'm just glad I had my staff with me. It's a shame about the tavern, though."
While Sargent Modesty is speaking with Flint, Ula will try to discreetly tell Douglas about the hooded figures they saw. [Stealth to try and not be overheard by the guard? 18]

(Did the largest orc come to a stop on the door side of the bonfire, in the bonfire, or pass through the bonfire into the room?)

To speed things up, assume the DC to Grapple any of the Orcs is 15, in addition to AC of 16
