"I think...", Asledin started. His voice trails off as he notices a Soriah flying through the air. He hears "thief!" coming from the fiery door on the upper floor and sees Flint diving for the Soriah. Asledin reacts quickly and rushes over to aid Flint, trusting he has good reason to go after Soriah. Asledin attempts to tackle Soriah.

Douglas continues to hold the flames away from any fuel letting them extinguish but also letting people see what could have happened.
Perception 18 and a second roll in case Douglas has disadvantage for still being in the room. 13
I do not think Ula has acted since fake Syrian left the room.
Douglas waits to take further action prepared either to accept the package from Ula before they leave or to cast a spell should someone other than the group, besides Soriah, try to enter the room.
Ula definitely leapt from the top of the stairs rather than trying to go down them to catch Soriah.
Acrobatics: 14
Perception: 10
If the others don't manage to restrain Soriah, Ula will try to grapple her. If others have it under control, though, they will try to get eyes on the other Soriah that has been downstairs and see what her reaction is. Insight: 6
*Edited bc the dice roller wasn't working, so I rolled (poorly) from my character sheet.*
Soriah leaps into the crowd below followed by Ula close behind. As Imra, Asledin and Flint push through the crowd they see Ula whose fall was broken by an old man who is screaming in pain.
Imra and Asledin rush Soriah, who is looking like she's in complete shock and grab her.
Flint
Flint sees that Asledin and Imra have the wrong Soriah. The Soriah who jumped into the crowd seems to have vanished without a trace.
Ula tries to quickly stand up and get eyes on Soriah again after that attempt at a leap wasn't quite as graceful as they'd hoped.
When she sees that Asledin and Imra have Soriah pinned (or at least, who she assumes is the same Soriah), *then* she steps back to apologize and assess how badly she crushed the person who broke her fall. (Medicine: 20)
After a few moments of trying to help, Ula suddenly remembers that the envelope is still in their pocket. Trying to be subtle and not react abruptly, they'll try to start backing up towards the stairs. Not going up, and still keeping the others within sight, but trying to put a little space between them and the crowd.
He's actually pretty severely injured. He's got several broken or cracked ribs and both ankles are fractured. He's unable to walk or even get up off the floor.
“Wait!”Flint shouts at the others “you’ve got the wrong one… I think. I saw two. One jumped from upstairs and the other was already down here at a table.” He pauses and scratches his head. “I only see one now. Where did the other one go?” Flint looks around the room once more, looking for the other Soriah, or for anyone that is trying to avoid the commotion in the main room. Perception: 18.
He looks over at the Soriah they have grappled “Who were you talking with down here, who are your new friends?”
As soon as Flint says that they have the wrong Soriah, Ula stands back up -- once again forgetting the poor, shattered old man beside them -- and says "Reveal" to activate their ring. (2/3 uses for this day, I think?) They look around the room again to see if there's another Soriah (or anyone else) using invisibility to hide.
(Edited to add:) I suppose Ula will also loudly ask if Flint or anyone else here has healing to help the guy they crushed.
Asledin will not let go of Soriah, but when Flint shouts out, he will look around for another Soriah. If he sees the old man, Asledin will grimace and cast a "What the hell?" look at Ula before resuming his search.
As everything quiets down, Imra is going to do a quick scan of the room looking for Gashrak and the others he followed in. Just to get a sense for where they are.
Perception: 7.
Then he's gong to bend over and examine the pinned Soriah. He's going to examine the man for any wounds that might need treating.
Medicine: 16.
"Well... sorry there friend. Didn't mean to scare you.... Just heard mention you might be a theif!"
Douglas casts Prestidigitation and will walk to the door once the fire is out and look at the chaos. Shaking his head he will quite obviously tuck the letter (a copy created by prestidigitation) into his robe.
"Don't worry they stole the decoy!",Douglas shouts down at the crowd knowing at least Ula should know he is lying but hoping to provoke a response from the attempted thief.

You don't see the other Soriah and nobody is trying to avoid the commotion. In fact patrons are crowding around trying to see what's going on. A few seem to be making wagers on what's going on but you can't tell the specifics.

Not likely you'd forget the old guy. He's screaming and crying for someone to call the Town Guard, have you arrested, jailed, exiled or executed depending on the part of his gasping, painful rant.
Activating the ring you look around but don't see anyone or anything that is invisible

Its getting more and more crowded here. You can hear someone screaming but can't see that far through the crowd
As everything quiets down, Imra is going to do a quick scan of the room looking for Gashrak and the others he followed in. Just to get a sense for where they are.

Things aren't quieting down. Word is spreading through the crowd about people jumping off the top of the stairs, rooms on fire, somebody being murdered. It's getting a bit crazy
Imra
At first you only see Lilli who is standing by Ula and the old man. Then you spot Gashrak. He's at a table drinking and talking with strangers, seemingly unaware of you but as he catches your gaze his expression changes to "WTF are you doing?"
Asledin and Imra
Lilli is standing near Ula giving the prearranged signal (that I forgot to mention earlier, sorry) lightly and rapidly slapping the palm of her left hand against her right fist. Easily mistaken for a nervous gesture, but letting you two, Gashrak and the rest of that crew that the 'item' is nearby.
A tall, broad shouldered, human male wearing a breast plate pushes his way through the crowd to catch up with Soriah. He puts a hand on both Imra and Asledin's shoulders.
"You might want to let go of the young lady. You could get hurt doing that" he tells you, the threat barely concealed behind the polite words.

Imra and Asledin
Lilli is frantically motioning to Gashrak toward the suite.
The human male with Soriah is tall, broad shouldered and lantern jawed. He has dark brown hair, a polished breastplate and a light brown cape. The rest of his clothes are different shades of brown.
"It was horrible!" Soriah blurts out "I was talking to Smoke, the Bard. He seemed like someone I could trust. I started believing that he could help us. Then I started hearing this deep rumbling voice chanting. It was upsetting me and I wanted it to stop. And then it did and I knew Smoke had cast 'Charm Person' on me"
"I saw what was happening and cast 'Dispel Magic" the man tells you "I succeeded and she knew what he had done to her and he ran. By the way, my name is Arden, Arden Ross"
"I don't know how much I told him" Soriah tells you "I can't believe I walked right into that"
Asledin tries to take it all in, Flint's exclamation, Douglas' announcement, the screaming from under the balcony, the looming breastplate, and decides to let go of the Soriah. He stands, faces breastplate and squares off. Asledin notices Lilli and decides to leave breastplate, with a sideways glance, and head for the stairs. Asledin bounds up the stairs and plows into the room grabbing Douglas as he passes through the door. Asledin will drag Douglas out of site and say " we gotta get you outta here!"' he hisses, "That woman down there can detect that envelope from thirty feet, and she has a crew!".
As Asledin in drags Douglas out of the doorway into the room, he will kick the door closed. Turning to Asked in Douglas smiles and whispers, "Great! Prepare to defend the room then cause the letters where they can't get it and any second Theran is going to realize people are wrecking her inn to attack her guests. Then things are gonna get rough. We want to be found simply defending ourselves when that happens."
"Now lock the door and hope they wake up whoever Ziga is."
Douglas will grab a table and start moving it to block the door.
Asledin looks for something to drag over and bolster the table then asks, "Ziga?". "I dun think this is gonna keep that crew out...The Dragonborn alone could make quick work of this. If there is no other way out, we best hope Theran steps in quickly."

Did Ula jump off the top of the stairs behind Soriah and into the crowd or down the stairs and around into the crowd?
If the first, then make an Acrobatics roll. Either way make a Perception roll
