<feels like NPCs should go last if they go at all>
Tetrevess tells the party telepathically “The Knights of the Black Sword are a secret society of cultists devoted to Levistus, the archdevil who rules Stygia, the sixth layer of the Nine Hells, from the confines of an ice prison from which he cannot escape. That’s who we’re fighting, I think. I don’t know much more about these people, they emerged from a world and time I am unfamiliar with.”
Tetrevess blasts as many cultists and gargoyles as he can while not hitting Allies with a radiant fireball.4th level. 38 radiant damage, dex 22 for half
<The cultist dies on the first hit. I'm just going ro apply the other attacks to the nearest gargoyle, ok?>
Sam's powerful swings cracked the stone surface of the winged creature with each smash. The final downward swing lands a hard blow, crumbling the creature to rubble. The remaining three snarl in anger as they ready their next assault.

Looking at the attacks made, it looms like the remaining gargoyles are in melee with Morwena and Chadderlay, while Sam initially attacked a cultist, I do not think it required any movement so the gargoyles attacking him got no AoO. This means the surviving gargoyle IA still in melee with the huge (I think he literally is now huge) lizard-man (i am not tracking the attacks to enaure the bonus granted by the giant's spear are applied, but this is a remi der that they should be). So, without hitting anybody, I'd guess you could get one gargoyle in the blast. Admittedly, without a battle grid it's very hand-wavy, so I'm OK with rounding up to two, namely the pair engaged with the duo of red wizards.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
The gargoyle deals half damage and gets to make a CON save at the end of each of it's turns to end the spell.

So shall we say due to the enchantment thing that Sam strength scores 21?
<those are both down, you can hit the final one, ok?>
Akame's bolts strike both gargoyles, allowing Angus the opportunity to charge both, in turn, cracking open the first with the hilt of his sword, then pivoting to smash the other, separating the upper and lower halves of the living stone, destroying it.
(ooc: yeah, sorry about that, I use the auto dice roller icon and I'm used to clicking the combat option whenever I have to make an attack roll... by the way that's a funny spell as you 1st have to hit with an attack and then the target gets a save at the end of each turn (both an attack roll and a saving throw all in one spell, lol))

Sam slays the Lnight of the Black Sword.

<Both survive regardless if out one. I think Akame is still up, then it rolls to round 2 with Angus and Chadderlay again.>
(so how many foes are left standing? two gargoyles?)
Akame will cast Twinned Spell guiding bolt at both remaining gargoyles.
Attack: 25 Damage: 12 radiant damage
Attack: 22 Damage: 11 radiant damage
Angus will advance to melee distance and attack the nearest gargoyle twice with his longsword.
First longsword Attack: 28 Damage: 11 magical slashing + 8 radiant damage
Second longsword Attack: 12 Damage: 8 magical slashing + 2 radiant damage
Add 3 more radiant for the critical hit, please.
Ok now the site is just messin' with me. It changed the rolls, then I hit refresh, and it changed them back.
Chadderlay will cast Ray of Enfeeblement from the staff at one of gargoyles that was hit by Akame's Guiding Bolt
Attack: 21 Damage: 0
The gargoyle deals half damage and gets to make a CON save at the end of each of it's turns to end the spell.
So shall we say due to the enchantment thing that Sam strength scores 21?
3, but 2 could be hit with a radiant fireball without harming party members.
<those are both down, you can hit the final one, ok?>

<Sam Str 21 is fine>
The gargoyles bites and claws Morwena 6 for 2, 8 for 2.
Con save (probably moot, DC tbd) 5
(Was the damage really 0?)
