"Yeah we gotta get them birds outta here. Darn things nearly tried to scratch me." Dan crosses his arms and gets into a wide stance, waiting for further instructions.

Ohhhhhhhh, the birds? Yeah, they can be a right hassle. If I gave you some big nets, could you get rid of them for me?"

"I'm not sure how that would work with nets and all.  If the net is large enough we wouldn't be able to throw it.  Is there  some reason these birds dont want us here?"

"They're very territorial neighbours. When I moved in they'd just cleared out this cave's last occupant and they were really hoping to have the lake to themselves for a while."

"Can they be reasoned with at all?"

"They really don't like me, but maybe you guys can talk to them? I wouldn't count on it working though."

Graham looks to the others, "Perhaps we try talking and if that doesnt work we use the nets?"

"We already talked with them, I don't feel that's an option.  We can try the nets...maybe someone can climb the cliff this cave is on...we get em to come over and someone drops the nets on them from above."

The moose lets y'all talk amongst yourselves

"Im not the biggest fan of heights, also I will say that I am far from being a good climber or even an average climber.  My hand-eye coordination is not bad though, played some tennis in college, so throwing a net would be a bit more up my alley."

(what does Sam remember about the cliff face....he has an althletics of +2 does he think he could climb it?  Also, does it seem possible to throw the nets and catch the birds?)

"We could lure them into the mouth of the cave and have the net set up right inside the entrance." Dan says, thinking so hard that he's got his hand pressed up against his temples. 

Graham takes out his book and starts to look through it, "I might have some other solutions as well..." He stops on a page and points, "I should be able to put some of them to sleep with this..." He flips some more pages and stops again, "And this one can create a spray of fire, although I am not sure how much we want to hurt them."

He'd have to roll for it but it wouldn't be too hard. A net would likely catch at least some of them with a successful toss 

Sam will turn to the the others.  "I think I can get up on the cliff, if the birds don't see me.  One of you will need to make the distraction while I'll hide, and then I can try to use the nets on them. when they get close.  The other option is we try to sneak around the lake and avoid them all together."

Dr. Dan puts a finger to his lips and nods, really thinking hard. "I think I can be the dristraction. Leave it to me."

Graham looks to Sam, "I will accompany him."

As you head to the surface, you see that the birds have gone to the other end of the lake, sulking. There's a hill which the mouth is set into with a few bushes at the top that somebody could hide in. The Moose told you where to find some huge nets, which are tucked away by the side of the cave. There's three of them.

Dan walks over to the nets and seems to get tangled up in one as soon as he touches it. As he struggles to untangle himself, just making it worse really, he says, "Who's in charge of this opreration? I'm just a srimple doctor, I don't know about these nrets!"
