Salamander watches Xakaris strike the armor with renewed zeal. Then again comes another smack to the face by the armors. This time it's the last hit to make him drop his wildshape.
Bull: 0/25 HP ---> Reverts to goblin
Salamander clutches his head while his eyes are still spinning. He looks over to see that same dragonborn now miss and he feels better now that it's not just him. Sly then grabs the living suit of armor with rock hands. Wow. Sometimes he just doesn't believe his eyes. Then he remembers what kind of world he is living in. Life's just so weird. Ah the Feywild... sure miss ya.
Eggo Lass and Bilyur both take their shots, sadly missing but he again takes solace in not being the only one a bit disoriented after this fight. It takes him an extra few seconds before he gets his act together.
Feeling his teeth sharpen, he lunges forward at the downed armor. He completely clears the grease pile and just jump on top of it. Tearing at it, he tries to pry apart the head from the body almost like a dog going rabid.
((Grease Save: 15 + 1 = 16))
((Action: Cast Primal Savagery on Armor 2 for 16 + 4 = 20 for 4 acid damage ))
((Bonus action: Cast Produce Flame on Armor 4 with owl advantage (first roll 1 oof + 4 = 5, second roll 7+ 4 = 11) a misssssss))
Then once he's had his fill, he sits up, and a few murmuring and mumbling later, he creates a small fire inhis palm and tosses it towards the armor that slammed him. Unfortunately, it singes his hair (the very little strands left of it) instead, and he jumps up and down on the limp armor under him, yelling, "SASSAFRAS!"

Salamander tears the head clean off Armour 2, corroding the iron as he does so and with an arcane jolt as the transmutation magic animating it bursts apart. It is now the Armour's turn!
Status Armour 3 (-28, Restrained): DC 14 Strength Save to try and escape: 15 Armour 4 (-17): Attacks Bilyur: 9 to hit, though damage is automatically reduced to zero (I'm assuming that for Bilyur to reflect damage back again would require focus?)
Bilyur's quarterstaff hits the approaching Armour 4 cleanly in the right arm, which twists it backwards and knocks the whole torso crooked. It seems it's just as close to death as the crunkled Armour 3 as the magical matrixes holding the armour's form together begin to fail.
Everyone except Bilyur is still up! (The armour can all be killed very easily now!)
[Yeah sorry, if you had hit Armour 3 that'd have been a kill, but now they're both very, very low so unless people miss I don't expect everyone will even need to take a turn before they're dead]
Armour 3 is barely still animate but still tries to escape the great crushing fist. It kicks and writhes as the fingers close around it, pushing back to escape: 4
Armour 3 tries to escape but it's feebly in vain; the earthen grasp crushes it and compacts it into a cube of scrap metal. By the time it's grip has loosened and it's let go of the heap of junk, it's barely even recognisable as armour anymore, rather now looking closer to some sort of strange iron brick.
[For the sake of simplicity I'll tell you that Armour 4 has 18 AC and 5 hit points remaining. I don't expect any of the next turns will require me to roll any saves for it, assuming that Eggo is gonna be Eldritch Blasting, Salamander is using Primal Savagery and Xarkris is using his axe, so if you do manage to hit and kill, feel free to post your out of initiative activities since I'm going offline soon and don't want to hold up the campaign overnight when you guys are waiting for a single hit or miss confirmation!]
Xarkris attacks the last Armor with his axe and rolls a 22 to hit with 13 damage. He shows his teeth as bits of metal fly everywhere.
I offer healing to the rest of the party, so please respond with what you need.
I managed the entire fight without taking any damage. Thank you deflect attack. I think we should take a long rest, but Bilyur has one cure wounds prepared if someone needs it. If that's enough, we can go to the next combat, and I'll use uncanny metabolism.
Xarkris walks up to the Adamantine Armor and looks for any traps. I rolled a 17 for PERCEPTION and have 22 Passive Perception. If there is nothing to stop him (other than the Animated Armor), Xarkris reaches out and lifts up in front of himself to inspect it. “Beautiful”, he hisses. He sheds his armor in front of everyone and puts on his new armor, pleased with the way it fits. “Oh, yessssss. This will do!”
((I see that no one else received any damage. I will use Lay on Hands on myself and recover all of my missing hit points.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eggo Lass is pleased as the final armor falls. "Hopefully that armor isn't cursed or something." she quips as Xarkris begins to try it on. With the battle over she sends the owls to scout further on to see what threats might appear.
Xarkris finds no traps around the armour, takes it from the throne, and puts it on with little trouble. In fact, it seems to be a perfect fit! Eggo's owls then fly out to scan the environment, and though a couple of them are fairly dozy from the combat and struggle to go very far, one manages to fly about the whole rest of the dungeon and return unharmed. Salamander, with his Speech of the Woods, can hear the bird natter in a voice similar to Eggo's 'Big hole, next room. Twit-twoo. Big hole with gems. Then a vast room after. Hoo. A vast room with a shadow portal. Completely empty. Twit. No more enemies.'
Sly is shaking out her hand to get rid of an oncoming cramp. "A short respite wouldn't be misplaced." she says. The wizard isn't out of options, but in a dungeon like this, one shouldn't be caught without all of ones tools at ones disposal.
[Also fine with a short rest, for arcane recovery]
Xarkris agrees to a short rest. He drags his old chain mail armor over to the donation box and drops it in. He then rejoins his comrades in the armor room and proceeds with a short rest.

Bilyur slams the armor with his quarterstaff, a 19 to hit for 10 damage. Then he back kicks it, but it doesn't do much. (6 to hit.)

Sly wants to give armor 3 the rest with a crushing hand motion. The stone appendage tries to close around the metal.
[The armor needs to make a DC 14 Strength Save or take 6 bludgeoning damage and be restrained.]
