As more arcane sparks fly from the invisible claws that failed to hit her, Sly bundles another dose of weave in one fist and slashes at the unseen. The dagger of flame she conjures isn't really made for the purpose of slashing, but it was a wild guess anyway.
His ears flatten against his head as he growls. This air creature is a lot more tougher than he could have expected. Salamander especially doesn't like the fact that it keeps beating up the big guy. Sure the guy was made of scales but that's gonna wear him down some time. He hops over to his favorite dragonborn and slaps some healing onto him. "Don't die, bud." He jumps off him, does cartwheel, then a backflip.
((Action: Heal Xarkaris for 8 HP))
Waving his hand in the air from behind Xarkris, he uses his hawk spirit to guide him. Salamander conjures another ball of flame into his hands. Unfortunately the pain from his abdomen erupts and he loses focus. He tosses the ball somewhere between the air-thing and not, more emphasis on the not.

Xarkris, Sly and Salamander all miss, but Bilyur decides to change tact from his normal attacks and strikes the Inivisble Stalker with another spell that resonates with it's very soul [DC 14 Strength Save: 18 ]. He then manages to get a singular strike of on it, just. [DC 14 Strength Save: 11 ]
It is now the enemies turn!
- Invisible Stalker (Health: -54, Condition: invisible, Position: In front of Xarkris) - Skulk 4 (Health: Full, Condition: invisible, Position: Unknown)
The Invisible Stalker resists the toll the dead but is shoved back by Bilyur, out of the ink. You now have no clue where it might be, though it now swirls past Eggo to reach its quarry of Xarkris again. Meanwhile, the Skulk goes for whoever is closest.
- Invisible Stalker (Health: -54, Condition: invisible, Position: Unknown): Multiattack: Slams Eggo Lass: 23 to hit, 15 bludgeoning damage on a hit. Slams Xarkris: 16 to hit, 9 bludgeoning damage on a hit. - Skulk 4 (Health: Full, Condition: invisible, Position: Unknown): Scratches Bilyur: 17 to hit, 6 slashing damage plus 6 necrotic damage on a hit.
Eggo Lass rubs her shoulder after the stalker's assault and shouts, "That's it! I've had it with these monkey-fighting invisibles in this Monday to Friday hallway!" Filled with rage at not target to unleash it out on yet she seeks out targets for the party's retribution to land on. With a chant and waving of her wand she closes her eyes and focuses on the minds around.
Relevant Section: You can also use this spell to detect the presence of thinking creatures you can’t see. When you cast the spell or as your action during the duration, you can search for thoughts within 30 feet of you. The spell can penetrate barriers, but 2 feet of rock, 2 inches of any metal other than lead, or a thin sheet of lead blocks you. You can’t detect a creature with an Intelligence of 3 or lower or one that doesn’t speak any language.
With her mind on the prowl she opens her eyes once more to direct the punches to wherever those hiding things were.
[[ If their positions are unknown then BY GOLLY she's gonna make them known! ]]
Sly is sweating, having stowed her spellbook. This wasn't good. Not being able to see anything really troubled the wizard, who so heavily relied her eyes. All she could do was sling more fire at any slight indication of movement in the shadows or the feeling of air brushing past her.
She focuses her efforts on the violent aggressor that was attacking Eggo.
fire quill, attack with disadvantage: 26, 19 , damage: 5 fire
Xarkris yells at the party, “IT’S AFTER MY ARMOR!”. Xarkris DISENGAGES from the Invisible Stalker and moves to the narrow hallway that we all came through.
((I was trying to make a mark on your map to show you where I wanted to position him, but was unable to do so. Instead, I will try to accurately describe where I want him. I want Xarkris positioned on the Second square in the corridor. He will turn and face the threat of the Invisible Stalker, with the goal of drawing it into the First square of the corridor. The strategy is draw its attention and allow 3 of my party members adjacent squares to attack it from the rear. Would this be considered a FLANKING move and at least counter the DISADVANTAGE of its Invisibility?))
Eggo Lass opens her mental awareness and detects the thoughts of her enemies. She detects that the Invisible Stalker is near the entrance to the room, between herself and Xarkris, as she can hear it's surface thoughts, mostly consisting of blustery Auran winds, but with sprinklings of Common, saying 'Leri...Traitor to master...master Karistride'. Meanwhile, the Skulk is prowling around the outside of the party, nearest to Salamander and Bilyur, it's surface thoughts just unintelligible moans of sorrow and savagery. She now no longer has disadvantage on attack rolls against them.
Sly then strikes the Stalker with another bolt of fire, aiming it between Eggo and Xarkris where she had seen the two get battered. Xarkris then moves back towards the hallway, realising the Stalker will likely follow, and plans to set up a flanking manoeuvre by signalling to the rest of the party to move in. [Flanking sounds absolutely fine, if a party member moves in behind the Stalker, it'll go to a flat roll since it's penned in to one location.]
Bilyur and Salamander are left!

"MONKEY?!"Salamander yells theatrically, putting his hand over his chest playfully offended. He squints his eyes at all there is in the scene. He notices that Eggo Lass has taken up doing something more than just fighting. He shouts, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"
The little goblin runs up to her to heartily tag-team her in with some healing, especially after the last attack, before rounding the corner again to see what's up.
((Action: Heal Eggo Lass for 11 HP with Cure Wounds 1st Level))
"Your armor?! OH!"
He shouts over to the monk gnome, "Cover him!", as he tries to do the same for himself.
((Reaction: Move Hawk Spirit to give Bilyur ADVANTAGE))
Bilyur uses deflect attack to reduce the damage by 12 (Just barely). He strikes at the I. S. again with his magic, DC 14 WIS save against 4 necrotic damage. Then he detects the invisible stalker with the help of the eagle, and strikes at it savagely with a barrage of attacks. 12 to hit for 7 damage (DC 14 DEX save or be knocked prone) and 23 to hit for 7 damage (Cannot take reactions).
Bilyur then steps back 5 ft and settles back into a defensive stance. Reaction: Deflect attack. Highest damage attack that includes Bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage reduced by 9.
Salamander helps out the team whilst Bilyur goes in for more strikes. He starts with another spell since they prove effective [DC 14 Wisdom Save: 3 ], then goes in for a flurry of blows. His first attack misses but his second lands, and now the Stalker is stunned and disoriented in a way that impedes its quick thinking. He then moves back again.
The Invisible Stalker fails its saving through and gives a great gust of pain. It seems to be much more wounded now. It strikes at Xarkris, now that it’s crammed down the corridor, even though there isn’t anybody behind it [not an issue, someone just needs to move behind it before Xarkris takes his turn to complete the flank] The skulk continues to prowl, attacking indiscriminately at any adventurers it finds.
- Invisible Stalker (Health: -70, Condition: invisible, Position: Between Xarkris and Eggo near the entrance) Multiattack: Slams Xarkris twice: 9 and 16 to hit, 14 and 9 bludgeoning damage each on a hit. - Skulk 4 (Health: Full, Condition: invisible, Position: Around the party, closest to Bilyur and Salamander) Attacks Salamander: 19 to hit, 8 slashing damage plus 4 necrotic damage on a hit.
Bilyur attacks again, striking out with his magic (DC 14 WIS save against 11 necrotic damage) And then moving to base himself behind the stalker, and unarmed striking the invis stalker.
Adv. From eagle: cancels out disadv. from invisability. Adv. from flanking. Critical hit for 4 damage.
