Bilyur investigates the hole, wondering why there's hot water behind the walls. He turns to the others, "Everything else in this dungeon is remarkably preserved, but the walls are rotting. Why? I don't know, but I should break through and find out. There's steam back there, so it might be the cause. Plus, if beating through walls means bypassing any traps the blood archivist or that stupid cat have left in our way, then I'm not opposed to it."
You both examine the steaming gap in the wall, and you look through the hole to see into what appears to be a hazy bathroom. You can’t see much but you can see that the room is about 15 feet by 15 feet, panelled with baby blue tiles and contains an enormous bath tub filled with hot, steamy and soapy water.
Eggo Lass looks at the bath perplexed for a moment. As Sly speak she says, "Well Effavil did mention the druid spends their time here. I suppose even a druid would bathe from time to time." She looks around hesitantly, "But if it's nice and hot then they're near. Or under the water's surface, possibly hiding after hearing the walls getting punched?" She eyes her crossbow, half-tempted to shoot the water in case there's something there, but erring against such a course of action for now.
Bilyur pulls on the paneling of the walls, creating an opening large enough to fit through, and then moves into the bathroom, trying to find where the water is being heated.
"Well if we're bursting through walls..." says Eggo Lass. She puts away her crossbow to take out her daggers and heads through to follow the halfling and gnome.
Everyone that enters the bathroom and manages to get a better look finds this. The room is 15 feet by 15 feet, and has a door that connects back to the corridor you were just in to the west. The bath tub is about 10 feet long and 5 feet wide, and filled with hot soapy water that seems to have came from a tap (a faucet for those who speak American English) and copper pipes that lead back into the wall. There is also a toilet and washbasin to the southern wall that you couldn't previously see whilst looking through the wall, along with some stacked bath towels and robes.
Sly pokes her head into the room, being somewhat impressed by the cleanlyness on offer. Using gust, she shoves the worst of the steam out of the way so as not to expose her precious spellbook and to see better. She doesn't enter and quips: "Well, it seems we found an unorthodox ingress to a room otherwise perfectly accessible via normal means. Shall we away to the other doors?"
"Bit noiser though." remarks Eggo Lass about Bilyur's preference of wall-to-wall transport. "Which reminds me. Isn't there supposed to be a crimson knight somewhere? I do hope he's not heard our little entrance." She adds, "Though if this is a fresh-drawn bath, the bubbles still present, we may have a guest coming in soon. I doubt baths are left around just for fun."
Sly consults her notes. "This Crimson Knight is located in the third dungeon, at least according to Efavil. I suggest we make it our task of finding the way there first before we worry overmuch."
The pulls her head out of the opening to the bath and looks once again into the hallway they entered after passing the druid statue."There are three doors here. If my notes are correct, the door to that bathroom is just going to lead back where we already were before."
[Here's the updated map btw, also you're correct about the crimson knight being in the third dungeon, most dungeons out of the 100 have an overarching owner or character tied to it, i.e The Fire Savant for Dungeon 1, Evaltrini for Dungeon 2, and the mysterious scarlet knight for the third.]
"Ack! You're right, Sly. I think I got it crossed up with thinking this was the next dungeon, but you're right."
[[ it's totally Eggo Lass and not me that got confused... I totally knew the crimson knight was the next dungeon and not this one... *tells himself he's smart...* *cries...* ]]
"So one door down. Two to go. Fifty percent chance we run into a druid getting ready for a bath."she says. "Shall we try the one down the hall? I feel the room across is more likely to be sleeping quarters, so nice and close to the bathroom."
You open the door at the end of the corridor and find what appears to be the entrance hall or foyer to Evaltrini's home. The room is 15 feet wide and 10 feet long, with small side tables, pot plants and even a coat rack. On the far side of the room where you reasonable expect a front door however is a dark shadowy veil covering the doorframe, a Shadow Weave, and the portal to the next dungeon. As you step further into the room however you find a horrific sight. Strapped to the east wall by iron shackles, a skeleton in druids robes is hanging, along with a message written in blood, reading: Look Upon Those Who Defied Me. It's terrifyingly clear that the corpse is Evaltrini's, you assume that the well kept demeanor of the home's interior was all a magical ruse put up by the Blood Archivist to put you under a false sense of security.
[@VitusW, don't worry about getting the character placement mixed up, it's fine! Also your characters don't know this but you're correct about the room to the west being a bedroom]
Staring at the skeleton, Sly is quiet for once. What a macabre way to deal with ones enemies. She takes out her book and starts scribbling notes. Here was the next dungeon, at least. And what Efavil said about th shadow weave continued to hold true. If she ever managed to learn more about it, perhaps these forces could be turned to their use even before they had to confront the Blood Archivist. A good topic for research, the tiefling thought.

"Curious." Sly comes closer, holding her book away from the steam.
"Do you remember the stories about the rare herb that Evaltrini apparently grew somewhere down here? Perhaps it thrives in steam?"
The wizard checks absentmindedly if the steam or the area behind has any magical properties.

"I, for one, do not need a bath." Sly moves away from the hole. She inspects her robe. "At least not yet."
"For all we know about this place, it could be a trap. Is there a perfectly functional bathroom behind every mouldering wall?"
Eggo Lass looks at the bath perplexed for a moment. As Sly speak she says, "Well Effavil did mention the druid spends their time here. I suppose even a druid would bathe from time to time." Bilyur follows Eggo Lass down the hall towards the other door, preparing to fight if there are any hostiles in the room.

"Splendid idea", Sly follows. If Eggo didn't already open the door and once everyone is ready, the wizard will do so from a distance with mage hand.
