You all deliberate on the answer as a group and come to the conclusion of 'Fate' as being a reasonable guess based on the first letter of the gem being a letter in the word and the quantity of gems being the placement. As you agree between you on this, there's another gust of wind and Karistride returns with a hearty chuckle. 'Congratulations, you have solved the puzzle on your very first guess! Therefore, you have earnt yourself not only the key to the rest of the dungeon, but the right to ask me three questions! I promise I shall answer truthfully, however if I do not know an answer, I will simply say 'I do not know' and that question will be wasted, so make them count! Now, tell me, what is it you wish to know?'
Bilyur looks at his companions, "I have wanted to know the true name of the Blood Archivist for a very long time. Is anyone opposed to me asking that?"
"Rotate?" He does a handstand to look down upon the jewels then shakes his head, "don't think so, yeah."
Salamander jumps up and claps at Sly's deducing. "YES! THE FATE OF THE STARS AND THE BRINK OF THE UNIVERSE!" He makes like a head-exploding type gesture before hopping off the minecart. Soon enough they all are confronted with return of the dijinni. The goblin is giddy though he doesn't have anything to ask, so he just stands there on his knuckles.
"Nope,"he responds to Bilyur, "go 'head."

Karistridefloats cartwheels in the air and sighs, responding sadly to Bilyur with 'Ah, you and I both, they're a very enigmatic person you see. However, I would like to help towards their discovery as much as you, so I shall grant you some clues that I have gathered that may help you eventually identify them. Firstly, there have only been 3 known mages that knew the spell Summon Shadow Weave, though I can't recall any information on them aside from the fact that all of them are now deceased. The Blood Archivist, or an associate of theirs, is therefore the 4th. Also, back when I was free and living in the Elemental Planes, I remember that there was a great disturbance in the Elemental Plane Of Water leading up to the creation of the 100 Dungeons unlike anything seen anywhere else. There were horrific storms, great waterspouts and a rise in sea beast attacks across the ocean plane, all entirely unexplained, and then they stopped shortly after the Dungeon network's creation. Although my thoughts are unfounded and I have no evidence for this claim, I always thought these events had to be linked and so therefore the Blood Archivist must have ties to that Plane or element.' He lets that information sink in before saying 'Right, you have two questions left!'
Sly notes down this new information on the Blood Archivist. 'Interesting...'
Yet something else is on the forefront of her mind. She looks to her companions, a twinkling in her eyes. "We shall require... material riches, if we are to be successful in our undertaking. Are you opposed to asking the genie where treasure might be found in this dungeon?"

"Might I suggest, instead, asking for how you can find treasure in each of the dungeons following this? We want to think further ahead than the now."
[That's a smart idea, but Karistride knows little to nothing about all the other dungeons. He's stayed in this one the whole 158 years, and so doesn't know what dungeon comes next or what state they're in so even if he did know it's likely the treasure has moved or been stolen between then and now]
Karistridegives a bold laugh at hearing Sly's question, and on Xarkris' agreement, he says 'You will find two pieces of treasure in this dungeon in the rooms locked behind the door; there is a suit of adamantine plate amour, Leri's own, sat in the throne room, which you'll find in the first room to the south past the door. However, it is guarded with Animated Armour that attack as soon as the armour is approached, which is why it hasn't been stolen yet. If you can beat the armour, you can get the prize. The second piece of treasure is the very thing that killed Leri; an Elemental Gem of Air, buried hidden within his emerald reserves. There is no danger to be found by it, aside from having to find it. You can find that room by just walking directly west until you reach it. Oh, and you shall also find a chest of blue wood and brass, which is taking donations from adventurers. It is fairly empty aside from a few coins. ' Once again, he lets the information settle then asks 'What is your final question?'
Eggo Lass says, "Two arguably helpful answers in a row? I must admit skepticism of what he may have not told us." She then adds, "Though perhaps it would be wise to ask what happened to Ivory and Hugh as they came through. I'm not too keen on what they've been up to."
Salamander soaks in all this information, less like a sponge more like a rock. "Water-man," he says for no reason. His eyes lit up not at the mention of treasure but of Eggo Lass's question of what happened with the disastrous dynamic duo. "Yes! Yes!" he nods rapidly in agreement.
Suddenly, he climbs onto the dragonborn's shoulders and whispers, "Let's free the djinni." He makes a rubbing lamp type of gesture.

Xarkris stares at the Djinni, but speaks to Salamander, "I don't think he is trapped.....I think he likes it here". Xarkris is starting to realize he is starting to like his new companions, especially this little ball of energy on his shoulders.
Xarkris inspects the Djinni and makes an attempt to get more information about his intentions. I rolled a 7 on an INSIGHT roll.
Karistride doesn't hear Salamander and Xarkris's discussion as he's listening to Eggo, and as they speak, Xarkris tries to read him but struggles. He remembers that genies are usually either benevolent or malicious with little in between, but can't get a sure-fire grip on Karistride's intent. He's seemingly answered all the questions honestly and kept his word, though he did keep it all behind a puzzle that if you failed, you would have risked death. Xarkris eventually settles that Karistride may be neutral, or closer to kind then he is mean. The answer Karistridethen gives to Eggo's question is 'Ah yes! The two that passed through around 8 hours ago! The tabaxi solved the riddle almost immediately since she seemed quite bright, though the halfling was fairly silent. For their three questions they asked the quickest route to the exit, what threats they might expect, and if I'd hold up the next party to come through, which I refused to do as it is against the game's rules; they can ask questions, not favours. They then took the key and dashed off. Speaking of which!' Karistride holds out his hands and begins to chant in Auran. The room suddenly grows darker and shadowier, and you can hear twisted moaning noises echoing faintly from the bottom of the deep black mineshaft below. Sly can also feel her dark strand of shadowed hair tug towards Karistride like it's caught in a twister or as if it's drawn to the shadows that are forming in his hands. After a minute, he completes the casting of creation using the powerful Shadowfell magic present in the dungeon, and has created a key made of pure adamantine from the shadows, the same material as the door it's made to unlock. He hands it over and says 'You better be quick to unlock that door, the key only lasts for a minute, and I don't do recasts!'
Bilyur grabs the key and unlocks the gate, but he doesn't leave yet. He looks at his companions and realizes they'll want to collect some gold. He says, "So who wants to fight a suit of armor?
Xarkris' head swivels to Bilyur's invitation and quickly stomps to join him. The Paladin assumes a defensive stance behind his shield and readies himself for what is behind the door.
"Hmmm okay," Salamander chews on that for a second. He clenches his fists at the mention of what Hugh and Ivory did. "Those worms..." he growls. After the djinni answers the last question and gives them a key, he claps, still on Xakris's shoulders. "Let's go get it to taste metal!"
"Djinni! If you ever want to leave this place," he clicks his tongue, "you know where to find us!"

Salamander bids Karistridefarewell, and he chuckles at his comment of freedom 'You have a long way to go until any of us are free.' Eggo summons some familiars and Xarkris prepares for an attack before Bilyur then unlocks the heavy adamantine door and pushes it open. It grinds against the stone floor until the hinges click as it reaches the back wall. Seems it can hold itself open and that the only person shutting it is Karistride. Behind the door is a 15 x 25 feet room. It's fairly empty but lower ceilinged than the grand entrance, and the only thing in it is a blue wood chest with brass fittings and a plaque on top as Karistride described. You all recognise this as one of the Adventuring Gear Donation Chests scattered around the dungeons, but haven't seen any since the 3rd dungeon, so it's a welcome sight to see. There is a passageway continuing straight across west from where you stand, which Karistride says is Leri's gemstone reserve and where you can search for the Elemental Gem of Air he described. There is also a southern passage that you assume is the throne room/armoury Karistride mentioned.
