(Neya is up next. There is a second potential enemy in the fog but you can't tell their exact location.)
Sensing Utar yet stood his ground in either continual refusal of the original plan or maybe misguided need to protect an ally, Doozey barked out in the harsh tongue of [goblin]'s a command. Biscuit is startled at first, but after a bit of growling of his own, he'd once again lash out at Utar, biting and trying his best to pull the stubborn Orc out of the mist. However, if he should fail in the endeavor, Biscuit maneuvered infront of Utar in a protective gesture, if nothing else.
While that situation is resolving itself one way or another, Doozey turned his attention back to the patriots and called out, "Your wasting your time, Mr. Krulek! That is you, ain't it? Either which way, you and yours were already screwed the moment you agreed to parlay with a psycho twisted by chaos magic!" He paused only to let the words briefly sink in before continuing on slightly more calmly than before. "Ya really think she's gonna give two shits if you manage to capture any of us now? Or that them Orcs just happen to be nearby? OR that she's gonna suddenly call'em off now that they all riled up? Or have you and yours fallen so far that petty revenge is worth not focusing on preserving even the lives of yer men? Face it, Mr. Krulek! You were being played from the start, and should've taken the early lighting of that beacon fer the closest thing to a warning ya were gonna get -- AFTER one of yers shot down our bird! So, you can either have our aid or we'll take yer head on our way out. Your choice. But, I'd choose quickly." With that, unless Utar had resisted Biscuit's attempt to pull him out of the mist, Doozey would retreat as well, ready to fight the duo and whoever else followed them or better footing; especially for Raist sake.
Bonus Action(Doozey): Command Biscuit to [condition]Grappled;Grapple[/action] Utar.
Action(Biscuit): Attempt to Grapple Utar. STR/DEX(DC 15) or be Grappled.
Movement/Bonus Action(Biscuit): If Grapple successful, rush to E-7, dragging Utar to F-7. Or if grapple is failed, moving to E-16 and bonus action spent to dodge instead. (Not letting go this time)
Action(Doozey): Attempt to Persuade mystery knight with a 18.(18)
Movement(Doozey): To F-8(IF grapple succeeded, otherwise standing his ground).
Biscuit resumes his previous command, following some commands from Doozey in the Goblin tongue. Recognizing the tug, Utar lets himself be taken by the mastiff and be rushed to the lit up are just beyond the fog. Biscuit does not let go this time.
(OOC: Biscuit is now at {E-7} and Utar at {F-7}.)
Not wanting to be left behind, Doozey back up out of the fog as well {F-8}. As he moves, the halfling continues the discussion with the opponents where Utar left off. He hears back: "I'm still at a disadvantage. You know my name but I have no clue who you or your group are, why you are here, and why killing two of my men should convince me that you are here to help me. You continue to lay down your arguments without answering my questions, and thus, you give me no choice but to take them from you. Think of your next words carefully. Answer my questions or I shall proceed as planned."
Although CRAP still can't see the man in the fog, you can tell that the source of the voice is getting closer.
Utar acquiesces to Biscuit's insistence that they keep moving, then moves ahead of CRAP's bestest boy.
"We find a cleric of Helm, slaughtered and tied to a tree as a grim warning, are beset by kobolds, find a group of prisoners being prepared for some dark ritual! If you're not with them, agree to a parley, otherwise you're hearts are as black I think they are and you are no better than those Cultists we've already met."
Utar keeps their story vague but let's his anger creep out, hoping to better sell their story.
Move: Full 30ft in the direction Biscuit dragged him, not Shure what the ref is.
Despite his previous moment of silence, Utar resumes delivering his argument in hopes of convincing Krulek to pause and discuss. True to his last statement, Krulek replies with added sarcasm: "Your avoidance of my direct questions does little to convince me. Perhaps I need to kill two of you to convince you I mean you no harm? Or are you going to continue ignoring what you have done to my party?"
As if to support Krulek's mistrust, Raistforces Ruse to move against her will. Utar's Spiritual Weapon moves alongside Raist spells. The hammer is now out of the fog {H-11}, the hand is still within {F-11,G-12}, as is Ruse {G-12}.
Utar moves into the shadows {F-1} (assuming Biscuit lets him go.)

(Neya is up next. The second potential enemy in the fog remains unseen.)
Neya just keeps a couple of arrows nocked for any unfamiliar faces (or faces that match Krulek's wanted poster) coming out of the fog since diplomacy clearly seems to be failing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Raist feels his grasp be forced open. A second later, the tall frame of an athletically built woman with only one good eye bursts out of the fog. Neya was ready for it, loosening an arrow before the other woman can close the distance. (Ruse takes 8 piercing damage.)
Despite the latest attack coming from Neya, Ruse seems ready to throw down with the first target she sees... unfortunately for Doozey.
The halfling is slashed three times in rapid succession, having little time to react to Ruse's sudden appearance. Each swing of the axe is accompanied by a booming noise. (Doozey takes 65 slashing and thunder damage.)
Ruse is now within 5ft of both Doozey and Neya at {G-8}. Everyone can see her now that she is out of the fog and within the dim light radius of the daylight spell.
Doozey gritted his teeth and braced for an assault in seeing Ruse come bursting out of the fog. But in realizing the axewoman had briefly exhausted herself breaking free of the hand, the halfling maintained his guard knowing the reprieve would be a fleeting one. "Name's have power, Krulek. T'is why ya got in trouble back in the city, and half of why ya winded up in this mess. And the fact yer so fixated on our retaliatory measures fer the bird AND then some, whether you realize it or not, and maintaining some semblance of power in all this, instead doing everything on yer part to actually get yer men out of the mess ya got them in, speaks larger volumes about you more than us." He says while pacing around Ruse, seeming to look for an angle of attack.
Though as he did so, his eyes briefly met Biscuit, and without any visual indication of a signal between the pair, a look seemed all Biscuit appeared to need before carefully backing off, growling all the while at Ruse as he did so. "Either way, seems the time of luxuries is up. We made our offer. Now-" He draws his rapier, and in that moment, Biscuit charges in ready to try and drive-by knock down Ruse with his horns. Even if he can't, a determined Doozey lashed out twice with the rapier, aiming for her legs as much as he could before mounting up once more on Biscuit. From there he dropped his rapier, only for Biscuit to snatch it up in his jaws. "-we'll see how much more blood need be shed fer ya wise up fer once. Everyone! Take'm down!"
Movement(Biscuit): To F-3(without entering Ruse's reach.. unless its a surprise 10ft).
Bonus Action(Doozey): Command Biscuit to Attack.
Movement(Biscuit): To F-7.
Action(Biscuit): Battered Assault on Ruse. (Lethal, Charge, Melee)Beast Strike - Attack: 25 Damage: 9 bludgeoning. If hit, and charge would apply, above attack does an additional 6 damage and target is knocked prone.
Action(Doozey): Furious Stinging on Ruse. (Melee, Nonlethal, Silvered)Rapier - Attack #1: 21 Damage: 6 piercing. (Melee, Nonlethal, Silvered)Rapier - Attack #2: 12 Damage: 7 piercing. If at adv. here's the 2nd rolls: Attack #1: 28., Attack #2: 15.
Doozey continues his mid-battle conversation, changing tones to launch an attack. Biscuit gets some distance but his lunge is stopped by Ruse's open palm. The lady's maneuver is effective but cocky, leaving her open for two rapier stabs. (Ruse takes 18 piercing damage.)
Biscuit has a moment to brace against potential retaliation as Doozey hops on his back.
A laughing Krulek emerges from the fog suddenly, catching up to Ruse {F-8}. He promptly attacks Doozey:
Not seeing anyone else Raist moves behind Neya
(Since movi g the hand is also a bonus action)
Laissez les bons temps rouler
(OOC: To keep things moving, we'll move forward with @MB's original action: dodge.)
Raist moves to a spot beyond Neya while Utar raises his shield.
END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 6
(Neya is up next. There is a second potential enemy in the fog but you can't tell their exact location.)
(OOC Apologies for the late post, but yeah, Utar is dodging. His persuasion isn't that good and he would rather not be half killed by Ruse again.)
Still not entirely sure what the plan is, Neya keeps on letting arrows fly at the muscled woman.
