Perry's axe chop badly wounds the blinded goblin. Tangles arrows have no luck hitting the little heathens though.
The blinded goblins have trouble stumbling around, since Barbara, Perry, and Wolf pup are the closest each will have one attack coming at them as the goblins begin swinging wildly.

The last goblin,toward the back of the pack steps forward, enough that you can see a familiar red cap. The goblins sputters and barks and holds out its hand to the guards, as it does an orb of blue crackling energy builds up and then shoots out toward them. It laughs madly then moves back into the smoke.
The guards all manages to leap out of the path of the orb. As they collect themselves, the leader calls out to one of his companions.
"Mage! You, go! Let the High Priestess know whats happening."
One of the guards nods, but hesitates for a second.
"Now, boy! Go!" The leader shouts again this time spurring him into action. The guard turns and runs around the smoke and toward the temple.
The three remaining guards are going to join the fray. The leader heads forward to stab at one of the unblinded goblins, another joins Perry and his gobin's fight, and the last attackS the blinded goblin by Wolfpup.
Tangle grumbles to herself in Sylvan. For her next round (when that comes up), she will Ready an arrow for the red-capped goblin and hold it until he shows.
Readied attack: 20 to hit, for 3 piercing damage. If she has Advantage (though she's not exactly hidden, here's a second attack roll in case: 24), or the red capped goblin is within 5' of an enemy, here's possible additional Sneak Attack damage: 5

Fenchurch (down to 11 hp) knows that he cannot handle much more time in the fray. He steps a little forward to get the goblins in the 10 ft range of him. and casts Poison Spray at who he can (DC 13, 4 poison damage). Hoping the puff of smoke is enough to keep the goblins away from him a little bit once they regain their sight, Fenchurch darts away, looking for a nearby building he can run into or some kind of cover he can find from the bowmen.

"Try to capture one when we thin their ranks!" Perry shouts in Elven, hoping at least some of his allies will understand and none of his enemies. He then chops at the closest goblin. He roars a thunderous battle cry as he does so. Booming blade: 7. Damage: 11+8 if it moves.
"I'd hold still." He taunts the goblin and steps back a step, triggering an AoO. If the goblin takes it and it hits, Perry will use his reaction to use wrath of the storm. Damage: 10. DC 13 DEX save for half.

The goblin by Wolf Pup eyes the the energy swirling around it, but takes the bait and reaches out to swing at Perry as he steps back.

The goblins turn. The goblin by wolf pup will strike at him. Barabara's goblin will strike at her. The guard captain has two attacks coming at him as the goblin drops its bow and strikes at him with his scimitar and the other aims its arrow at him.

A series of magical blue darts shoot out from the smoke hitting the guard captain, one of the city guards and one for Barbara.

The goblins by Wolf pup and Barbara fall from the combination of Fen's, Wolf pup's, and Perry's attacks. Barbara after suffering the damage from the dart is going to run forward to the smoke and attempt to slash at the red cap goblin.

Next up is the goblins. The two remaining goblins seeing their friends slain by the group, the one by the guards is going to disengage and dash toward one of the streets leading out of the square, the other goblin will release an arrow at the guards and the turn to flee toward a different street.

The red cap finally emerges from the smoke, as it exits the smoke. Tangle releases the arrow, the red cap seeing the arrow fly toward it attempt to throw up a magical shield, but the arrow breaches it and pierces the goblin's shoulder. Barbara will also get an AOO on the goblin.

Tangle's and Barbara's attack stagger the red cap, it stumbles forward, letting out a series of barks, clicks and growls. It hisses at the group, and when it sees the two fleeing goblins, throws done its staff and begins screaming at them. It looks at the group taking stock of the situation. A look of realization comes to it and it runs toward the closest corpse. It pulls out a small round object from its robes and shoves it into the corpse's mouth. ending its turn.
The guards are next. One is going to turn and pulling out a bow, tries to take down one of the fleeing goblins. The other two will run over to the red cap and attempt to capture it.
Wolf Pup, seeing the emerging redcap will take off toward it and fight alongside Barbara! As he races towards it, he slams his foot into a pivot. Surging with Fighting Spirit, Wolf Pup gains 5 Temp Hp and advantage on the rest of his attacks this turn (which would be balanced out with the smoke?). In any case, Wolf Pup brings his blade around in a crescent swing toward the monster’s neck, Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. slashing damage. Seeing the attack strike true, Wolf Pup’s battle hardened focus kicks in! He uses Action Surge and brings the sword swinging up long the length of the redcap, Attack: 19 Damage: 9 slashing damage!
Wolf Pup brings the blade back into his battle stance.
