SHOWDOWN!:
NOTES: Selrahc's and Yessaris' tokens can't be seen as they are both inside the Tarrasque's belly. I also added an outline to the round monster tokens so you can tell which squares each one is occupying. If the outline passes through a square, it occupies that square.
Unable to see another point of egress to slip out of the Lysanderhemoth, Yessaris returns loosely to the same position. "This is becoming... untenable. No choice now." He forcible reposition his weapon hand and says, "Activate Displacement Protocol" A faint humming sound starts from the blade as several runes began to dimly light up just prior to it nearly being plunged deeper.
Future Reaction(Yessaris): Cast (1st level)Shield if applicable for an 'attack' that's 27 or less, or (2nd Level)Absorb Elements if applicable prior to any attack.
Future Reaction(Attorney): Deflect Attacking, inflicting disadvantage on the 1st Attack on an Ally.
(@Lerus: Expending a Luck point on that 2nd Attack at the very least: 20.)
Seeing 2 of his companion swallowed by the Terrasque Nox spread her wings while standing on her backlegs, raising her head and roars at the Terrasque. Multiattack.
The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Frightful Presence.
Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
She tries to bite the Terrasque neck. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: Attack: 30 Damage: 18 piercing, Damage: 14 cold damage. 32 total piercing/cold damage.
Afterwards she lunges twice at the Tarrasque with her claws Claw. Attack: 19 Damage: 18 slashing damage. Claw. Attack: 20 Damage: 14 slashing damage.
The artificer comes back and prepares to strike Lysanderoth's insides with a Banishing Smite. Unfortunately, Yessaris can't quite angle his blade correctly and before he can readjust himself... poof... he disappears again.
Separated from his master, Attorney maintains its defensive stance.
NOX
The wizard tries to make good use of her new form and frighten the Tarrasque, but the creature does not seem impressed. DragoNox understands that this strategy is unlikely to yield any results. Undeterred, she swipes with her claws twice and then goes for a bite. Only her fangs break through the Tarrasque's hide, but even then, they don't go in as deep as initially hoped (Tarrasque takes 14 cold damage).
SELRAHC
The barbarian swings as best as he can from within the Tarrasque, but only manages to slice its innards once (Tarrasque takes 41 magical slashing damage). Selrahc can't see at all in here, but he can feel all the resulting pain vibrations through his rocky skins.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
TARRASQUE
-> Digestion damage: 57 acid
Digestive juices start to bother Selrahc a bit (Selrahc takes 55 acid damage).
Outside, the monster goes all out on the most vulnerable of enemies, redirecting attacks when forced to:
-> Horns vs. Abe (prone): Attack: 39 Damage: 64 piercing (please ignore the first roll, as Attorney forces disadvantage on this attack - nothing changes)
-> Sanctuary roll for Horns attack (above) {DC 19}: 16
-> Abe's concentration check {DC 16}: 27
-> Sanctuary roll for Claw attack (below) {DC 19}: 16
-> Claw vs. Abe (prone): Attack: 29 Damage: 27 slashing.
-> Abe's concentration check {DC 14}: 14 - Bless drops from Abe, Tupoc, and Boomshakala.
-> Sanctuary roll for Claw attack (below) {DC 19}: 26
-> Claw vs. Boomshakala: Attack: 32 Damage: 23 slashing.
-> Boomshakala's concentration check {DC 14}: 16
-> Sanctuary roll for Tail attack (below) {DC 19}: 18
-> Tail vs. Abe (prone): Attack: 39 Damage: 39 bludgeoning.
-> Sanctuary roll for Bite attack (below) {DC 19}: 26
-> Bite vs. Abe (prone): Attack: 33 Damage: 34 piercing.
Wrath descends on the cleric while the sorcerer gets some collateral damage (Abe takes 112 piercing, bludgeoning, and slashing damage; Boomshakala takes 28 slashing damage).
Attorney's clever position and energy burst damages the enemy a bit more (Tarrasque takes 8 force damage).
Reaction(Attorney): Deflect Attack vs Horns, inflicting disadvantage and 5 Force Damage. (Note: 1st roll makes it so the results however remain unchanged in the post). (Note: Ignore above reaction. Already accounted for in previous Lerus post. My bad!)
Attorney pulsates again by the creatures feet, releasing a faint but nerve disrupting wave of arcane energy. Unfortunately, it is not enough.
Meanwhile, one half-blooded son of a celestial is battered to near unconsciousness. With what strength remained to him, he wormed a hand back onto his holy symbol, and uttered another litany. This time he speaks of the first fire having played a spark in the creation of many a gods. And though others proclaimed the flames destiny was to some day dim, so to was it destined to be reborn stronger ever more...
As he spoke the words past chattering teeth and blood filling lungs, the pain ease as the wounds began to knit themselves closed again.
Action: Channel Divinity - Perserve Life, Restoring Abe's HP back to 81, and if under max of her current HP, the remaining 29 will go to the Mighty Morphing Noxigan.
Bonus Action: Cast (4th level)Healing Word on Self, restoring 27 HP.
OR
If not able due to be swallowed and Blinded. (Since technically you'd need to be able to 'see' your target according to the spell.. even if self e_e) (Note: If the Channel would succeed alone, would prefer sticking with the below results regardless of how low it may be.)
@Ori: Great post. Go ahead and take a DM's INSPIRATION token for helping me address many things (usable only after Abe's turn above, since you already posted it). Here are some quick notes on your comments:
Thank you for fixing Abe's concentration rolls for me. Looks like Bless was dropped after all.
My post above already accounted for Attorney's reaction, both the disadvantage and the force damage. Interestingly enough, we rolled the same damage.
As you posted, Preserve Life heals Abe back to 81 HP. Since he was at 28 HP at the end of the Tarrasque's turn, Abe was healed for 53 points with that action. This means that there are 47 points worth of healing still left in that action for you to use. However, no one else available for targeting is below half their HP, so those points are wasted. That is the math of it as things stand. LEGENDARY ACTIONS may change the calculations.
It seems a bit silly but, according to Sage Advice and the Interwebs, you can't even cast Healing Word since you can't see anything.
Therefore, we'll go with the Inflict Wounds version of your post.
For keeping things clear, can you add a line separating your corrections/reactions and Abe's actual turn?
In his latest turn, Selrahc did not specifically and preemptively call for a reaction. As such, there is no pending Retaliation attack at the moment. If he chooses to use his reaction, @Superbad can add a post stating so.
Boom reels back from the blow. Boom reaches into his pouch and retrieves a small crystal. He makes a fist with it and puts it up to his mouth. He blows into his hand out comes a Cone of Cold right onto the beast!
Touch of Long Death: DC19 Constitution Saving throw, taking 104 damage on a failure and half on success.
Tupoc grunts and shakes his fist angrily, nursing a scrape along his knuckles left by the hardened shell and skin. Eventually, he comes to a decision and floats back down the monster. Using his extensive knowledge about the flow of Ki, he makes several rapid precision strikes, blocking the monster’s pathways. The the flow fails, entire swaths of the shell and skin begin to grow pale before shriveling and blackening. By the time the hybrid flies back out of reach, the monster’s left side looks much like a husk at the end of the season; stunted and dead, cut off from all life giving energies. Tupoc gives a small smirk and and quick nod before going back to judging the battle with a critical eye.
(@Superbad: You cannot use Reckless Attack outside your own turn, and thus, Selrahc's Retaliation attack is at disadvantage. Here's a second roll: 15.)
As the acid begins to work on Selrahc's stone skin, he tries to make his presence inside the Tarrasque known. Unfortunately, being restrained prevents the barbarian from swinging his axe this time.
BOOMSHAKALA
Noticing how effective the icy dragon breath was against the Tarrasque, Boomshakala lauches one of his own:
-> Tarrasque's CON saving throw {DC 19}: 22
A few more ice crystals form on the creature's chest area (Tarrasque takes 19 cold damage).
LEGENDARY ACTION
The monster continues chewing Abe, also swallowing the aasimar.
For a brief moment, Abe feels life leaving his body as he is mashed in the Tarrasque's maw (Abe takes 63 piercing damage and would hit 0 HP). Lathander appears in his unconscious dream and pulls him from the grasp of death. Nonetheless, upon opening his eyes, the cleric can still only see darkness.
(@Hydra: In re-reading the text for Touch of Long Death, it appears to me that it counts as a magical effect. Let me know if you disagree.)
Tupoc takes a more measured approach, touching the Tarrasque and sending into its body the strongest deathly energy the monk can control.
-> Tarrasque's CON saving throw {DC 19}: 19
Edit: We are going with the nonmagical effect interpretation after some discussion OOC. The save above becomes 16 by taking the first roll, which is a fail.)
Even this powerful effect is dampened by the creature's tough hide, though some parts of it blacken (Tarrasque takes 104 necrotic damage).
ABE
Lathander comes to his cleric's help once more, healing the barely conscious aasimar through Preserve Life. Abe feels his deity's love feeling his veins (Abe heals for 80 points, and should be at 81 HP now as discussed above; the other 20 points worth of healing are wasted).
From inside the creature, Abe releases a powerful deathly energy, causing much disruption to Lysanderoth enlarged digestive tract (Tarrasque takes 60 necrotic damage).
NOTES: Selrahc's, Abe's, and Yessaris' tokens can't be seen as they are all inside the Tarrasque's belly. I also added an outline to the round monster tokens so you can tell which squares each one is occupying. If the outline passes through a square, it occupies that square.
Yessaris once more appears somewhere in the creature, and at this point is muttering foul epitaphs in abyssal upon feeling the pressure mount once more. But having no other way out at the moment, he again mounts an increasingly more desperate feeling attempt to poke something just vital enough to cause it to retch. "Of all the times to begin regretting not going further into alchemy."
Action:Defender Rapier w/ Extra Attack. #1 Defender Rapier - Attack: 28 Damage: 9 of magical piercing. #2 Defender Rapier - Attack: 27 Damage: 12 of magical piercing.
(1st Attack to Hit also inflicts 28 plus 15 Force Damage from both (5th Level)Displacement Matrix and Arcane Jolt.)
Movement: If spit out and prone, spending movement to stand up again.
Bonus Action: Command ([Tooltip Not Found]) to Attack(if freed).
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack

The yuan-ti finally manages to angle his magical rapier just right. Yessaris pushes the blade into the flesh of the Tarrasque from inside, releasing as much magical energy along with it as possible (Tarrasque takes a total of 64 magical piercing and force damage).
-> Tarrasque's CON saving throw {DC 20}: 15
-> Tarrasque uses Legendary Resistance to control its tummy (auto-success on that CON save).
Still masterless, Attorney maintains its defensive stance. Yessaris does not disappear this time around.
(DragoNox is still up. I'll resolve Selrahc's turn after that).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
NOX
Nox uses her newfound claws and fangs to the best of her abilities, but most of it is ineffective (Tarrasque takes 10 cold damage).
SELRAHC
From inside the monster, Selrahc tries to free his hands in order to swing his new axe, but is unsuccessful.
LEGENDARY ACTION
Lysanderoth sees the golden dragonborn reeling from the previous impact and tries to capitalize on the opportunity.
-> Tail vs. Boomshakala: Attack: 25 Damage: 25 bludgeoning.
-> Boomshakala's STR saving throw {DC 20}: 20
-> Boomshakala's concentration check {DC 18}: 25
The sorcerer's legs are swept from under him and Boomshakala hits his head hard on the floor, being prone for the time being (Boomshakala takes 37 bludgeoning damage).
Digestive juices continue to do their thing, affecting all that have been ingested and have not disappeared (Selrahc and Abe each take 59 acid damage). Yessaris has the foresight to protect himself somewhat with an Absorb Elements spell (Yessaris takes 29 acid damage).
Edit: Abe becomes unconscious, incapacitated, and prone inside the Tarrasque. This is in addition and already being blinded and restrained. He must start rolling DEATH saving throws in his turn).
TARRASQUE
The immense creature looks at the sorcerer on the ground and begins to attack. On the first attack, Attorney distracts the Tarrasque a bit (Tarrasque takes 6 force damage):
-> Claw vs. Boomshakala (prone): Attack: 20 Damage: 23 slashing.
-> Boomshakala's concentration check {DC 17}: 28
-> Claw vs. Boomshakala (prone): Attack: 34 Damage: 28 slashing.
-> Boomshakale's concentration check {DC 18}: 31 - Haste is dropped from Selrahc, who goes lethargic for a round.
-> Horns vs. Boomshakala (prone): Attack: 35 Damage: 34 piercing.
Pierced by one of the Tarrasque's horns, Boomshakala lets one last breath escape and falls unconscious (Boomshakala takes 115 slashing and piercing damage, becomes unconscious and incapacitated on top of already being prone and frightened, and must start rolling DEATH saving throws in his turn).
Lysanderoth next turns to Tupoc, who is flying 20 feet above him. He relocates himself a bit (without triggering any opportunity attacks) and whips his monstrously long tail at the Couatl-hybrid as if he was not invisible:
-> Tail vs. Tupoc: Attack: 20 Damage: 24 bludgeoning.
-> Tupoc's STR saving throw {DC 20}: 28 (this save is successful due to Tupoc’s reaction; reference).
-> Fall damage roll: 22 bludgeoning.
The monk keeps his balance and remains afloat (Tupoc takes 16 bludgeoning damage, already halved).
Lysanderoth turns to the dragon:
-> Bite vs. DragoNox: Attack: 28 Damage: 35 piercing.
DragoNox feels the large fangs piercing her body (DragoNox takes 38 piercing damage). Now grabbed by the creature's maw, the wizard is grappled and restrained.
(Boomshakala, Tupoc, and Abe are up next. Boomshakala and Abe need to roll a DEATH saving throw).

Selrahc will angrily slash around in the creature's stomach, hopefully causing enough indigestion.

(Tarrasque is up next).
TOP OF TARRASQUE'S TURN
-> Digestion damage: 54 acid

-> Fall damage roll: 22 bludgeoning.The monk keeps his balance and remains afloat (Tupoc takes 16 bludgeoning damage, already halved).
