Chubs, follow us! Get this door shut and work with Lucento to keep the blights down. Kif and I will take care of this lady.
Barnaby follows behind Kif and casts flaming sphere onto the druid, controlling it carefully so as not to set the building on fire. DC 14 dex save. On failure take 6 damage, half on success. The web drops as Barnaby's concentration becomes focused elsewhere.
Three more twig creatures come sprinting out of the vat. Two of them attack Lucento; one of them comes up behind Barnaby and takes a poke at him. Now that the web has dropped in the loading dock, the creatures come racing around the raised edges of the small room and two of them get close enough to slash at Chubs.
Chubs and Lucento both manage to block the incoming swipes. Barnaby is a closer call: if a 14 hits, take 3 points of damage!
Back to the top: Chubs and Lucento are up. Lucento, you are still in control of your spiritual weapon, which is hovering right near where you're currently standing. If you want, you could resolve your attacks (one yourself; one with your floating hammer) and then move.
The druid at the top of the stairs appears to duck away from the floating ball of fire, getting singed but not too badly burned. She howls in some pain and lots of rage.
Lucento nods at Barnaby, and simultaneously swings his arm through the air, hurdling the golden mace toward one of the blights: 11 (to hit) 10 (damage).
If that kills the blight, Lucento will swing his short sword at a surviving blight within range: 5 (to hit) 7 (damage).
Lucento nods at Barnaby, and simultaneously swings his arm through the air, hurdling the golden mace toward one of the blights: 18 (to hit) 11 (damage).
If that kills the blight, Lucento will swing his short sword at a surviving blight within range: 21 (to hit) 5 (damage).
You got them both. You guys are rolling great!
You still have your move action. You can stay where you are and deal with the ones coming out of the vat, you can try to cooperate with Chubs somehow to deal with the ones pouring in from the loading dock, or you can do some other thing (catch up to Barnaby, whatever). Up to you.
Chubs raises his beer stein, suddenly present in his off hand, to his lips. As he tilts his head back and drinks deeply, the motion seems to throw off his balance and his considerable bulk tips backwards into what becomes a dexterous roll away from the blights (disengage). Wait for me fellas! And he steps through the door after the others, pulling it shut as he passes through. Again, the mug is raised for a swallow. Unbelievably, to those who watched, not a drop of beer was spilled through this entire process. Chubs smiles and wipes the foam from his lips with the back of his sleeve.

We'll leave Lucento where he is. After all, it's where Barnaby asked him to be.
The druid at the top of the steps looks like a hag, with a few teeth pointing in different directions, and wild, filthy hair. She screams in anger - not the unfamiliar language, this is just a scream - and comes pounding down the few steps with her quarterstaff held high. She tries to bring it down on Kif's head, but only managed to roll a 13. Which I believe misses.
Kif and Barnaby, roll a Perception check. The rest of you may also roll, when you get close to her. If you get an 11 or higher, read this:
Barnaby will bring the flaming sphere doom down and plop in on the blight positioned next to him...blah blah blah, dex save, blah blah blah for 4 damage or half, whatever.
If that doesn't bring it down then, Oh bother... Barnaby will attempt to bop it on its head with his staff...12+1 to hit for 3 damage.
The sphere kills it. You two can move, if you want. There’s the door toward the landing dock, where you came in, a door toward the large front porch you saw in the front of the building, a door toward the side of the building where you saw the well, and doors into an upper level at either end of the balcony.

Bravo!
Was that the Disengage action?I'll treat it as a Disengage, considering there is plenty of room to spare. The door is closed.
There's the word "disengage," right there in the middle of all that in the parenthesis. :)
Ok, ok. We are waiting for where Lucento wants to be.

Her skin looks a little like the bark of a tree.
14 percepting
And yes, that is a miss
Percept! 17
Ok. Back to the top: Lucento and Chubs.
Do Kif and Barnaby not get a turn or did I miss something?
Oh. Sorry. Kif and Barnaby. Then the blights. Then the top.
All right! Kif is going to do a feinting attack on the druid
24 plus 3 to hit if it connects then 8 plus 5 damage
Stinky *****, you should think about sunscreen, you've got some leathery skin on you
Then action surge another attack 21 + 4 to hit if it does hit 10 damage
Darn it, dwarf! You killed her on the spot!
The druid is dead.
<woot!!>
