He uses his held action to attempt a multi attack with his scimitar on the first person within reach. (With disadvantage)

he swings wildly in anger in retaliation, but you duck under it and slide to the left. As you move he carries his momentum and spins around and gives you your own whack on the chin with the hilt of his sword. The white pain makes you wince before eyes are back open with determination.
The party can see the look in the eyes of the man currently engaged with Hermenor. Your pleas are falling on deaf ears. You know they won’t stop until they feel justice has been served.
(Ragnir I will let that be your bonus action, if you want to do something else.)
Ragnir will draw his long sword and shield and be ready to defend Hermenor, but not do any aggressive moves.
Movement: (already used it getting out of the wagon and going over to where everyone is)
Action: Use Protection on Hermenor (While wielding a shield and a creature you can see attacks a target other than you within 5 ft., you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll. [i know its a reaction but i figured i might as well show i intend to use it instead of saying it after an attack is done.])

meanwhile EG 2 and EG4 split off to attack Ragnir, the one standing in the way and defending Hermenor.

whilr ETR fires at Briar, having the cleanest shot without risk of hitting his comrades. Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Priton- After releasing your breath, Priton you can smell that old smell that reminds you of your heritage, burnt oxygen as you exhale the last few sparks. You rushed by two guards which in their frenzy miss and clang against your armor to no effect. A bolt spits up dirt five feet behind you as it nearly misses your head.
Ragnir - Standing as a bulwark infront of your ally, two men rush up to you. As they attack you block one with your shield, but in that moment the second strike slices your side under your raised arm. (7 damage)
Briar - Watching the melee commence you watch the first bolt spring up the wet earth as you dive out of the way of the second bolt. You stand up and prepare yourself

Briar looks up off in the distance at might have who loosed a bolt at her and shakes her head, thinking chivalry is so dead, what sort of warrior fires upon a poor defenseless unarmed maiden. With a sigh, Briar castsMagic Missile9Damage all on the same target, not that she is holding a grudge or anything but she is actually!

Briar just barely sees enough of the crossbowmens feet hangin out of the leaves. All missles fly screaming through the air. Knocking ETR out of the tree. He lies motionless on the ground.
Seeing his men surround the party. EC disengages from the scrap and moves 30 feet away. He pull out a smooth stone with red triangles engraved into it and begins talking into it.
Hermenor, Ragnir, and Priton you can all take your turns.

Then will have his spiritual weapon fire at whoever look strongest and then start moving over towards the one speaking into the stone. "Your not pulling any of that here friend." he says as he starts to grab his mace
Ragnir - in retaliation, you sweep your sword low and at the knee of EG2. The momentum knocks him off his feel. In the quadruped position, he looks really hurt but still Conscious.
Priton - you close your eyes and say a quick prayer, upon opening them a golden glow surround Hermenor as it revitalizes him. Your flintlock fires at the target, but he jumps out of the way. You stand in front of the captain at the ready.
Hermenor still gets to act - currently within range for EG4 (fighting) EG2 (on ground in bad shape but not dead) EC(captain) 25 feet away in range with Priton

Hermenor The sensation of being healed from divine magic leaves a tingling numb feeling. Something you’re not used to and it keeps you off balance. Your strikes are off: First one misses by an inch, the second one lands, but strikes a sturdy point in the armor to no effect.
EG 1 and EG 3 continue the assault on Ragnir with their swords.

EG 4 retaliates against Hermenor

EC Finishes talking into the stone (bonus action) before rejoining the fight and attacking the closest person to him Priton.

Ragnir you continue to have difficulty defending against multiple attackers. The first EG feints an attack leaving an opening for the second strike to hit true.
It seems while they know how to use their weaponry, they don’t get that much chance to practice as they fatigue and don’t land any if their attacks on the rest of the group.
Ragnir - Screaming our in pain, you retaliate at the guard before you. Your sword pierced through their left flank. He gasps seemingly the air leaving his body. But he still stands before you.
Priton - As the ball gets tossed, a puff of smoke fills the area before clearing. A brown boar grunts into action, awaiting your command. “Grrrnt Grnt”
Sorry been under the weather, starting to come round. Just wanted to note when Briar's initiative turns comes back around again she is going to want, try to instead of using her action to attack instead try/attempt to ferret out that hidden crossbowman in the trees the ETL.
